Owning a vacation rental property, I truly have nightmares about my pool heating or pool system going down because it has happened many times. Previously, fixes were not only expensive, but took a long time (parts took days/weeks) which really impacted my guests and therefore me. My pool heater just went down, and within a couple hours, Rolando had diagnosed the problem, quoted me, purchased the part, and fixed the problem. And his quote was beyond reasonable. He is the most efficient person out there, and he even responded to all of my texts and updated me throughout. He just recently built my friend's pool, and he works so quickly and efficiently with high-quality work, that this is a no-brainer. Don't even consider anyone else because it won't be worth your time. Rolando is a truly honest, hard-working, and trustworthy business man, and I'm so thankful to have him on my team.

Living in Palm Springs, pool maintenance is a year-round commitment, and Ethan makes it effortless. He's dependable, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in his work. Our pool is always crystal clear, clean, and ready to enjoy. Honestly, I can't imagine what condition our pool would be in without Ethan. It would quickly become our responsibility to maintain, and with the Palm Springs climate, that's not something we have the time or patience to manage ourselves. If you're looking for a reliable pool service, I highly recommend Paradise Pools. Ethan has given us complete peace of mind, and we're grateful for the exceptional care he provides week after week.

I switched and after a year with this new company I can say this is not normal. They overcharged for everything. They destroyed plants breaking branches, lawn - pouring pool water on it (still can't grow back) and when the pump broke they said they'd maintain the water while we waited for repair. They not only didn't maintain it but I had to drain it 3 times in 2 months because they could even get the water balanced from scratch. They were also dishonest on occasion about repair and showing up. Nice people but not acceptable service. I caution anyone from working with these guys. It's expensive and the damage is even more expensive.

Jaden from Pool Technicians came out today to look at two issues I was having with my pool: 1)…read more the lack of any pressure from the jets in the adjacent hot tub and 2) a salt cell chlorinator that was not working. I thought both were going to be major issues. I thought I needed an additional pump for the hot tub. And I thought the salt cell chlorinator would need at least a new motherboard, if not a complete replacement. Jaden did about 10 minutes of poking around and told me that 1) the pump issue was simply being caused by a rock that was jammed into one of the pumps, likely from the construction stage and 2) the salt cell was not receiving power because a previous (another company) technicians rewired it to a non-functional part of my panel. So, after an hour, I had fully functioning jets in the hot tub. A functional salt cell. And he even got my pool lights working. (I had never been able to use them and had given it up). So can't recommend this company and Jaden specifically any more highly.
