Every time I have gotten my nails done at Mani Q, whether it is a super busy weekend or a quiet weeknight, I have received top-notch service. I've gotten my nails done by the owner (her name slipped my mind), Jessica, and Tin and they always take their time and make sure I'm at happy with the results. I never feel rushed. Even when I am short on time and ask for a quick polish change, they are very accommodating and never slack on quality. 3.) The spa is always clean and well kept. They also have tons of nail colors and I feel like the products are much better quality than other places. I've never seen a dried up bottle of polish or dirty tools. There's this younger gentleman that works here (I'm not sure of his name yet) that has done my pedicure a few times now. He is sooo gentle & really takes his time. I am always so impressed at how meticulous & attentive he is! Also, I always just get the classic pedicure (which is the cheapest), but it entails sooo much for the price! Called last night around 6p to see if they still fit me in for a classic pedicure ($30) as they close at 7p. They said yes and to come in. They were PACKED when I got there. I was seated in a spa chair immediately, waiting about 15 minutes to get a nail tech. He was super sweet and very gentle. I asked for gel and he confirmed that a price upcharge ($20) was okay. It took about an hour which put me there a little after they closed. I was one of several customers there past closed but they never rushed anyone, and my nail tech was certainly beyond sweet. He was apologetic about the pedi taking a bit long but they are damn near perfect. I came back today for a manicure since last night I ran late getting there. I was seated immediately again. I had an older gentleman this time. He was quiet, but also very kind. I got a classic mani with a dip extension ($50). He reassured me that he would smooth the shape or edges when he saw me looking them over mid process. He did a great job as well. They are very thin compared to the usual bulky extensions I get at other salons, and he got them all very even. Mani also took roughly an hour, closer to 45 mins. read more

I have now gone to Mani Q spa 3 times and love how my nails come out! when I go there I get acrylic nails and I usually either pick a design from their Instagram page or from another site. not once have I had a problem with them doing anything that I request and my nails always come out flawless. The first time I went was a Saturday morning and I realize they do get super busy so you should always try to make an appointment regardless of what day it is just to make sure you can get your nails done. they open at nine and close at 7 o'clock. read more

I really enjoy it here because they do really great work. They have a huge variety of openings and colors and always have staff on hand because they have a lot of staff. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it needs to be "cleaned up". Not for dirty purposes but the menu for pedicures looks like it has been through a tornado and just the overall place needs a good upgrade. Debated whether or not to post this but I figured I would have wanted to know, so here I am. ** the first picture is my brows post- appointment, the second is how they usually look*** I've never been so upset after an eyebrow appointment in my life. When I walked in I was rushed to the back and when I told the lady what I wanted (I liked my shape, just wanted to take care of strays) she ignored me and said "I know I know." Apparently she didn't know. This is horrifying. I'm not raising my eyebrow in this picture. They're two completely different shapes, the left is so thin and the right she took way too much off in the middle. The worst part is that even when I fill in, my makeup won't stay in the parts without hair very well in this heat and it comes off by noon. I feel like my only choice to fix this for now is getting micro loading done which is going to set me back $300... all because this woman rushed, would not listen to me, and wasn't paying attention the entire time. read more

I used to love this nail salon but recently i've had some bad times. First, my roommate and I went for fill ins and there was no wait, barely any one else there. Our nails looked great and they did a great job but they were MEAN! i couldn't understand why but they were so mean. Next, we came in with appointments but had to wait an hour after our time. I have been to this place twice and I think I'm done. Neither trip was satisfactory. I'm very disappointed for what this place believes is a good manicure and pedicure. First, there was no massaging, even though I paid for the upgrade, more like rubbing and that's it. Second, I watched the technician add water to the nail polish I chose right in front of me. Lastly, I did not receive a quality manicure or pedicure. You can see uneven paint strokes, bubbles, chipping, and even polish on my skin-- on more than half my nails. I took some pics and they really don't do it justice. I felt like my manicure was extremely rushed. The minute he finished my manicure, he rushed off to the back to eat his lunch. Didn't check me out, nothing. I had to ask to pay. Next time, I will be going somewhere else. read more

First time customer and LAST! The pedicurist either cut or poked my big toe cuticle causing a cut with the cuticle cutter or other tool they use. Hurt for several days, turned red, swollen. Could not wear closed toed shoes for days because so tender. Had to soak in hot water, apply alcohol and neosporin to prevent infection. Think the pedicurist had eye sight issues? read more
