This couple, Jason and Julia had reopened the business and decided to
Keep the business local. I needed 6 windows replaced which included
A patio door. Bid given, accepted and 1/2 down paid. When Jason brought windows and patio door glass out, one window was broken and the patio door did not fit. He had to take the glass out of the door and reorder.
He put the old glass back in. The door hardly shut and was very difficult
To move. I called him and told him this. He said it would correct itself when new glass was installed. Brought the new glass out and installed it. I gave him final pay. I tried opening it and it was extremely difficult to move. He told me the rollers were probably shot. I asked him to fix them as it mustve happened when he took old glass out and put it back in. Adamantly he said no. We looked at door, it was wobbly and almost impossible to move.
It was loose at the top and so I called Jason back right away. He said he would Come back and look; he did in a few days. I showed him wobble, the corner where Something was sticking out between glass and beading, pry marks on the door frame. He fixed the piece of bead in the corner and said he didnt do any prying (wasnt in room when he reinstalled) and said he suggested we get someone in to replace the wheels. He did not do this work. I told him the slider worked fine till he installed the faulty piece, took it out and put the old one in. He denied it had anything to do with his install. I did not stop payment on final check and told him I wouldnt as I Trusted him. Bad mistake on my part. I have since called him twice Offering to buy the wheels if he would install as I now have 2 quotes at $175 and $184 to replace. He told me today to call the one that was $175. I would never recommend this company. They appear to have had other problems with customers judging from reviews and its not worth the stress dealing with them.
