WASTE OF MONEY. Cutting cuticles is not healthy. I kindly asked for my cuticles to not be cut. Apparently it was the worst thing in the world. The lady wouldn't let it go. Then started talking about me to her coworkers in another language but unfortunately for her I understood. We didn't need to go over the cuticles for 20mins. Asked them to please fix my natural nail and the very next day it's broken again. A dab of glue and a little push doesn't fix it. I asked it it would she swore it would and it's broken again. Not to mention what a sloppy job. Didn't even put the top coat all the way over my nails. Owner is extremely rude. They do not listen to anything you say. Very good at interrupting and super inconsiderate. Spend your money somewhere it is appreciated. You would be better off getting your nails done by a blind donkey. read more

The employees were polite but this was the worst pedicure I've had in a long time. I had an older gentleman doing my toes-- he didn't speak to me once and was so rough. I am by no means a nail expert and honestly I only get my nails done every blue moon because I have 0 patience when it comes to sitting still and waiting for them to complete that task that I am paying for. However, sometimes I feel the need to get a pedicure. I am a runner so this is something I normally do every other month. I was a walk in and honestly was sat very quickly. My nail technician was lovely and so kind. She did not rush anything which was very nice and did a great job. They started to fill up very quickly after I arrived with people who had scheduled appointments. I feel this is a great sign because if they have reoccurring clients, clearly they are good with their manicures also. I would post a picture of their work, however, I feel as though posting pictures of feet these days is a money maker so you will just have to take my word for how well they did ;) read more

This place used to be great, but no longer! It has changed so much. The place looks ugly and run down inside now. The staff that works there is not friendly or talkative. I got a manicure and the lady never spoke to me once or even looked at me. Manicure was not good, but the experience is why I'll never go back. I'll be looking for another place to go. read more

The male technician I had was playing on his phone, he would stop doing my nails and just start texting and calling people on his phone. He did a pretty decent job on my nails but I have had better. He also over charged us for them, I got acrylic nails which were $30 for the set according to the pricing they had and I got the cat eye look. Well he said it was only gonna be $5 more but when he rung me up it was $45 he said himself that it originally was $65 but he was giving us a discount. It was always busy and everyone interacted with one another, you could feel the joy in there, they had excellent customer service and did excellent nails and pedicures. Sadly it has been taken over by new owners and their best employees are no longer there, John, Hannah, Lam and Vie, not such a great place any more. read more

This salon is under new management and the new male owner fired the old owner who was working there. He did this in front of his customers and made the old owner John pack up and leave when he was done with his appointment. And the new owners raised their prices. One of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. The guy doing my nails cut me five times and left shellac polish all over my fingers. Didn't worry about any of the acrylic that he left slopped under my nail beds. In addition. My nails are all crooked even after I continue to ask him to fix them multiple times. The male technician was dressed in a sloppy manner with his shirt half open to the t-shirt he was wearing underneath, then when I asked where the bathroom was, another technician directed me and he asked loudly "Are you going to go inside or outside?" and then laughed like he thought that was appropriate humor. I was very insulted. I decided not to get my nails done at that point. My friend who did get their nails done had to wait on this technician two or three different times while he used his phone while in the middle of my friend's manicure. Very unprofessional. read more
