I was introduced to Jeremy when his team was fixing a neighbor's pool and asked him to look at an issue we were having with the pool lights. He replaced the lights with new ones that support multiple colors and patterns for half the price of OEM replacements. I had him out again today to fix a heater problem which he was able to fix right away. They cleaned the filters and checked all the water chemicals and suggested a way to get some of the numbers more in line with norms. I had scheduled to meet with Jeremy at the property on Monday between 10am and 12pm. At 11:30am he asked me via text if we could meet the following day. We agreed upon 9am. I arrived at the home at 9am the following day and texted him. At 9:06am he called me to say he couldn't make it. I can't thank Jeremy enough. He came out to give a quote to install a new Jandy automation system for us, and when he arrived, he immediately noticed that the electrical setup around our pool equipment wasn't done properly before -- loose wires and a power strip just sitting outside on the ground. It wasn't safe or professional. When Jeremy gave his quote, I mistakenly thought the quote included the clean up work for the improper electrical work. Even though I was in the wrong, Jeremy offered to fix it for free. He was so thoughtful and professional about it -- no attitude, no nickel-and-diming. I wish I could give 10 stars!  Finally, a LOCAL pool solar repair tech! Over the last few months, three of the FAFCO panels on my roof have needed repair and/or replacement. The Laguna Hills company that I had been using for the last seven years had become increasingly unreliable with no shows on appointments and countless excuses.    I began calling around to various local pool companies and was referred over to Jeremy at Mega Sun Pools.  I called Jeremy to explain the issue.  He was on my roof that afternoon.  He quickly assessed the issue on the roof, diagnosed the panel connectors as the problem and found a separate issue with the actuator.  Jeremy replaced the actuator that day and assisted me with pictures to submit for warranty replacement of panels to FAFCO.  Once the replacement panels arrived, Jeremy returned to my home to install the replacement panels. I have found Jeremy to be honest, friendly and professional. I also find him to be trustworthy while on my property when I'm not home (a big bonus!).  His rates are fair and accepts various payment methods.  He also communicates well via text which is a huge plus to avoid the abyss of phone tag voicemails. read more

WOW! I am SO grateful I found you! Let me explain. I have been an active licensed Realtor here in the Coachella Valley for 18 years. In this business, many vendors get to busy or my trusted ones move out of area etc. I was in need of a new licensed pool contractor for repairs on a home in escrow! OK if you have ever sold a home before or are a Realtor, you know how challenging some escrows are. This home is one- Long story short, this home was about to fall out of escrow AGAIN over repairs. I had one agent getting me her estimates for my seller- saying they had to replace the WHOLE filter- because they didn't make this one any longer, on top of their original bad home inspection saying pool heater didn't work, spa lights didn't work, spa jets didn't work, pool remote didn't work etc!!! I found Jeremy for a second opinion to help save my sellers from $7,000-$8,000 in repairs! Jermey came over. Tested the equipment. EVERYTHING WORKED! The filter that they said they needed to replace the whole unit- for $1,600 just needed an O-ring for $30!! Then the buyers agent didn't believe this, so Jeremy went over there and made a video!
