Ridiculously cute! They worked me in and did not make me feel rushed at all. They gave me to a stylist who did my fill and shaping (perfectly done exactly how I wanted) then to a second stylist to do the art. Both were amazing and everything was perfect. read more

Came for the first time on a whim. They took me right in. Jennifer did a great job on my nails. Donnie did my pedicure. He wasn't as good. Kinda rushed and didn't get all my cuticles. He was nice though. I would definitely go to Jennifer again. Place was busy probably for Mother's Day. Parking in front is sparse, park in the Harris teeter lot and you'll find a spot. Everyone there seemed nice and prices were decent too. read more

I've been going for 2 years. Every visit is so wonderful and pleasant. Staff are super sweet and kind. The atmosphere is so relaxing/calming. I always get acrylic with gel color for my fingers but I do regular polish for my pedi's. They have adds for both mani and pedi, especially massages. read more

I went there to have my nails done for the first time. I was a walk in, and while I know I should've made an appointment they said it was fine I come in to have a manicure done. It all felt very rushed, even though when I came in I was the only person having a manicure. At the end I had polish all over my fingers, and my nails were stuck to my skin underneath on a few of my fingers. There's a photo of the chunk of polish I pulled out from under my nail. Now today, a week later my gel polish has lifted off of my finger entirely. And I'm planning to leave town tomorrow. Now one finger won't have any polish. I tried this place out but I think I will stick to my regular salon, even if it means driving out of the way to go there. read more

Well, I went once, great! I went for a fill-in and was charged for a full set. Went next time with an appointment and waited an hour. Given to one guy that passed me off to someone else who rushed through my nails and again charged me for a full set. One week later my nails looked like crap; turned yellow, nails underneath grew and were jagged. I do not recommend this place read more

I walked in for a pedicure and to have my daughter's nails polished and was greeted and sat down right away. Everyone in the salon was very welcoming and it was very clean and became busy fast. Even with it becoming busy each person that walked in was greeted and helped in a timely manner. The prices were reasonable and I got a basic pedicure due to a time constraint but I will definitely be back for more services. Thank you guys for the services today.! read more

Got sat with an older gentleman for a fill with acrylic. Right from the start he was sanding my nails pretty aggressively. It's hot and I twitch and at one point I tell him that it burns, but he kept going at the same aggressive pace and speed. He laid the acrylic and then went back and used two different drills underneath my nail beds completely burning the skin underneath my nails. Not only did he use six different nail bits throughout this entire process, but he applied heavy pressure every single time. It was very obvious I was coming uncomfortable. My hands became super sweaty. I started pulling away when it was burning. But finally, he finished filing and I pick out a cat eye design off their board. He tries multiple times and cannot do the design, even though it's on their sample nail (French tip looking cat eye) as a style they offer. But as all of this was going on with the nail color, my nails were still continuing to burn more and get really sore. I asked him if I could just pay for what he had done now and leave. I told him how he filed way too aggressively that my nails were burning. I showed him where my nails were extra red. Months worth of work on taking care of my nails completely ruined. I've gotten my nails done consistently for around five years, and I've never had this level of burning and redness in my nails. He still had the audacity to charge me full price for the service. read more

I love my nails Jenny did! Another guy did the nail application and she let one of the girls in training work on one of my hands but other than that her nail art is amazing and I recommend her! It was $115 for my full acrylic set and I was there for about 2 and a half hours! I showed her a picture and she did it!! Only other minor concern is one of my nails is kind of curved to the side so that's annoying but she's pretty damn good and very funny! Also they allow one free drink alcoholic or non per customer! read more

Got my nails done on tuesday, It's saturday and two of them are coming off. One of the nail techs that WAS doing my nails really f**cked up the acrylics. Had to have them filed and literally gelled over top by two different people, after that both the nail techs I had disappeared for over half an hour while my nails were no where close to done. No one wanted to tell me they couldn't do the design I wanted so I was passed around the salon like a hot potato. $142 dollars for bad nails and not so great service. Don't waste your time! Less than an hour after typing this, all 10 nails came off... read more

I love this nail salon not over scheduling so they can spend the time on us we pay for ! They are great !! Definitely recommend coming here.

This review began with three starts, as my nails looked good at first. I made another appointment with "Jenny." My daughter used my own words to remind me people are not who they are on their bad days. I checked in and waited, and someone called the salon. Then they handed me the phone to speak to "Jenny." Unfortunately, she was running around doing "errands for the salon. Let my cousin do your nails. He's good too. I promise. He's good too." I agreed. I was in Wilmington for a medical appointment. He asked, "did she say I was her boyfriend?" I told him, "no, cousin." It was a pleasant experience. He talked to me, Fran (?), and Alex, greeted guests and appointed technicians from his handwritten notes, all while doing my nails. I listened to Fran say gel x nails are soft tips and can bend easily. Her client cut them down short like I usually do. I went longer this time with a beautiful fall set. I initially wanted a variation of fall colors, but it seemed confuse when I explained or showed pictures. The result was lovely. I enjoyed the conversation and tipped $20. Two days later, my pointer nail fell off, and the next day, the opposite one fell off. I began prepping for thanksgiving when another fell off. I became nervous because nails can't fall off in food. They all felt unstable. I removed the remaining ones a week after getting them on Thanksgiving. They were supposed to last four weeks. I'm glad I did; water was getting between my nails and the Gel X tips. I did try, and the set looked great. read more

