Kind of a small lounge that is open for business class passengers on a variety of Star Alliance airlines The bar was small too ( no Captain Morgan rum) but they did have Flor de Caña. Which made for a nice drink. Food selection was average. With a combination of hot dishes, sandwiches, soups and desserts. Many seats are next to the large windows that allow passengers to watch the planes come in and out.

This lounge has direct gate access so you can board the plane without ever leaving the cloistered lounge area. And no need to set an alarm to remember to trudge to the gate for boarding. First class section is currently closed as is the food service and drinks. No draft beer, no coffee machine. No hot food buffet. They do have a good selection of soft drinks, water, salty snacks and sweet treats. Am guessing that it is true with most airport lounges right now. Same great views and cheerful efficient staff.

Good Lounge! The bartender was so friendly and the lounge never felt over crowded, just properly filled. While I was there I tried the spinach and artichoke dip, the cheese selection, the chicken schnitzel with apple sauce, and the champagne. The champagne was great. And the roving wait staff kept me refilled whenever I needed it! The spinach and artichoke dip was amazing. And I'll never not like cheese. The schnitzel was okay. It was a little on the dry side. I needed way more of the apple sauce to fully enjoy it. There were more than enough outlets to charge up before my flight and the WiFi was readily available. Boarding from the dedicated boarding door was a breeze and the flight staff were great. Overall, this was far better than most domestic lounges, however I've definitely been to better international business lounges.

Gummy bears and sausage and pretzels, oh my! Ah, but so much more. German treats meet fresh cuisine to send you happily on your way to Europe. Sit back and relax in the modern leather chairs and couches, surrounded by flat screens. Expect table service for your beverages... Unless you choose to head to the amply stocked bar yourself. They even have signature cocktails of the day. Peach sangria, anyone? I love it that I heard so many champagne corks pop. I hardly felt like I was at an airport, that is for darn sure. I'm told this is a newly remodeled club. It shows. Kudos, Lufthansa. So many airlines can learn from you! BUT THE BEST PART IS WE COULD BOARD DIRECTLY FROM THE CLUB!!! Yes, l meant to put that in all caps. I literally walked from my club lounge chair onto the 747-8. Caaaaaan't beat that!

New lounge is so clean. And they even bring you drinks to your seat. UA listen up.

Timing is everything because I was able to reserve a shower room easily without a wait. Fresh towels, basic toiletry kit and shower necessities were provided - the room was impeccably clean and fresh. I did notice my room did not include a hair dryer. Not a big deal but it would be nice to add this feature in the future. Food offerings are plentiful. It's not the largest spread but the food was nourishing. The lounge was well staffed with servers cleaning up tables and checking on food regularly. I would happily stop in again next time I'm in A Terminal passing through Seattle.

We got off the elevator and there was a line and they said they were at capacity. No big deal at all, so we waited and as we moved up the next person in line was told they could go in. Naturally I then moved up and she said "no I didn't say you! " I replied I know I heard you I was just moving up. "Well move into the corner then". They have a check in kiosk and I had never used one before and had my delta skymiles card. I said oh I have this am I able to do that. She said yup all on the screen. My husband said to her "you could be a little nicer " she then says "well you could be nicer too! I know your names and I can kick you out if that's what you'd like. Don't worry I can do that". We found a spot to sit and I went to the bathroom. Well this same lady came in and yelled out last names as if she was looking for us. He said I'm right here and all she did was look at him and walk away. The food portion here was just alright reminded me of s hotel buffet type. There was an incredibly nice woman who came around and interacted with us asking if we needed anything like a drink . I had been to a few lounges prior to this and only had the most amazing experience at them and unfortunately this time this was a horrible miss for delta.

We were there at 0 dark 30 for an early morning flight so we took advantage of their breakfast buffet. I do like their foo foo coffee machine so I could treat my self to a cappuccino with an extra espresso shot. I really liked that this is a very clean lounge and the cleaning folks do a great job policing the lounge. As usual the folks at the front desk are very friendly, professional, and can provide assistance as needed. When the bar is open a decent tip will get you a good pour.

They also have the standard bar-the bartender was a little slow on the service side, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so it wasn't awful. There is a nice view of some of the gates, which I always appreciate. However, when I was there the sun was setting so they had drawn the shades-which was appreciated for the 20 minutes or so the sun was an issue, but a bummer for the rest of the time (yes, I know I could have just asked someone to raise the shades). It was nice to have a quiet space to get some work done, and if I'm ever flying through Boston again I'd definitely come back to this lounge.

I booked with the Diamond Concierge number, not a third party site. Well I get to the Delta One lounge and was turned away from the half empty lounge because my Delta One flight included an Air France connector. I explained that this was never communicated with me and I always access Delta One lounges with the Delta One ticket. I conveyed that a simple way to resolve this situation was just let me in to the empty club and all will be good. I know now that Air France connections are not included. But no go. Well they just lost a 30 year loyal medallion member over this lounge experience. Other airlines are stepping up their premium travel game. I will be looking into them for sure.
