We've been using Paradise Pools for over two years, and Ethan has been absolutely outstanding. He has consistently maintained our pool twice a week, and we couldn't be happier with the level of service he provides. Living in Palm Springs, pool maintenance is a year-round commitment, and Ethan makes it effortless. He's dependable, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in his work. Our pool is always crystal clear, clean, and ready to enjoy. Honestly, I can't imagine what condition our pool would be in without Ethan. It would quickly become our responsibility to maintain, and with the Palm Springs climate, that's not something we have the time or patience to manage ourselves. If you're looking for a reliable pool service, I highly recommend Paradise Pools. Ethan has given us complete peace of mind, and we're grateful for the exceptional care he provides week after week. read more

They are nice people....but not only could they not keep the pool salt or PH balanced but they also damaged a lot of property repeatedly. I had them for about 2 years. I switched and after a year with this new company I can say this is not normal. They overcharged for everything. They destroyed plants breaking branches, lawn - pouring pool water on it (still can't grow back) and when the pump broke they said they'd maintain the water while we waited for repair. They not only didn't maintain it but I had to drain it 3 times in 2 months because they could even get the water balanced from scratch. They were also dishonest on occasion about repair and showing up. Nice people but not acceptable service. I caution anyone from working with these guys. It's expensive and the damage is even more expensive. read more

Jorge was great. Informed about may situation. Took great care to answer all my questions. Showed up when he promised. And did a great fricken' job. It is not everyday that a service contractor does what they promise. Jorge did that and delivered a great solution to my hot tub issue. Highly recommend. read more

We selected Jorge and his business because of the high ratings and the very fair/competitive pricing. Jorge and his crew have exceeded our expectations. They've been very professional, honest, responsive and fair with any repairs needed. Carlos, who does the regular cleanings is very thorough and nice. Waldo is excellent with the maintenance. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Our pool sparkles because of them. read more

The job was done okay for the price. However, stone tiles were poorly sealed at the rim. I'll be using a different company next time :))

I needed to get a new Pool Heater when my warranty company (AHS) wrongfully denied the claim. Jorge was responsive and provided excellent explanations for the ordinary usage that caused the heat exchange to breakdown, rather than supposed "harsh chemicals" as was represented by AHS's contracted pool service. He recommended a better product than I had previously and also provided me a report from both Leslie's Pools and his own chemical analysis. I am talking AHS to Small Claims Court and am confident that Jorge's reports will help me get the reimbursement I am owed under the warranty. read more

He helped understand lots of pool related issues even through we had someone else do work on our pool read more

Paradise Pools came highly recommended by another pool maintenance company who did not take up work in our area. Jorge, the man dealt with , he was reliable, informative and totally professional. Paradise Pools replaced our previous pool man, as he was unable to efficiently keep the pool clean and looking inviting to swim in. Although , Paradise Pools monthly rate was higher than the previous pool man, the rate included all chemicals and even included some smaller replacement items. So it is important to ask questions if you are quoted a very low monthly rate... the "real" rate is in the details!. The pool had an overall, larger filter installed, & other neglected repairs made. Since we have hired Paradise Pools , the pool is always sparkling and always looks refreshing to swim in. read more

Waldo was timely and efficient in replacing the air blower on our hot tub. Communication was great! He even came earlier than promised! Patiently answered all my questions and made cost saving recommendations. Thank you, Waldo! read more

We continued using Paradise Pools service when we bought our home in 2019. They serviced the pool for the previous owner. We paid them to replace ALL of the mechanicals with new Pentair equipment: pump, filter, salt cell, heater, circuit panel, wifi module and all lighting. Plus glass bead blasting to clean the calcium coated tile. This was THOUSANDS of $s of business we gave them. After about 2 years, they became increasingly poor at service. With a continual turn over of technicians. Who all complained about how the company was run. Erratic schedules, no shows and sending multiple technicians with no English comprehension. Thus making it impossible to even communicate the unaddressed problems. We (and our one English speaking tech) reached out to the owner, Jorge, NUMEROUS times, regarding the fact that 1, then 2, of the $700 LED lights they installed had stopped working. They were still under warranty at that time. That was nearly TWO YEARS ago. And they STILL have not even responded, much less repaired / replaced them! But they continue to bill for 2 visits / week, whether they show up or not. Often spending only about 5 minutes on site when they do show up. Our service days are Mon. & Thurs. They skip every Mon. holiday, servicing our pool only once those weeks. Which is fine. But..... they insist on still charging the same 2 visits / week amount for the reduced service. If there were an option to give 0 stars, we would. read more

