The pharmacist goes above and beyond by taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I have. It's rare to find a pharmacist who genuinely cares about your well-being. Great pharmacy. I was in need of some medication for asthma like symptoms as I had some respiratory issues. I got the prescription but was not told anything much from the doctor. I got to the pharmacy and I was second guessing the medication because I've never had to use asthma type meds before. I had a ton of questions about the meds but the pharmacist there was extremely patient and helpful. After speaking to him, I was at ease and actually got the meds even though I still did not want to. Definitely a lot better than the major stores like CVS where I've gotten most of my meds in the past where they don't explain anything and seem over worked. Good thing I spoke to the pharmacist and he put my worries at ease because after 2 months of dealing with my issues, it was fixed after less than a week. read more

I am so impressed by this pharmacy. I called around multiple pharmacies in the area because I needed to get my prescription filled in an expedited manner to catch a flight. The team at this pharmacy was so helpful and accommodating. They were able to fill my prescription in just a few minutes. Since then, I have transferred all of my medication and my grandmother's medication to this pharmacy. The pharmacists were so helpful with my grandmother's medication and took the time to explain each medicine to her in detail. I had been to this pharmacy before and not gotten the best service, but after hearing they are under new ownership I decided to give them another try. And I am glad I did! I was so tired of being treated as nothing more than a number at the big chain pharmacies, at Multi Care I was able to talk to the pharmacist, one on one, and ask him all of my questions. I've never had a pharmacist be so patient with me and answer all of my questions. I was also able to pick up my medications super quickly. I came to the pharmacy to pick up meds after I saw an ad for new ownership, since I'm a patient of a doctor at the building, and had a good experience. Previously I've seen this pharmacy closed in the afternoons, but with the new ownership, it was open when I dropped by, and they had the meds I needed. When I was exiting the parking structure, the attendant told me that cash only. So he recommended me to go to the pharmacy to get cash. Off I went, the lady at the counter told me that she will charge me $12.00 for $10.00 cash and so the fee is $2.00. What a ripoff? I hope she did not put that $2.00 in her pocket because that is outrageous. I could bought something and got cash back? I felt so bamboozled. Deceptive business practice, I will give them negative stars if they had one. No bueno. read more

it is always different when the owners are pharmacists and they know exactly what they are doing...after transferring my scripts to multicare pharmacy...calling the doctor offices for my refills is off my list...they will make sure you get all your medications on time without worrying about calling your doctor and staying on hold for a long time...not to mention their free same day delivery service ...you guys are amazing read more

Very rude people working at the front. Asked if they validated parking because I went to an associated urgent care office and the lady working in the front had an attitude and said they only do it for their customers. In which I clearly understood, so I offered to purchase something in exchange for the validation and she still rudely told me its for customers only. Had the most frustrating experience at this pharmacy. The lady in the front who I assume is the tech was very rude and unprofessional, had me stand there for 20 minutes and didn't say anything, wasted my time, I had to approach her and ask what was taking so long she IGNORED me and continued with her phone co versatile. The pharmacist also ignored me standing there all that time. After warring all that time I had to leave without my prescriptions. Horrible place horrible service. read more

The Pharmacy next to Mend urgent care is great! all you people complaining about the 2$ fee for cash should go across the street to ATM and pay $5 for your cash. I found it very convenient for $2 and I didn't need to buy useless things I didn't need. They give money only as a service to the parking lot that only accepts cash, going to the bank to break money into 10 or 5$ denominations almost daily. Also there is a fee for running your credit cards through. Complainers are obviously not business owners. read more
