It has all your standard sapphire menu items with some local foods, and I really enjoyed their showcase of Boston's own Bully boy distilleries. The seating can get crowded, but there's still a steady people going in and out to grab a spot. I sat at the bar and staff were quick to get my order right away. Will definitely try to stop by here on my next trip to Boston.

This is how a club should be, should look, plus spotless - very clean. The restrooms were impeccably clean. Adjacent and connected is the "Delta One" club but it was not open early AM. Very cozy but open air at the same time. Not many people here but I was in very early. Definitely check it out if in Terminal E!

Thanks to my brother from another mother this was a great experience just as he promised. The food on the buffets was good even though some of it was a little bougie for my taste buds, lol. The breakfast was excellent and they had chicken sausages to boot. I was food since must places don't have turkey our chicken which I prefer. The staff was polite, even the people enjoying the lounge like us were nice too. This is something I can do every time I fly, I loved it. Now I need to try other lounges after this experience.

The bar has complimentary and paid beverages from a menu on the countertop. Next to the bar area is the hot food area. This hot food was better than most of the clubs that I have been in. There was a big variety of healthy food like salads and prepared dishes in the warmers. They also had fresh baked cookies and brownies. In a few areas, there was a coffee, tea, and soda station. The club was pretty crowded but I had no problem finding seating near a big screen TV and it was quite comfortable. We got off the elevator and there was a line and they said they were at capacity. No big deal at all, so we waited and as we moved up the next person in line was told they could go in. They have a check in kiosk and I had never used one before and had my delta skymiles card. I said oh I have this am I able to do that. She said yup all on the screen. My husband said to her "you could be a little nicer " she then says "well you could be nicer too! I know your names and I can kick you out if that's what you'd like. Don't worry I can do that". We found a spot to sit and I went to the bathroom. Well this same lady came in and yelled out last names as if she was looking for us. He said I'm right here and all she did was look at him and walk away. The food portion here was just alright reminded me of s hotel buffet type. There was an incredibly nice woman who came around and interacted with us asking if we needed anything like a drink . I had been to a few lounges prior to this and only had the most amazing experience at them and unfortunately this time this was a horrible miss for delta.

Tough to find initially and very unsuspecting upon arrival. As you enter the front door (think like walking into a foyer of a small apartment building) you go down a flight of stairs into the restaurant. Then wow, this place is awesome! Small entry way into the restaurant with a hostess immediately greeting you. The bar is your first view of the place and it was packed. I'd describe it as dimly light, great atmosphere and ambience, almost a speakeasy feel. I'd recommend a reservation. The hostess walked us to our table, walking along the bar line with small 2-4 top tables to our left, we then turned left into the main dining room. 5 of us and we were seated at a horseshoe style table, plenty of room for up to 6 adults. Service was instant, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. We ordered cocktails and a couple apps. The drinks arrived along with bread service. They added small side plates with oils and olives, a nice touch. The cocktails were fantastic as was the homemade bread. A unique twist with my cocktail (kettle one & soda), was the single ice cube that was a long rectangle cube that was so clear you couldn't see it! The cubes length was the same as the tall glass it was served in and didn't melt. For dinner I listened to our server who recommended the Chicken Parmigiana with a chefs twist using a vodka infused sauce, this dish was amazing! My colleagues all shared the same feelings that this meal was spectacular. Highly recommend The Red Fox!