These guys answered immediately. Gave reasonable estimate for filter cleaning. Was able to get same day service. Performed service quickly and professionally. We both verified that the service was successful and all suction was restored. Technician was as friendly as the owner. Based on their awesome service I will be using them again soon for acid washing. Great company. read more

Paradise Pools has become my go to company for assistance. Jorge was responsive and was able to schedule my repair next day after I reached out the evening before. Waldo was super professional and the job was done quickly and at a very fair price. Thanks Paradise Pools! read more

Just received a quote to repair pool due to improper maintenance and chemical balancing for over $20K. Jorge tried to blame original contractor, however Paradise began maintenance immediately after sign off by City after being filled. I have the report of all chemicals in balance, final job card and health department sign off. Jorge is trying to say he took it over that way. After questioning him, he ghosted me because I believe he knew it was bad. ZERO stars. read more

I was desperate to have my pool program. I read their reviews. They came the same day and all was fix in about 20. Great people

So far so good. What impresses me the most is this company's technical skills. Jorge, the owner, is very personable and is honest and transparent with pricing. He'll often recommend several options for chemicals and equipment. And the best part is that he actually shows up to maintain my pool and spa. read more

I have had this pool service for over 5 years. They didn't show up this week, my pool is dark green. It is very hot outside but they won't even return my calls. I also discovered a small leak in my pool equipment, I really needed help. No returns my phone calls or emails read more

Paradise Pools have been servicing our long and short term rental pools in various locations for many years. Jorge started at one of my long term rentals and as I grew my business he grew his and he's continued helping us with our properties as we've bought them. Recently I let a company go I was using to do a build for me who stayed on to do pool service which wasn't their main focus and they were quite negligent. Paradise swooped in and saved the day when I was overrun by boatmans and algae just before a guest check in. Any time I've had issues at any of my pools it's always handled. They've not only been maintaining my pool for years but have also installed Pentair automation, new filters, pumps, intelligent colored lights and salt systems. That's all I've needed so far over the years but I have no doubt that they can handle anything I need installed. I'm eternally grateful in this moment because I was basically left hanging with a pool that was unusable for my guests. Now I have Paradise at all of our houses and my pools are twinkly clean...all is well in the world. Jorge and Lionel are who I've had the pleasure of dealing with so far and they are both great human beings. Highly recommended...and I'm extremely picky. read more

We had the privilege of working with Jorge and Paradise Pools because we wanted to relocate and update our pool equipment. As a homeowner, it is nice to know that when the job is finished that everything is done correctly. There are no shortcuts taken and all work is completed to the highest standard. Each crew member was professional, friendly and did clean work! I highly recommend Paradise Pools. read more

George and crew have been servicing our pool since we moved to Palm Springs two years ago. Knowledgeable, Reliable, Friendly. Professional. Fair. Because we have solar and TESLA batteries we decided to have Jorge and Paradise pools install a Pentair hybrid electric/gas heater/ filtration system. We now heat our pool with solar/electricity and our hot tub gets its final temperature boost with gas. With this system we are able to maximize the use of our solar electricity production so that there is no give back to Edison at the end of the year. George can explain how this can work for you, especially if you are producing more solar electricity than you can use. read more

Cannot recommend Jorge and Paradise Pools highly enough! Our pool and spa were in dire need of re-plastering. Jorge came out and provided a quote, explaining the process and how long it would take. I requested a quote to change the multi-color LED light in our swimming pool. In talking about our issue I described that we could probably change the light ourselves but we couldn't find one to buy anywhere, either online or at a pool supply store. Jorge offered to do research and buy the light for us so we could install it ourselves. That's an example of going above and beyond. Great customer service. Very speedy, and great communication. I recommend. read more

Called several 3 times in 2 days. Left Voice mail. No call back, Business must be BOOMIN!!

Jorge and his team are excellent. Our pump went out suddenly and he came that day, examined the issue and was back in 24 hours with a replacement part. Problem solved and we didn't have to replace the entire pump. Adam, our weekly pool man is friendly and professional. He actually keeps me informed of what is happening with my pool and if he needs to add anything he makes sure to tell me BECORE he does it and how long I need to wait before letting the pup into the yard (so chemicals can settle) and when I can get in. My last TWO pool companies did not do this. read more

I am following up on my prior review. I had no idea the tragedy the company was going through, so sorry. Since the last review the whole Paradise team has done a fantastic Job. Amazing service with very good prices from Jorge and Julian of Paradise Pools. Being a new homeowner here in Palm Springs, we bought a home with 15 +\- year old pool and equipment. Jorge brought the pool back to life by repairing the pool heater, adding a new control panel, converting the pool to salt, and servicing the pool. We now use Jorge and his team to perform twice per week pool service. Great communication. Jorge seems to be always available via text. read more
