It's rare that we get a chance to take advantage of an airport lounge. Either we are cutting it too close to take off, we are in a different terminal, or they aren't open. This was an exception. we got to Logan Airport pretty early and my gal, who had the hook up, said we gotta try the lounge. Now I haven't been to too many airport lounges, but I have liked most for sure. This one was no exception, and the professional courteous staff was a leading factor. They had the breakfast swapped over to lunch while we were there within minutes, and both were good. And the Bloody Mary was a nice mix. We were around for about and hour, and a quick team was grabbing any plate we had set aside before we knew it. I would put this spot in the top 5 lounges I've been in for sure, the top part of the 5. Located in terminal C by gate 19 this is your typical Priority Pass lounge in the US. It's an ok consolation considering the Chase Sapphire lounge was full and they were only allowing certain Chase card holders to get on the wait list. The food isn't anything to write home (or on yelp) about, it seems like it's usually some type of soup or salad & some snacks. The bar has some bottled beers and wine, and a few spirits they can make cocktails with. This lounge space is best used so you can have a comfortable seat while waiting for your flight and grabbing a drink. I'm not sure what the entry price is, but I still wouldn't recommend paying to come in. If you have a prior pass that gives you free entry then it worth coming in rather than sitting at the gates with the rest of the creatures in Gen Pop outside. read more

Not sure about all the hate here. There are a lot of open seating areas outside the lounges in Logan, but sitting in a lounge at least decreases the amount of traffic around you if you're trying to get some work done at the airport. I normally would not go to this lounge, but with winter storm Fern, the Chase lounge was closed and I semi reluctantly came here. There was unsurprisingly a wait, which I think you can bypass with prebooking which costs $7/person. My flight ended up getting delayed by 5 hours, so it didn't make a big difference for me. Inside, the selection of food isn't huge, but it sure beats paying over $15-20 for the same kind of food outside the lounge. They had a salad bar, pita bread with hummus, tomato bisque, and tomato and chicken pilaf in addition to a wide selection of desserts (cookies, brownies, chocolate covered pretzels). For drinks, there were a few pitchers of fruit infused water and a couple fridges of soft drinks. They also have a bartender making drinks and serving beer and wine. Overall, a pretty good experience with a decent amount of outlets available for charging. Not a "premium" experience by any means, but it's quieter and more private than sitting in the terminal by the gate. read more

Not sure why this lounge has such awful reviews - especially if people are using priority pass or some other membership where you don't have to pay to get in?? Came here when our JetBlue flight out of Boston got delayed , used priority pass for myself and a guest. Pros: - honestly, the food choices available were not bad. Got myself a nice warm cup of tomato bisque with crackers, as well as Israeli couscous. Got my husband a couple cans of Diet Coke, and had some delicious Boston cream pie. - has a coffee bar, alcohol bar, and very comfortable chairs - charging tower in the middle of the chair area - no wait to get in, was busy but not crowded on a Tuesday afternoon, we got comfortable lounge chairs with a small table. - kind service from all the staff. I honestly feel like the staff at these lounges deal with so much crap from patrons doing weird things like trying to get in without a pass? Lol - light snacks and grab and go soft drinks chilled in fridge - convenient location if you're flying JetBlue! Very close to the gates in terminal C Cons: - despite the one charging tower with multiple outlets, other than that specific tower there's not a lot of outlets to charge up if you don't get a seat near one. Would recommend building outlets into the seating if possible - not a wide range of food choices - only 1-2 hot food choices and the bisque had no bowls (but making do with coffee mug was easy and still delicious lol) TLDR: - dingy for sure. But not trashy and does not warrant a 1 star review. Way better than sitting at the gate. Convenient, comfy chairs, nice drinks, hardworking staff. Limited options. read more

The lounge was a degree above an inter city bus station. It even had its own mouse that scampered amongst the waiting passengers (maybe he was a mascot). Perhaps, the mouse added to the ambiance. The food was sparse with some heated pasta. There were some brownie bits and salad; it was subpar. On the positive side, the bartender was very nice and friendly. There were very few outlets so it is not easy to charge up. You are almost better staying at your gate. read more

There were definitely some things that could be improved in this lounge. There are a lot of more comfortable chairs with no outlets to charge anything. The food variety could definitely use some work as well. The salad dressing choices were not great. I have been in much better airport lounges before. read more

Stopped in for a quick look when I got to my gate a little early which was literally right outside the lounge. The menu for the cocktails is pretty standard (and same as the menu from the Buffalo lounge I was at earlier in the morning). I tried to order an elderflower margherita but they were out of elderflower so I passed on the drink. I did refill my water bottle with lemon water and took a look around at the seating and food. It's a little bare bones and very busy with all the tables and seats being taken but that was to be expected. Our week long New England trip ended back in Boston. Our United flight didn't leave until early afternoon from terminal B. The lounge is located in terminal C. We had our tour bus driver drop the five of us here. We checked into the lounge around 10:00am. Still serving breakfast. Having already eaten breakfast at our hotel I wasn't hungry. Got a Bloody Mary and a muffin. Later they switched out breakfast for lunch around 11am. Got the creamy hot soup. Small canned sodas in the refrigerator case but no bottled water. Just as well. Would have been plastic. From terminal C to our gate in terminal B was about a 15 minute walk. read more

Great service! No frills airport lounge. They have a bar, a buffet that rotates through out the day, and a self serve coffee/espresso bar. Staff were super nice, everything was very clean, and plenty of seating. read more

