When I first reviewed Zeta and Tim - I said that I had hoped to never see him again because that would obviously mean that I was having phone problems... Well, as fate would have it, I have seen Tim again, however it was for my wife's phone. Same comments as before super responsive, great service, quick repairs and in both cases, we were back on our phones within the hour - swiping left, right, up, down and selfies all around town! But seriously, as much as we rely on our iphones for work and personal life, it is critical to receive such great service. Zeta is highly recommended!

Imagine to my surprise when my iPhone started to not charge overnight and had to meander around New Mexico on a recent October 2016 without any assistance whatsoever. I felt lost without my iPhone to guide me. Asking for verbal directions wasn't going to help much. After getting back to Honolulu without incident, I went back to Zeta computers here in Chinatown and was amazed at the speed and effectiveness that the service was. I came to Zeta computers once before to an inflated battery peaking out from my iPhone sometime last year (2015 or this year 2016). I don't remember. While that was a distance memory, I returned here for a second time, since I remembered that they do good work here. While I had gone to the Apple Store at Kahala Mall the night before and they couldn't do anything for me - other than giving me the doomsday scenario of getting a replacement phone and losing all my data, I couldn't bear to lose all of my photos and already written reviews on Yelp on my Notes app (but not posted). I'm glad things didn't work out with the Apple Store, since I would probably have to send the unit to the back of the store or to the mainland to fix it. The risk of losing my data was too important, since I didn't back it up before my iPhone officially died while I was in New Mexico. The overall experience here at Zeta computers was great the second time around. While I could have waited for my iPhone to be fixed in a few hours after dropping it off on a Tuesday around lunch time, I needed to get back to the office and told them I could get it the next day after work (Wednesday). I was glad to have gotten my iPhone back, so I can get my life back on track. I arrived here at Zeta Computers here in Chinatown, Hawaii 96813. They are a small business that's located in Chinatown's Cultural Plaza. When I first came here, it was hard to find this place, but give them a call to make sure where they are location. If you are in the Chinese Cultural Plaza and found the statue of the lady within the fenced enclosure, follow the alley way and there will be a couple of doors that will lead you to Zeta computers. There is a sign above the door and you will need to press the button to let you in. Zeta computers is convienetly located at 100 North Beretania Street in Honolulu. They accept major credit cards, which is always a good thing, as well as cash. Parking can be a bit of a problem while in Chinatown, so best bet would be to use the parking garage connected to the cultural plaza or find street parking nearby. Either way works. If you are like me, many bus routes come through Chinatown or come close to it. Choose the right route that best serves you and get here for your iPhone or mobile phone repair needs. I'm grateful that the repair was fast and effective. I didn't lose any data or photos during the time it was being serviced here at Zeta computers and the price was quite reasonable, especially when you're without a phone for about 4 days and needing it back badly to function normally again. Oh, the sign of the times these days. Lol. The service here was phenomenal. Tim was awesome and he provided fast and friendly service. He notified me that the port was damaged and it wasn't emitting enough power to the rest of the phone. The guy at Apple said something else and that kind of made me angry that he was generalizing stuff and not giving me a straight answer. Thanks to Tim for diagnosing the problem almost instantly and I actually mentioned Pokemon Go and he acknowledged that 3rd party lighting cables and portable chargers are partly to blame for the bad ports for the iPhone. Needless to say, I am happy that everything turned out the way it should be and happy that the price was very nice. $65 for the port replacement + taxes was very reasonable, versus what Apple had recommended to me. 5.0 stars all around. Darryl is the hardest worker I have come across not only in Hawaii, but also in general. He knows…read morehis stuff, and he never steered us wrong during the corrosion abatement & power washing projects we hired him for. He was the first (and ended up being the only) person to respond; I'm actually glad no one else responded to the project we had because Darryl has been so awesome to work with! He is honest, determined, creative with solutions, a great communicator and has a fantastic work ethic. He always kept detailed logs of work performed, going as far as to provide both pictures and video as well as performing a 2-hour test to ensure the solution he had in mind would work. Absolutely outstanding on communication (which is a quality I find that many people). Not only did he do a stellar job and have great solutions for our issue, but he also kept us informed if he noticed other issues around the house that may need attention (overhanging trees, rocks in the yard, loose pipe straps, motion lights not activating). He went above and beyond, even offering to mow the lawn for us because he knew we were strapped for time. Darryl is extremely detail-oriented and is worth every cent of his hard-earned money, and I wish I could hire him to fix the entire house because I know he would get things done right the first time.

After shopping around; doing my research, comparing 2 other companies products, and service maintenance fees, I'm happy to say that I have chosen a great deal! The first company quoted me for 4, 4.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras which costed more and come to find out, they weren't in business very long; don't have as much man-power for maintenance and not as reliable. The second company didn't impress me; they didn't even use Bullet cameras - only Dome; but I was told that Dome cameras are better for indoor because of dust/cleaning, so I'd rather have bullets. I decided to keep shopping around and research. 3rd times a charm! I bought an 8 Channel NVR and installed 4, 4K 8.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras - Best Clarity I could find - made for outdoors. I also purchased separately; a 4K Monitor at BestBuy to view at home. It's cheaper to buy your own monitor. Lifeline Fire & Security is well worth the price and I have room for 4 more Cameras on the 8 Channel NVR for future camera add-ons. Clarity is great and it's so fun and convenient to view Live from my App when I'm away from home. Lee was very helpful in explaining the products and installation, programming, maintenance fees, during consultation. Ernie and Ray installed the cameras in one day and returned to tweak it after. With some help from their other tech guy Stewart; trouble shooting the App and adjusting Playback - all worked out well! Customer service from Marissa is excellent! She is very nice and helpful.
