Meh. The whole experience in this lounge was sub-par. First, the greeter was rude and unwelcoming. He sounded annoyed that people were coming in and disturbing his tv time. When other customers entered and didn't understand him, he raised his voice asking for their boarding passes. The chairs were stained and so dirty. Try to find a clean one to sit at. There's currently a single tv with news and a board detailing flight status. The food was ok, many of the snacks in jars were stale. I didn't even try the the cold food. The drinks weren't even cold, turn down the temperature knob. They have drinks but I guess you need to special order them. No wifi except for Boston Logan wifi. Toilets are around the corner down a creepy hallway. They're renovating the space with showers. And the map looks like they'll use the space well, but until then it's just alright.

We came here at 9:15am on a Sunday, right after the long haul departures left terminal E and before the international evening rush. Luckily for us, this lounge was completely empty, quiet and extremely relaxing. The food selection offered cold crepes with jam and fruit, sliced pineapple, and greek yogurt with fruit and granola, along with a coffee machine and great selection of canned drinks. The food selection seemed better than the club at BWI, but maybe because this lounge is contracted with Qatar Airways. Showers are offered at the bathrooms, but like a previous reviewer said they're probably not cleaned religiously like the skyclub. Overall, I prefer this completely empty lounge over a crowded ZOO like environment at the United Club or Admiral Lounge.

Fresh food bar is small but sufficient

Timing is everything because I was able to reserve a shower room easily without a wait. Fresh towels, basic toiletry kit and shower necessities were provided - the room was impeccably clean and fresh. I did notice my room did not include a hair dryer. Not a big deal but it would be nice to add this feature in the future. Food offerings are plentiful. It's not the largest spread but the food was nourishing. The lounge was well staffed with servers cleaning up tables and checking on food regularly. I would happily stop in again next time I'm in A Terminal passing through Seattle.

We got off the elevator and there was a line and they said they were at capacity. No big deal at all, so we waited and as we moved up the next person in line was told they could go in. Naturally I then moved up and she said "no I didn't say you! " I replied I know I heard you I was just moving up. "Well move into the corner then". They have a check in kiosk and I had never used one before and had my delta skymiles card. I said oh I have this am I able to do that. She said yup all on the screen. My husband said to her "you could be a little nicer " she then says "well you could be nicer too! I know your names and I can kick you out if that's what you'd like. Don't worry I can do that". We found a spot to sit and I went to the bathroom. Well this same lady came in and yelled out last names as if she was looking for us. He said I'm right here and all she did was look at him and walk away. The food portion here was just alright reminded me of s hotel buffet type. There was an incredibly nice woman who came around and interacted with us asking if we needed anything like a drink . I had been to a few lounges prior to this and only had the most amazing experience at them and unfortunately this time this was a horrible miss for delta.

We were there at 0 dark 30 for an early morning flight so we took advantage of their breakfast buffet. I do like their foo foo coffee machine so I could treat my self to a cappuccino with an extra espresso shot. I really liked that this is a very clean lounge and the cleaning folks do a great job policing the lounge. As usual the folks at the front desk are very friendly, professional, and can provide assistance as needed. When the bar is open a decent tip will get you a good pour.

They also have the standard bar-the bartender was a little slow on the service side, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so it wasn't awful. There is a nice view of some of the gates, which I always appreciate. However, when I was there the sun was setting so they had drawn the shades-which was appreciated for the 20 minutes or so the sun was an issue, but a bummer for the rest of the time (yes, I know I could have just asked someone to raise the shades). It was nice to have a quiet space to get some work done, and if I'm ever flying through Boston again I'd definitely come back to this lounge.

Compared to JFK and LAX, this is a much smaller lounge; however, still great! We had a wonderful chat with the General Mgr, Mr Brown. Also you get an amazing view of the Boston skyline.

I booked with the Diamond Concierge number, not a third party site. Well I get to the Delta One lounge and was turned away from the half empty lounge because my Delta One flight included an Air France connector. I explained that this was never communicated with me and I always access Delta One lounges with the Delta One ticket. I conveyed that a simple way to resolve this situation was just let me in to the empty club and all will be good. I know now that Air France connections are not included. But no go. Well they just lost a 30 year loyal medallion member over this lounge experience. Other airlines are stepping up their premium travel game. I will be looking into them for sure.

First visit, Monday 4/20/26…read more Visiting Boston on a work trip, I had no idea the Marathon was today! Met 4 colleagues at The Red Fox for dinner, a recommendation from a friend of my colleague. Tough to find initially and very unsuspecting upon arrival. As you enter the front door (think like walking into a foyer of a small apartment building) you go down a flight of stairs into the restaurant. Then wow, this place is awesome! Small entry way into the restaurant with a hostess immediately greeting you. The bar is your first view of the place and it was packed. I'd describe it as dimly light, great atmosphere and ambience, almost a speakeasy feel. I'd recommend a reservation. The hostess walked us to our table, walking along the bar line with small 2-4 top tables to our left, we then turned left into the main dining room. 5 of us and we were seated at a horseshoe style table, plenty of room for up to 6 adults. Service was instant, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. We ordered cocktails and a couple apps. The drinks arrived along with bread service. They added small side plates with oils and olives, a nice touch. The cocktails were fantastic as was the homemade bread. A unique twist with my cocktail (kettle one & soda), was the single ice cube that was a long rectangle cube that was so clear you couldn't see it! The cubes length was the same as the tall glass it was served in and didn't melt. For dinner I listened to our server who recommended the Chicken Parmigiana with a chefs twist using a vodka infused sauce, this dish was amazing! My colleagues all shared the same feelings that this meal was spectacular. Highly recommend The Red Fox!
