I come back today, 9/17, to use one of my visits and am told that my visits expired. Never once was I made aware of any expiration date. Had I known I would have never bought the package. The employee today told me it was ok because one visit alone is $40 anyway. Is that supposed to make me feel better about the lies your store tells? Absolutely disgusted....money I could have used way better considering my teacher salary. Shame on you!!!

OMG, this was one of the most outstanding experiences I've had at a spa (I've been to dozens and…read moredozens) 2 hour massage with Trish, I never needed to inform her to lighten up or add more pressure, as if she just knew, intuitively, WOW! . I've had many types of massages for the last 45 plus years, this one was in the top three. I then had a complimentary introduction to a facial with Karen. Every detail was explained, product, effects, ingredients, etc., again, WOW! Studio was squeaky clean, inviting, comfortable, and thankfully sooooo quiet, only the light/soft sounds of very soothing spa music/sounds piped in at the perfect volume. Lighting dimmed to absolute perfection. Yelp only allows 5 stars, these folks exceeded that. I'll be returning hopefully monthly with my other half so we can have a relaxing spa day, or half day, together. If you go to RELAX!, you will NOT be disappointed.

I was greeted by very polite front desk staff , offered water & paperwork to fill out. Johnnie was my massage therapist & he was very strong and good at deep tissue work. I politely declined as I don't like being locked into anything. If someone gives you a gift certificate for massage envy or if your curious about checking it out, then I recommend the monkey junction location for friendliness of staff and quality of Johhnie's massage if you require deep tissue work.

If there is a display of products and you see a customer try one, you need to let the customer know it's not a tester instead of making them purchase it. That part was really not okay, even though you did offer a fresh new unopened box. Remember ladies, the customer is always right as someone who owns franchises of their own like this one. I wouldn't be happy knowing my staff makes sales this way and also argue back a bit when the customer says it's not okay. I won't be buying product from here anymore and may even cancel my membership due to the poor quality beds and bulbs being out in 2 different beds 2 days in a row. I am a nice person so I purchased the display cream just to avoid conflict but not leaving happy today. The staff is nice and friendly but I miss my old location as now I don't feel good about coming back here anymore.
