I worked directly with Chris for the initial diagnosis process. I am thankful to have reached out as the other company I inquired to fix provided very different recommendation. I spilled some water on the outside of my laptop which I've only had for about 8 months. The first place I took to for the diagnosis told me the entire motherboard needed to be replaced which was going to cost $580. After taking to Chris and the team at Success Solutions, their recommendation was only $150. It took 2 weeks to get my laptop back and the only recommendation for improvement I have is to provide better updates throughout the process. I ended up reaching out after the two weeks to get an update to which I was notified the laptop was finished and I could pickup. When I got home I noticed the computer running a bit slow and I reached back out to Success Solutions and they promptly responded via my text and followed up with a voicemail regarding my concern. They provided guidance and even offered to take another look at the computer if doing updates/rebooting. read more
