Montana, the owner, his sons and employees are excellent - they truly know what they are doing, are incredibly professional and genuinely personable and they offer reasonable pricing. Everyone that worked on our pool was hard working, showed up on time, worked efficiently and took care of our home and property like it was their own. They cleaned the tile on our huge pool and over-sized spa - they took our pool and spa from ugly to beautiful in less than 3 days. MG Pools made the whole process effortless for us - they handled it all from permits, draining, bead blasting, cleaning out the pool, sealing tile, filling the pool, starting up the pool (including chemicals, conditioner, cleaning, checking equipment, etc.) through cleaning up our decks and patios (our pool, decking and patios are now cleaner than ever). MG pools even gave us suggestions for keeping our pool looking nice, but they NEVER tried to upsell or oversell or pressure us for more business. He came with us to our new house and gave us great advice before the new pool was redone. Three great examples. 1. When we moved he converted our pool to a salt pool. It's been a great change 2. Recently a zillion small bugs were in our pool from heavy winds that brought them here from the Salton Sea. He came over and addressed the problem. Gave us the bad news not to go in for a week while he got the bugs out of our pool. 3. We have terrible winds many years ago. Our pool was covered with debris from all over the Coachella Valley. We had a house full of company and we cleared the pool but it was impossible to get everything and get the pool back to a place you could go in. We texted Montana on a Sunday morning and he said he was going to church but would come right after. And he did. Praise the lord. Cleaning that pool to pristine condition. I almost hate to tell people how much I enjoyed the work! Montana called back, came when he said... for a start. He diagnosed my pool heater issue and then started to work on a solution. It took a couple of trips and a couple of days, ( we needed a special wiring harness). He was diligent and never asked for a penny until he was done. Amazing! He is punctual and arrived when he said going to arrive. I was happy already. He answered all my questions. Throughout his visit he was continually giving me other suggestions and recommendations that I should be aware so that the pool is up to par and is working at it's full capacity. He convinced me that he accomplished what I knew what needed to be done, and I would absolutely refer him to the next individual that may have a pool dilemma or need regular servicing. Montana also assigned me some easy "pool-homework" to do.
