I love a pedicure with a soothing foot and leg massage. I paid the extra $10 for the deluxe pedicure and all I got were two hot towels. I have NEVER had my nails painted while the towels are on my legs. But he started painting while they were on. No added lotion after the towels or massage at all! While removing the towels he even hit my big toe and messed up the polish. He should have redone it but he jyst touched it up. My friend had a regular pedicure and was in the chair at least 15 minutes longer than me. I will not go back. Obviously treats their patrons like one time guests as it is near WB. I met a friend there, we both live in the area. I would have complained but he didn't speak English. The manicure was just ok. I'm sick of giving this place a chance. They used to be good and actually care about their customers but between having my cuticles bleed and my experience today I'm finding a new nail salon. I was working with an opaque nail color and the nail tech offered no suggestions on how to get the blue color to show up, so I had to suggest maybe doing a white base. Well, that means my nails are just white now and again the nail tech offered no solution or help instead he watched tv on his iPhone with his AirPods in the whole time he did my nails. I had long nails before and they were cut too short, the shape was not square round it was mostly square, and the french was not done with good skills. i never leave a poor review, how this was unfortunately the worst pedicure experience I've had and I will not be back. I was never offered a menu, the lady that did my pedicure was clearly rushed, even the ladies that sat next to me noticed. She was completely finished in less than 10 min. I came with 2 other girls who started before me and they were just getting massaged when she finished painting my toes. I was friendly, she never made eye contact. Sadly disappointed. The last time I went, I was sitting in the chair pushing my cuticles down. This woman grabbed my hands and said I do. I pulled my hands back and said I always do that. Had a terrible experience 10 min ago. I've been here many times and it's average but I was very disappointed this time. I got acrylics and the lady was practically throwing my hands each time she wanted me to move and gave me a terrible manicure. She only trimmed and filled, no lotion, cuticles, or anything of an actual manicure. I was sitting in the chair for about 35 mins. My nails are uneven in length, she didn't file them evenly at all so they like mushroom heads since the tops of my nails are wider than my fingers... I was told $50 for my full set because it was all acrylic powder and was charged $70... very disappointed. I have been here twice with my grandmother who was treating me for a manicure and a pedicure. We both were treated with disrespect and they were not gentle. I told them to be gentle on my hands and they proceeded to cut my cuticles so far down my finger was bleeding. I told them it was bleeding and to be more gentle and that it hurt and they continued on. My grandmother was having her feet scrubbed and they scrubbed it raw. Her toes were bleeding and they cut it down to the point where she couldn't even put sandals on. My grandmother told the woman to stop multiple times and she kept going until the skin was raw and bleeding. We both were treated with extreme disrespect. The woman was very disrespectful and seemed to be in such a rush to the point she didn't care that she hurt both of her customers. I do not know the woman's name but she was older and had short orange kind of hair. She sure does know how to be "gentle"Very disappointing. if you're gonna charge over $100 at-least do better They were absolutely horrible. Never going back again it is such a waste of money. They charged us $180 for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures It's honestly embarrassing to see how someone can treat their customers in such a way. Looking for new places, thank you. read more

Just moved from the west coast and had been spoiled by my local California nail shop for the past 14 years. LV Nail Spa is great! I was there right at 9 am on a Tuesday and 5 regular customers walked in for services. This place gets busy and they don't take appointments. I got a full pedi and gel mani- the staff that worked on my nails were all polite, quick and asked me several times what I wanted and if I was satisfied. It is a very happy place inside- one of the woman burst into song every now and then. The salon is clean, the chairs are comfy and new and I certainly will be a regular here. So happy to have a high quality salon so close to me. LV Nail Spa also does waxing, so I will have to check out those services as well. read more

if you are looking for quick and convenient but not a lasting manicure this is the place. Despite being always packed, they do manage to get you in and out. However, they are probably always packed because their manicures don't last. I've had gel on my nails for 15 years and had it chip but could make it last for 2 weeks. Here, my gel polish lasted 4 days total- it chipped and then completely peeled off every single nail. I have never had that happen. When I explained the problem to them, they told me it was because my nails were too short and gel wouldn't stay and to use dip. They also told me they didn't want to waste their time fixing my nails when it would stay. I tipped them 20% originally. this place is not worth the hassle, time or expense at all. do not recommmend! read more

People were so friendly and accommodating, it was a special time celebrating my mom's birthday here. First time at LV nail spa. I had gotten a dip powder manicure in Boston which lasted 3 weeks. I tried to remove it myself and botched it. LV nails took me as soon as I walked in the door. The place is beautiful inside with a more modern decor and I noticed how clean it was when I walked in the door! Make an appointment is if possible cause this place was busy on a Sunday. The wait moved pretty quickly though. To my horror, I dropped a bottle of polish and it shattered all over the floor. Vinny quickly reassured me that it was no big deal and they would take care of it. I offered to pay for the bottle and he wouldn't have it. Vinny also did my pedicure and full set.