If they would allow me to give 10 stars, this place deserves a10+! My first time here for a pedicure with callus removal and gel nail polish, the place is beyond my expectations friendly, and a wonderful fun atmosphere. I was served a glass of wine and Alex was fantastic! A clean place; reasonable prices; very good service. I can't say enough about it. Another person welcomed customers with a karaoke Song! Highly Recommended! read more

Worst service ever. I am from out of town my feet look terrible. I just have not had the time. I asked for the callus to be remove. Lady said callus been removed. I could have done better. I asked is there a different package I have to pay. She said you need to come more often. Money was not an factor I would have paid. I have paid before. I hope skin color was not an factor also. If I ever come back to Wilmington, I will never come back to Bonjour nails. I am back at the hotel. Posted pictures of my feet. I guess the $26 dollar pedicure did not include lotion or removal of the blue substance used for the bath soak. read more

Called and rep said he could take 3 for a pedicure. Not so. They put 3 in the chairs and he started on one. Yeah we could put our feet in lukewarm water, no bubbles. No explanation for how long the wait. Salon smelled like smoke. If I'm going to pay for a salon pedicure with my daughters was hoping for a relaxing experience. I left without getting a service. Told my teen daughters they could stay. They stayed but said they wouldn't go back. read more

Tommy is the best. He did my nails a month ago and I had two instances of strangers telling me my nails were awesome. While the staff was friendly, I'm beyond disappointed. What I asked for and what I got are two completely different things. I chose the color obviously , but the shape is nothing what I asked for. This experience was insane. If you want almond shaped nails, theyll apparently give you whatever shape they feel like, if you have an appointment with "Jenny from the block" apparently you'll get whoever they throw at you. I was there approximately a little more than 2 hours and didn't see "Jenny" do anything accept sing karaoke and possibly drink. I decided to try this place because my old nail salon wasn't doing things right either but at least I liked the way my nails looked afterwards. My nails look awful. Honestly I think Im just going to do my nails at home after all this nonsense. I'm sure I can do a way better job and at least I know they'll be clean. read more

I had a set put on there on a Wednesday and I chipped one on fri so I came to have it fixed. the owner asked what I want I told her a fix. she never asked what type or product. she told me to sit at a station and I heard her telling the girl something American in her language. I explained that it's not painted, the girl kept saying, we make it right yes yes. she was not listening to me so I continued to watch. I told her the tips not same used by Tommy. she just yes yes we fix. the owner brought over a gel and again I said this is not the right stuff. she said don't worry we make it look like others. I told her no, it wasn't right. the owner said she don't know what I used on nails and I told her Ask me then!! she got mad and said I did I did, long story short the owner was a pushy rude loud mouth lady. she started talking to the other workers in her language and walked away. I felt disrespected and be littered by this professional... I gave them 5 .00 and walked out. Never been treated so rudely by a person. no one trued yo make it better or talk to me. I will never go back to her. Tommy was a great tech though. read more

I absolutely love going here. The pedicures are amazing. The vibe is lively. Tracy is one of the best nail techs I have ever had.

Where do I even begin... first I made my full acrylic appointment with fernanda turns out that she was sick they didn't let me know but they said they could still take me. I excepted because I thought that what I had chosen was easy enough for anybody to do. Turns out I didn't even get acrylics I got something called gel X which they didn't tell me till they were already on. They're basically gel press on's. Then the lady got up (I guess the manager) and she switch with somebody else. Then it turns out that they don't even have one of the sizes for my finger so they end up using a different size and trying to make it smaller by shaving it down. RED FLAG! Then I guess the manager came back and finished up my nails and she kept cutting me. To be honest I did already have a small hangnail but she just kept going at it scratching me with her nails. I pulled my hand back a couple of times and she kept saying sorry. instead of wiping access gel polish with a towel she was wiping it off with her nails cutting me once again. She was coughing all over the place, in the beginning she tried to cover her mouth or had her mask on and then after a while I guess she got tired because we had already been there for two hours and she started coughing on me. I came in at the exact same time as someone who got ga full acrylic set with butterflies and sugar scrub and she finished in one hour yet I was still here two hours and a half later. The reason why I probably took so long was because the manager that was doing my nails kept getting up and taking other customers cashing them out and then yelling at her employees because she was short staffed. Honestly when she got to the gel part on my nails I wanted her to just stop because they looked awful and they weren't even the colors that I wanted but I was trying my best to push through because I wasn't trying to be rude. I honestly just wanted to leave and she could sense that I wasn't happy so she asked me if she could add butterflies to my nails to make up for it which I declined because I didn't wanna be there any longer. She kept saying she was sorry and she wasn't rude or anything she definitely was trying her best. But the results are just not what I wanted and I ended up leaving crying so upset with my nails I'm just gonna have to go fix them and the problem is I'm literally leaving for vacation and I wanted them to be perfect. I ended up paying $70 for nails that I didn't even like and yes I still tipped her because I understand being understaffed and I've been a server I know what it's like to not get tipped even when you're trying your best but they're still pretty shitty nails. read more

Wonderful vibe with a happy and courteous staff! l will be back!

I should've read the reviews before I went here to get a pedicure last night. The woman that did my nails was very nice but my pedicure and polish were horrible. She barely did anything. She clipped my nails and then did not file them to make them even. They were jagged and awful. When she polished them she put the polish on so thick and messed up so many times that by the time she was done they were lumpy and gross looking and never fully dried. I paid to have to redo my own pedicure. NOT WORTH IT. read more
