Overall one of the best lounges I've been to. Food selection is excellent and the lounge is spacious, well equipped with a nice restroom and has showers available for those who need it. Breakfast is a wide selection of small plates. My favorite was the make-your-own omelette bar topped with crème fraiche and caviar. Food can also be ordered online via the QR codes on the table.

It's weird to me that they don't prioritize chase cardholders and sort of just lump you in with priority pass holders as well. As a Chase lounge, they should prioritize their chase cardholders, no? But also, the line up just seemed archaic. I have to wait in a long line to get on a waitlist to further wait? Why is there no option in the app to join the waitlist? Amex has this option. When we got into the lounge, it wasn't that full and there was ample seating. The most disappointing part about this lounge, however, is the food. The "buffet" bar offerings all...just sucked. Tasteless and not good. Everything is also preplated so you have to take a full portion. If you don't like the food, you end up wasting it. Not sure why they don't set up a true buffet to prevent food waste. The only decent option was the burger, which was made fresh to order. But c'mon - be a real competitor to the Centurion lounges. Have better food! I heard the drinks were good, but couldn't have alcohol when I visited. Wish they would allow some comments section in their ordering or offer some mocktails. The one pro is the shower was pretty clean!

The food isn't anything to write home (or on yelp) about, it seems like it's usually some type of soup or salad & some snacks. The bar has some bottled beers and wine, and a few spirits they can make cocktails with. This lounge space is best used so you can have a comfortable seat while waiting for your flight and grabbing a drink. I'm not sure what the entry price is, but I still wouldn't recommend paying to come in. If you have a prior pass that gives you free entry then it worth coming in rather than sitting at the gates with the rest of the creatures in Gen Pop outside.

I normally would not go to this lounge, but with winter storm Fern, the Chase lounge was closed and I semi reluctantly came here. There was unsurprisingly a wait, which I think you can bypass with prebooking which costs $7/person. My flight ended up getting delayed by 5 hours, so it didn't make a big difference for me. Inside, the selection of food isn't huge, but it sure beats paying over $15-20 for the same kind of food outside the lounge. They had a salad bar, pita bread with hummus, tomato bisque, and tomato and chicken pilaf in addition to a wide selection of desserts (cookies, brownies, chocolate covered pretzels). For drinks, there were a few pitchers of fruit infused water and a couple fridges of soft drinks. They also have a bartender making drinks and serving beer and wine. Overall, a pretty good experience with a decent amount of outlets available for charging. Not a "premium" experience by any means, but it's quieter and more private than sitting in the terminal by the gate.

Timing is everything because I was able to reserve a shower room easily without a wait. Fresh towels, basic toiletry kit and shower necessities were provided - the room was impeccably clean and fresh. I did notice my room did not include a hair dryer. Not a big deal but it would be nice to add this feature in the future. Food offerings are plentiful. It's not the largest spread but the food was nourishing. The lounge was well staffed with servers cleaning up tables and checking on food regularly. I would happily stop in again next time I'm in A Terminal passing through Seattle.

Flight landed early from DTW to BOS, the gate was A18, so this Sky Club was right next to it so decided to spend some time here. Saturday 8:30am, inside there were quite a few people minding their own business but the checking in counter/self scanning machine was empty. Quick check in and was able to enjoy the nice/clean Sky Club. Bathroom was very well managed, food counter was nice with food constantly being brought out. Croissant was delicious and crispy! Chef prepared hummus was really good with full taste of chickpeas!

They also have the standard bar-the bartender was a little slow on the service side, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so it wasn't awful. There is a nice view of some of the gates, which I always appreciate. However, when I was there the sun was setting so they had drawn the shades-which was appreciated for the 20 minutes or so the sun was an issue, but a bummer for the rest of the time (yes, I know I could have just asked someone to raise the shades). It was nice to have a quiet space to get some work done, and if I'm ever flying through Boston again I'd definitely come back to this lounge.

Met 4 colleagues at The Red Fox for dinner, a recommendation from a friend of my colleague. Tough to find initially and very unsuspecting upon arrival. As you enter the front door (think like walking into a foyer of a small apartment building) you go down a flight of stairs into the restaurant. Then wow, this place is awesome! Small entry way into the restaurant with a hostess immediately greeting you. The bar is your first view of the place and it was packed. I'd describe it as dimly light, great atmosphere and ambience, almost a speakeasy feel. I'd recommend a reservation. The hostess walked us to our table, walking along the bar line with small 2-4 top tables to our left, we then turned left into the main dining room. 5 of us and we were seated at a horseshoe style table, plenty of room for up to 6 adults. Service was instant, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. We ordered cocktails and a couple apps. The drinks arrived along with bread service. They added small side plates with oils and olives, a nice touch. The cocktails were fantastic as was the homemade bread. A unique twist with my cocktail (kettle one & soda), was the single ice cube that was a long rectangle cube that was so clear you couldn't see it! The cubes length was the same as the tall glass it was served in and didn't melt. For dinner I listened to our server who recommended the Chicken Parmigiana with a chefs twist using a vodka infused sauce, this dish was amazing! My colleagues all shared the same feelings that this meal was spectacular. Highly recommend The Red Fox!

Their martinis are always spot on. The Parmesan martini is shockingly good, especially as someone who doesn't like dirty Martinis. The spinach and ricotta appetizer with the sage butter is so good. The first time the orrechiete was very al dente, so just asked to cook a little more during my second visit and it was perfect. Spaghetti al limone was a nice complement to the other two!
