I also noticed the staff seem very uptight when the owner lady (I think her name is Tammy) is there. Not as much when the husband Tony is. It's like she breathes down their necks coming in and out front from the back where she can hear or watch what's going on mid conversation with customer. I once had her do my nails and I didn't like something she was doing and questioned it and asked she not do it... she reacted very insulted and laughing off that I didn't know what I wanted. She couldn't let it go and after a while I was completely turned off by her lack of care in what I was seeking. They speak Vietnamese but what they don't realize is that I have an app that translates live on my cell since I work globally. She was talking so much trash to her husband and to another staff about me and another person. They also did away with their points program without notice to customers and parents but according to staff it isn't even real and never honored. They have cameras everywhere and she watches her staff from behind scenes and listens to customers. She was definitely listening to a conversation I had about brow tinting with my pedicurist because she later was trying to convince me to let her tint my brows. It was so strange They recently hired an excellent manicurist and pedicurist. He's EXCELLENT (tino) but it's only a matter of time that she will drive him away too so I'll wait for him to go somewhere else. It's clear they run a toxic environment. If their customers and staff can't stay committed that says a lot. I've been there a total of 6 times and every single time the lady is on top of everyone including her customers. Today was my 6th and my final visit there. I'm over it.

The staff was nice, and the salon seemed clean, but that's about the extent of the pros. I'll be getting my nails redone as soon as I can get home, but that's if I don't get a gel allergic reaction from having my cuticles flooded first.

They called the next day to ask about availability, and said they'd check the schedule and get back to me. Two days later, and I have not heard back from them. I've followed up twice. I had an awesome experience. As a walk in I assumed I would have a long wait but they took me immediately. For the first time ever at a nail salon I had a lengthy consultation about what I was looking for and what products/services they offered. I was educated on the actual process and what to expect. I had a LCN manicure and I love it. My nails are strong and just the right length for me! I thought $50 was a little pricey until I talked to a few friends and found out they were paying much more. I moved to the area and been going to Grand Nails Salon and love it! However they were busy so due to great reviews on Classy Nails I decided to give it a shot. I will not go back to this place again. The man in charge who I believe is the owner told me that he will make sure my spa is clean but it was not it was dirty! The same man made some sexually offensive jokes and thought he was hilarious. My pedicure was rushed and my pedicure polish started chipping on day 5! I've been coming to Matthew and Camie for years. They have been so kind, and quite talented with their profession. I had a absolutely no nails. I was a severe nail biter. Matthew was able to take me from having no nails to having beautiful natural nails. Now I get the gel on my natural nails only. I've love this salon and always look forward to seeing everyone. I absolutely love this salon and their staff. I moved to Wilmington this time last year and have been using them ever since. Their staff is very professional and I love the mood and setting of the salon. I first used Matthew, who is amazing, then I used Camil on one of his days off and love her too. They both do amazing work and are always extremely friendly. In fact, I'm heading there in a few for a fill in. My husband gave me a gift certificate to Classy nails for valentines. I was reluctant to try this salon. So today I went. I was truly impressed. Matthew the manger is all about customer service. Makes you feel very welcomed and relaxed time you walk in the door. Camie is a sweet heart. And did a wonderful job on my nails. The salon is clean,friendly and very personable. Went today for the first time for a gel mani. Kimmy was great, got to know me by name. It cost $25 - cheaper than most gel manis in town. I did not have an appt but was taken right away, no wait. They are open on Sundays 12-5 which is great and unlike most nail places in Wilm. Kimmy did an excellent job on my nails - perfectly done and she paid a lot of attention to tiny details.
