Undercook chicken but their manager said that that's ok, so ignore completely the client. Never coming back

It used to be a good place, now, it's just bad quality food, poor service. Undercook chicken, showed to the manager and he said that was ok, ignore the client so never coming back to this place

Medium rare steak, red/brown beans, rice, potato salad, pasta salad, fried yuca, pickled onions, ribs, tripe stew.

Went there for the 1st time with my date. A bit of a confusion at first. No one was there to seat us and saw some customers that came in after us walk in and grab plates and served themselves at the buffet. My date asked to be seated and they didn't explain much and gave us a dinner menu. I saw some people at other tables getting their orders put by the waitress and some getting up to serve themselves. I wanted to do the buffet and walked up to serve myself. The rice was horrible. Nothing special. The pork meat smelled bad and medium rare steak was OK. The Flan was not saturated enough as the edges of the bread were dry. Ugh. Everything else that I got was good (fall-off-the -bone ribs, potato salad, pasta salad, tripe stew, fried yuca, red/brown beans were tolerable. Would I go here again? Probably not.

First time at this place on a Thursday night for dinner and karaoke. Parking was easy to find on the street right nearby. Food was great. We did the pay by pound rather than all you can eat which is a bit more economical especially if you're not going to eat a ton. They have a salad and entrees bar and then for the meats they have separate station. Once you load up your plate, you go to the checkout and they weigh it and you get the bill to your table. After dinner we went to the adjoining room which has a bar and tables and a stage. It was pretty crowded and seems like a popular place. Karaoke was a lot of fun. You give them your 3 song choices on paper and then they call out your name. We only got to sing 1 song each because there were lots of people wanting to sing. It was super fun and a great time was had by all!

If only I can give negative star I will definitely will. Terrible service, people are so unprofessional, they will talk bad infront of their customers like they're not even there. I ordered worth of $85 and ask for extra sauce because they only give me one for all of my steak order and they told me that I have to pay extra just for the sauce. I don't mind paying, but the way they say it to me is so bad. People just need to use their common sense sometimes.

I heard great things about Oliveir's steak houses. Apparently I picked the wrong location. I ordered for my birthday. I was craving steak for some reason. So I actually ordered two different steak dishes. Both cooked MEDIUM. I tend to prefer Med Well, but with delivery, I like to go under, just in case it needs to be reheated. I'd much rather it be undercooked than overcooked, anyways. So I get my order, and not one, but BOTH MEDIUM steak dishes came out EXTRA well done. And by that, I mean, it was so dry and leathery, they should be ashamed they sent it out of the kitchen. The chicken was incredibly overcooked and dry too. All of it was flavorless. I have been in the restaurant business for 18 years. That order should have never left the kitchen. There's no excuse, because this steak was clearly sliced in advance, so you can't pretend you didn't know it was so grossly overcooked. Just look at the pictures. They speak for themselves. Never ordering from here again.

I have been here many times and I've always done all you can eat but I think I need to start paying by weight since I don't think I eat $29 worth. The AYCE is nice because I don't have to worry about how much it could be and can try all the meats. Depending on when you come and who is your server, you may or may not have good service. If the meat servers are slow, you can also bring your plates up to the counter and pick what meats you want. Good for when you are starving too. My favorite cuts are flank, top sirloin, hangar, and beef short rib. I think brisket too but I didn't get any this time. Honestly, if you get an overcooked piece, it sucks. Don't eat it if it isn't cooked right. It's a waste of calories. The FLANK will never disappoint even if it is a little overcooked. That's my favorite cut. That and top sirloin. The salad and hot food buffet is nice as well. I always go for the plantains, oxtail, rice/beans and fruit. Another reason why I like the AYCE, I can eat the fillers and not care. At the end, you must have the warm pineapple with cinnamon. It is crack! Overall, food is good. You'll leave full but be warned, you might get the meat shits.

My plate for dinner showing only a small sampling of what they offer.

Food was very good. For lunch you have the option to have buffet by the pound or all you can eat. Very reasonable to pay by weight.

Tasty and reasonable for lunch. Their meats are well seasoned and the setting is relaxed. You must be a meat lover though!

The Sky Lounge & Rooftop Terrace

Summer's here so it's time to hit up the rooftop bars and enjoy the beautiful weather! Sky Lounge…read moreis located on the top floor of the Yotel Hotel. Once you get in, there's a small lounge area on the left and then a larger lounge area straight ahead where the bar is. They have small tables with couches and local artwork ond display. For their drinks, their mixed drinks are average, but they only had 3 beers on draft which was a disappointment. They do serve some bar food and snacks, but like the drinks they're overpriced. I've been here twice and there's usually a wait for the rooftop. Once on a Saturday I was quoted up to a 3 hour wait that was actually 45 minutes and on a Sunday it was a 15 minute wait. I put my name down and got a friendly text when my turn was up. The view is pretty good, but not the best since it's not by the water so it's mostly looking at the city and large apartment complexes. The rooftop is small with 4-5 tables, a TV, and some seats. It seems like they allow around 40 people in at a time. Overall, this a cool place to hang out with friends this summer!

I like how it is set up like a lounge, where they have couches available for big and small groups. You can also just sit at the bar to grab a drink. There are also tables on the terrace, but it is not always open during the winter months. When the door is unlocked, it is worth checking out the view for a couple of minutes. The bartenders can be a bit hit-and-miss, depending on the night. I wouldn't take that personally. Just order your drink and focus on your company. They will come around like 15 minutes before closing and asking you to close your tabs. Supposedly their lobby bar stays open later than 11 PM, but my friends and I tried going then got turned away by the lobby bar as well. I have always had GIN CRAZE $14 (Beefeater gin, lemon, simple, raspberry puree). It is pretty solid.

The food isn't anything to write home (or on yelp) about, it seems like it's usually some type of soup or salad & some snacks. The bar has some bottled beers and wine, and a few spirits they can make cocktails with. This lounge space is best used so you can have a comfortable seat while waiting for your flight and grabbing a drink. I'm not sure what the entry price is, but I still wouldn't recommend paying to come in. If you have a prior pass that gives you free entry then it worth coming in rather than sitting at the gates with the rest of the creatures in Gen Pop outside.

I normally would not go to this lounge, but with winter storm Fern, the Chase lounge was closed and I semi reluctantly came here. There was unsurprisingly a wait, which I think you can bypass with prebooking which costs $7/person. My flight ended up getting delayed by 5 hours, so it didn't make a big difference for me. Inside, the selection of food isn't huge, but it sure beats paying over $15-20 for the same kind of food outside the lounge. They had a salad bar, pita bread with hummus, tomato bisque, and tomato and chicken pilaf in addition to a wide selection of desserts (cookies, brownies, chocolate covered pretzels). For drinks, there were a few pitchers of fruit infused water and a couple fridges of soft drinks. They also have a bartender making drinks and serving beer and wine. Overall, a pretty good experience with a decent amount of outlets available for charging. Not a "premium" experience by any means, but it's quieter and more private than sitting in the terminal by the gate.
