However, the manicure started chipping as soon as the next day. I am a week out from getting them done and I have to go into my salon and get them redone. They were very kind, the prices are very reasonable and they did a great job! I was surrounded by people who go to this salon regularly which shows to me how great their service was. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I had to wait a while before I was served. They do take reservations, though! I received a manicure with sellac polish and it totaled to $30 I will be going back again!

However, I waited long enough for the water to get cold. No problem, I know they're busy. My nail tech was funny and personable. I had my polish removed and cuticles (and some skin) trimmed. Then some leg scrub and lotion, then a hot towel. Then proceeded to paint my nails. Unfortunately, he didn't paint the ends of the nails. And I didn't notice until I was ready to leave. So I painted them myself. When I went to pay, I was shocked to be charged $35. Online their prices stated $18 for a basic pedicure. So I was pretty disappointed. The salon was extremely pretty and comfortable. But next time I'll check the prices before I get any service done.

When I tried to explain that I only asked for the regular service, the employee started arguing with me back and forth instead of listening or trying to fix the mistake. The customer service was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I should have been charged for what I actually asked for, not something they decided to do without my permission. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly they handled the situation.

I booked an appointment a week in advance for two pedicures and a manicure for my daughter's upcoming prom. While the pedicures were fine, the nail service was unacceptable. The technician spoke down to my daughter, telling her to "discuss pricing with her mom" as if we weren't prepared, and then flatly refused to do acrylics without any explanation. What made this worse was watching four walk-in customers receive acrylic services while we were there, all individuals who received just nail service (no pedicure) but were there far longer than my daughter and I, felt VERY RUSHED and UNDERVALUED. To top it off, the technician ground her nails down much shorter than she requested and rushed her through the process. Before payment was even rendered, he requested a tip. We paid and tipped to remain respectful in front of other clients, but my daughter left in tears feeling rushed and dismissed. I attempted to speak with the technician privately and called the salon today to resolve this, but I have received no apology or accountability. It is deeply upsetting to see a local business treat long-term clients this way during such a special occasion. We will not be returning.
