He was on time to the appointment (so rare now-a-days!) and also called when he was here. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through everything he was doing to clean our filter and fix our pool pump. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain my pool, and was finished with everything in less than 30 minutes. You could instantly see the difference in my pool once he was done! Sergio has worked for me for 18 months. He drained & bead cleaned my tile $1500, installed new filter system $2350 5/24, suggested a new saltwater system $2500 installed last week 8/24, until all of my pool equipment was STOLEN 4 days later. He then made another $5050 to reinstall an entire new system again after I agreed to pay him before Farmers even took care of the claim. Sergio hired a friend, Jaime an installer who had only done work ONLY inside gate guarded communities, I was the first install job where I was not secure in a gate guarded community. Sergio immediately questioned him knowing this was suspicious and when we started investigating, I shared all of the negative reviews from Yelp, and he said he never vetted him. They broke into my backyard, ruined my gates and professionally stole it and hauled it over the 5-foot block wall and out of my yard. I have 5-to-8-foot walls around my entire home, this was not easy to obtain access and certainly to remove with the weight going over the block walls. Sergio contacted the police department and placed a report since I was two hours away. My neighbor has been reviewing the camera footage to hopefully catch and convict, but the police department included nothing really happens criminally anymore! Sergio offered to cover my $1000 deductible, but when it came to the final payment, he didn't honor the commitment he provided me with in writing. In fact, after looking into the cost of the equipment he pocketed $5,000+ for both installations. I spent thousands on deductibles, new security and camera system for my yard, additional expenses to take time off of work, gas and all of the work with the added stress of feeling completely violated by allowing this to happen. To top it off his father has been cleaning my pool and we have had algae and mold of the tile which I have asked to be cleaned in multiple communications even when he was on his honeymoon. I just can't get over the lack of integrity, so I terminated him. In addition, when I asked for my other pump to be reinstalled (which was new) he told me he got rid of it. It was new and most likely sold!! He sent me a text message offering to pay the $1000 deductible but after demanding the full payment saying that I agreed to pay for the new system. This was a painful and expensive lesson be careful who you hire and who they bring onto your property as this has cost me sleepless nights and thousands of dollars!!!! read more

I read another review from someone whose experience was identical to mine. For the better part of two years, I had amazing service, and then all of a sudden they went completely sideways. They did a repair multiple times, each time charging me without giving me a break for the previous "repair" that did not work. Aquatic Technicians have been monitoring and servicing the needs of our pool and spa for several years. They have modified the original equipment design and performed the work to make it more energy efficient and easier to operate including automations that have added to our enjoyment of the system. Their service has been dependable and consistent and their observance of the system's daily operation discovered a leak which they located and repaired. We have had several service and maintenance companies work on our system over the years and Sergio and his team at Aquatic are by far the best of all of them. After going through a couple of pool cleaning services I discovered Aquatic Technicians and met Sergio. They have been absolutely amazing. They are night a fly by cleaning service that cleans a few leaves dumps chemicals and take off in 2 minutes, they actually clean and vacuum they pool very thoroughly check chemicals, clean filters and service our fountains. In addition they understand a lot about the equipment itself and have made a number of upgrades for me such as a salt system, better filter etc..., Sergio always responds to texts on any questions and checks in with us on our satisfaction.
