I had an RX sent to this location which I saw was accepted on my online portal through my provider. I called hours later to see if it was ready and the woman who answered the phone was pretty rude. I was hold for quite a while and then she asked if I had insurance. I told her I would be paying out of pocket since it is a cheap RX and I didn't want a delay. She put me on hold again and then told me they didn't have the medication in stock. She didn't even ask for my birth date which is pretty standard? A call to me earlier in the day would have been nice so that I could have gotten my RX moved to a different pharmacy. It was pretty off-putting. read more

Love that everyone was so friendly when i walked in to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacist gaby was very knowledgeable when i needed to pick something over the counter. The staff transferred my prescriptions from cvs which is a nightmare and delivered everything for free! They work with all insurances and even the drug that wasn't covered, they gave it to me for a lower price than cvs would've offered. Thanks olympus! The staff is so nice. The owner Milena is amazing. She has gone over and beyond to help me get the meds that I need & also got all my moms medications transferred from Ralph's to her location as well as mine from Maxson's. I've always wanted to support small businesses, but Maxson's has always been more of a local icon shop bc of their long history. But the pharmacists are rude and curt with you and don't care if they lose customers bc they have so many. They overcharge for everything. Even deliveries. OLYMPUS does not. They will work with you even after their hours of operations has stopped. They have been nothing short of amazing. read more

This pharmacy is amazing. They go above and beyond what is needed and their price is amazing. All the staff there are very accommodating. My girlfriend works 8am-7pm most days. So they will allow me to pick up her RX and they will order everything a day before to insure that the meds will be in and ready for pick up. Forget the cvs, rite aids and the big pharmacies. It's really nice to walk-in and ppl know you and your name. Support your small business, you will get a lot better treatment. read more

Yikes! I went in just to buy a birthday card for my wife. Not a single person working there wears a mask to protect themselves or their customers. I politely asked why none of them were wearing a mask and the woman at the register very rudely said "We don't have to." They are a pharmacy where sick people often come to get medicine. Shouldn't they be protecting their customers? Will never shop there again both because they clearly shun wearing masks and were very rude. read more

MY HEROES!!! Huge thanks to Melainia (sorry for any misspellings) for helping me above and beyond. I desperately needed drops for my eyes but was in a rush to get to work. Since even the generic version of what I needed was crazy expensive, Melainia called my Dr. to get an affordable alternative. She then called me to explain my options, and sent a driver to my apartment with a free delivery of my meds! ...Unfortunately, no one was home because, work. So Melania called me back and worked out a time for me to pick up my meds on Saturday, during a time they were technically closed. I can't thank her enough - I really needed these meds and my work schedule was going to make it impossible to get help, but she totally saved the day. I'm super grateful for her help and Olympus for everything. :) read more

This pharmacy may be brand new; but, they know their stuff. Friendly, helpful, caring. Exactly what you want in a neighborhood pharmacy. No long lines. They even carry Dr Teal's Epsom Salt products, which I saw on TV. And if they don't happen to have something I need, they can usually get it by the next day. So nice to feel like I matter. It's the kind of pharmacy we used to have in England - small and well stocked with things you want to see in a pharmacy - not full of dog food and cleaning supplies like those horrible big places. My parents use this pharmacy and we love it. So far all we've had to do is make one call and they will take care of everything for you. Contact the doctor get the prescription. Call the insurance if needed and almost always you will receive the medication that day. If not the day after for sure. They deliver and I never have to worry running around for my parents medications. That's one thing off my plate. The girls are awesome! Yes, they can be outspoken but it's only because they are so passionate about their work and always trying to help out multiple people and answer multiple phone calls at the same time. So far we haven't paid a dime for a medication but hey if the prices are changing or the insurance no longer covers that particular medication than it is up to us to pay. They also offer variety of meds that can substitute for the one that is no longer covered. Thank you for all your help girls. You have taken one extra weight off my shoulders. read more

This is the most unprofessional and chaotic pharmacy that I have ever been to. It took them 90 minutes to transfer a simple prescription and then when they were ringing me up, they said that my usually $15 medication will cost $200!!! Because they would be losing money unless I paid them! Totally ridiculous to make me wait and then scam me. When I said no, they tried to guilt me into it, saying that they already opened it and that I had to buy it. Stay very far away from this "pharmacy"- if you can call it that. read more

I wish it were possible to rate no stars. They are absolutely unprofessional. I walked into this pharmacy and two people were simply yelling at each other. As if it weren't enough that I had to watch a brawl in the middle of the pharmacy, the person that was helping me out with obtaining my prescriptions was beyond rude. I made the mistake of going here once, and will definitely not be making that mistake again. I cannot even understand how they are still in business.
