Since it was a Sunday evening, almost no one picked up. And the two people who did said they couldn't come. Fortunately, I was able to talk with Priscilla at Ortiz Pool service. She was extremely accommodating and asked for pictures of the pool. After I sent them, she quickly responded that she could send a person out to us within 90 min and gave us an accurate quote for service. The serviceman, Julian, was extremely professional and took care of the problem quickly. An hour or two later, we were all enjoying the pool. Ortiz pool service saved our trip!

Over the past few months, I've experienced ongoing pool and spa issues that were not properly addressed. My pool frequently did not have enough chlorine, the baskets were not being emptied consistently, and overall maintenance was not performed to the standard I expected. As a result, I've had more problems in a short period than I've ever had before. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