This place has horrible, bad quality and barely their food selection. If you are hungry, don't come here. They even have bottled water, just an almost empty pitcher. They only thing they have to their name is a mid bar. Grab your own food elsewhere were then have all the alcohol you want here. Bathrooms are mid and not top notch maintained. Not the most luxurious lounge that I have been to. It was pretty quiet in here and there were many places to sit from more comfy seats in the back or dining tables towards the middle. The service here was great! The bartender was so funny! He single handedly made my experience better! Such a great personality. The wait staff were also very kind and friendly! They made sure to maintain the area very well. The bathroom was basic. My friend commented that the public bathroom outside in the terminal was a little cleaner than the one in the lounge. The food was very normal. Nothing special or different. Selection of soft drinks near the food and bar had some options to choose from. read more

Located in Terminal C, near C19. This lounge has ample seating, limited outlets when I came in around 3:30pm, but picked up around 5pm. Honestly not the best food options but if you have priority pass and it's complimentary I would come by but otherwise, I don't recommend paying for this, unless you are going to drink several drinks. There were two soup options, lentil & beef veggies. They were alright. There is a mini salad bar, some desserts, snacks. There is an open bar so if you like a beer or wine. But honestly not entirely full if you were hungry. Staff were friendly. *Please note that this is not accessible if you already go through TSA in Terminal A as they are not linked. If you are flying out of Terminal A, you do have to go through TSA twice, first through Terminal C to access the lounge and on the way back to Terminal A. Very basic lounge, with a little more than basic bar (they made a Negroni for someone who asked and it looked like quite a few liquor and beer choices). The lounge is worn and old looking. Food options were okay - soup, salad, veggies and hummus, wrapped apples, snack mix and gummy bears, and brownies. As others have mentioned, not a ton of outlets. Note: I have priority pass and had no trouble getting in on a Thursday afternoon. Would I pay extra to come to this lounge? The lounge that calls itself "The Lounge" in Logan Terminal C is without exaggeration the very worst airport lounge I have ever had the misfortune to regularly visit. On my last visit, just this past week, the chafing tray for the main lunch item remained empty for the entirety of my one and a half hour visit. A visit which was during lunchtime, BTW. I ate something like three plates of the couscous side dish, which was the sole lunchtime food item available, aside from a sorry "salad" of wilted, colorless iceberg lettuce. It wasn't until I got about a third of the way down the pile of "clean" dishes that I located one that didn't have dried food that had been baked on by being run through the dishwasher. It took me a couple of tries to find utensils without baked on food as well. What a sad, sorry, dismal excuse for an airport lounge. Not much different from just hanging out at the gate. read more

Decent views, good service, and a decent assortment of drinks (libations and otherwise) albeit with limited food options. I would recommend against paying for a day pass. It is only worthwhile to come if your ticket, status, or affiliation provides for complimentary entry. Relaxing, but with no separate rooms are partitions for privacy or complete quiet. I have to err on the side of benefit of the doubt, as this is not a branded lounge, e.g. with a hotel or credit card affiliation; thus rendering a review of 3.25 to 3.35 in exact satisfaction. With non-branded lounges, I generally have lower expectations. This is due to many factors but for TLDR purposes, I reference proprietary lounges' cost and exclusionary accessibility, e.g. having to fly with the respective airline and having a requisite class of ticket, affiliation/status, and or credit card to even be eligible for entry. read more

It has a pretty simple feel, but being able to enjoy a cocktail and charge my phone while waiting for my flight made it a big step up from sitting by the gate. Lounge at the Boston airport. They're finally open for business. I was here for a morning flight around 6am. Due to Covid restrictions, they do not have a buffet, instead you can pick what you like from a choice of oatmeal, boiled eggs or parfait. They also have muffins and granola bars. And ofcourse, lots of coffee! They also have some juices and water. Not the best lounge experience, but it is better than waiting for your flight near your gate! read more

They offer booze but since it was 10 am well you know. There were a few limited desk type stations so it is much more a relax rather the work lounge. Strict timekeeper at the door wouldn't flex a minute on the entry time. I used to use this lunge 3-5 times a month pre pandemic now it's a tossbup as to whether I want to bother. Food selection today kind of weird.... Two kinds of soup and cold veggies but the hot "entree" is plain white rice. Not sure of the thought prcess on that. Still had canned beverages and the coffee machine from hell. Bathroom was clean, furniture getting a little worn. A few screaming kids with oblivious and deaf parents today. The lounge is located in Terminal C, right opposite of Gate C19. I wasn't expecting much but that little got crushed. There was a 45min wait to get into the lounge. I left my number and tried to stay close. They texted me after roughly 30min. I had to check in again whereas out of the 6 people sitting at the front desk, only one was working and checking people in, soon enough a long line formed. The food was interesting: turkey gumbo which was the best option of all, broccoli cheddar soup was extremely rich and salad. The main entree was plain white rice. Yes. There were some bananas and oranges, cookies and peanuts, all in all pretty sad looking. The bathroom was ok, but lots of staff members would block the stalls and be on the phone... Checking into the lounge was a breeze. Arriving in the early evening there was plenty of seating. I didn't need to wait for a drink or some snacks. Offerings in the evening were turkey gumbo, veggies, and some desserts. Good for a lil snack, but definitely need to stop for a meal as well. read more
