I have the email from the Club confirming that they took our money for 2. BUT, when I log in to get my documents, the account says, "No Oder History". The site has no phone number or direct email listed, just the link to the Web Form. I've tried to send multiple assistance requests over the past 5 days and they will not send. I jumped on their Facebook page but no messaging, however, I found multiple similar complaints. We have not made it to the lounge yet, BUT reading the reviews, we might have dodged a bad experience. Calling my CC Bank to cancel the charges .
