This is how a club should be, should look, plus spotless - very clean. The restrooms were impeccably clean. Adjacent and connected is the "Delta One" club but it was not open early AM. Beautiful architecture with lots of light. Lots of different seating arrangements from the private cube chairs, the "telephone booth" mini offices, belly up bar tops with lots of A/C outlets. Very cozy but open air at the same time. Not many people here but I was in very early. Definitely check it out if in Terminal E!

Thanks to my brother from another mother this was a great experience just as he promised. The food on the buffets was good even though some of it was a little bougie for my taste buds, lol. The breakfast was excellent and they had chicken sausages to boot. I was food since must places don't have turkey our chicken which I prefer. The staff was polite, even the people enjoying the lounge like us were nice too. This is something I can do every time I fly, I loved it. Now I need to try other lounges after this experience.

Aside from that, this location has all the usual amenities, and the employees were all fantastic. The food isn't anything to write home (or on yelp) about, it seems like it's usually some type of soup or salad & some snacks. The bar has some bottled beers and wine, and a few spirits they can make cocktails with. This lounge space is best used so you can have a comfortable seat while waiting for your flight and grabbing a drink. I'm not sure what the entry price is, but I still wouldn't recommend paying to come in. If you have a prior pass that gives you free entry then it worth coming in rather than sitting at the gates with the rest of the creatures in Gen Pop outside.

The seating is plentiful and there is good views of the planes outside from the large exterior windows. Inside there are bathrooms and a place to check in and get in the virtual queue for q shower if you came in from an international flight. The bar has complimentary and paid beverages from a menu on the countertop. Next to the bar area is the hot food area. This hot food was better than most of the clubs that I have been in. There was a big variety of healthy food like salads and prepared dishes in the warmers. They also had fresh baked cookies and brownies. In a few areas, there was a coffee, tea, and soda station. The club was pretty crowded but I had no problem finding seating near a big screen TV and it was quite comfortable. This was a great place to wait until heading to the gate for board my plane to go home from Boston.

They have a check in kiosk and I had never used one before and had my delta skymiles card. I said oh I have this am I able to do that. She said yup all on the screen. My husband said to her "you could be a little nicer " she then says "well you could be nicer too! I know your names and I can kick you out if that's what you'd like. Don't worry I can do that". We found a spot to sit and I went to the bathroom. Well this same lady came in and yelled out last names as if she was looking for us. He said I'm right here and all she did was look at him and walk away. The food portion here was just alright reminded me of s hotel buffet type. There was an incredibly nice woman who came around and interacted with us asking if we needed anything like a drink . I had been to a few lounges prior to this and only had the most amazing experience at them and unfortunately this time this was a horrible miss for delta.

There are two sections for coffee, pastries and drinks. One section for food and the bar. Outlets everywhere and it's well maintained and clean. I have the email from the Club confirming that they took our money for 2. BUT, when I log in to get my documents, the account says, "No Oder History". The site has no phone number or direct email listed, just the link to the Web Form. I've tried to send multiple assistance requests over the past 5 days and they will not send. I jumped on their Facebook page but no messaging, however, I found multiple similar complaints. We have not made it to the lounge yet, BUT reading the reviews, we might have dodged a bad experience. Calling my CC Bank to cancel the charges .
