When my mother took my daughter in today, they told her there was no record of the reservation and that she would have to wait. My mother explained that an appointment had been made and should be honored, but they were extremely rude and dismissive, insisting she would still have to wait. She called me to explain the situation, so I contacted the salon myself. The same male employee was rude and argumentative the entire time. He claimed he is the only male employee who takes reservations, which I know is not true. Because of how poorly this situation was handled, my mother ended up taking my daughter to another nail salon. This experience has cost them my business. If you are not going to honor phone reservations, then you should not be taking them in the first place.

The cuticles are not done correctly, my nails aren't filed smoothly, and the polish is messy and is all on my skin, and it's already peeling! Before leaving this review, I emailed the owners as soon as I noticed how bad it was and included pictures. They replied quickly and said they'll do it over. They called the next day to ask about availability, and said they'd check the schedule and get back to me. Two days later, and I have not heard back from them. I've followed up twice.
