Clam scampi
Lana C.

Came for lunch on a Saturday. We arrived around noon and the place only had one other table. However, within a half hour the place was almost full. Service was quick and performed with a smile. We didn't need to wait long for anything we asked for. Place was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were also clean. Portion sizes are huge and shareable. Food is tasty and made the right way. Greek salad has lots of ingredients, clam chowder bowls were large and had ample clams and was not overloaded with potato. The Pete's Platter (fried seafood mix) was cooked/fried to perfection and each individual piece of seafood was large pieces and not bits. Steamed mussels were tender and slightly on the salty side. Slightly but still quite enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with everything and satisfied. I do recommend and will be back

Omelette, steak, breakfast potatoes

I had the omelette with steak on the side. The food and the service were great. The breakfast potatoes were delicious. Would have given 5 stars except for someone visiting the restaurant with me got a pancake on the side that was a tad doughy. Restaurant is within walking distance from TD Garden.

PROS: nice restaurant set up & ambiance, good location, Chorizo/Egg Quesidila was good. It was stuffed & full of flavor. Pancakes tasted good. CONS: eggs were too diced up, bacon was a little over cooked & pancakes, although tasted fine, were cooked a little to hard. More importantly & sadly, the waitress was awful! She provided acceptable service, but, funky attitude! She should not be a waitress.

north shore steak tips

First thing I noticed was a stale beer smell, granted it's a Boston bar but still. Waitress was extremely nice and pleasant Steak tips w/garlic mashed and broccoli 3 out of 5 Broccoli 1 out of 5 for garlic mashed 2 out of 5, for non-garlic 3.5 out of 5. Had non garlic steak tips were 3.7 at best maybe I'm being little generous

Went here for dinner with a group of 4, and were seated upstairs, which was much bigger than it appears from the outside. Had a fabulous waiter Adam who was knowledgeable about the menu and provided extremely fast service during our entire stay. The food was delicious and large portions!!

A friend of mine runs the Ravens games upstairs. Was invited to wear my Steelers gear during the Ravens vs Steelers game. Foodwise, your typical bar food. I got the brisket sandwich. Brisket wad a little tough but I loved the addition of the potato salad. In my opinion enhanced the sandwich a lot. But for games, they block off the whole second floor. There's probably more energy in that room than at some NFL stadiums. They sometimes get promoters to come out and pass out free drinks or even raffle off prizes. Definitely worth stopping by during game days especially if you're a Ravens fan or to cheer on the opposing team like me. Not sure about other sports, but the Causeway is a fun place to be during Ravens games.

This place was ok. I actually was looking for a breakfast spot and "Breakfast Seven Days" was spray painted in the front window. The BEC wasn't great but edible. Kind of a boring dive bar vibe. Apparently it's a Baltimore Ravens bar, maybe it does well during the 1 pm games or after a local sporting event due to its proximity to TD Arena. All in all I'd rather go some place else, that's just me, maybe the locals love it.

Bloody Mary

Taking an early train to Portland from North Station and everything is closed there as far trying to grab a bite or drink. So we walked over to the Causeway. Good food, got the chorizo egg quesadilla and Bloody Mary. Very cool bar with good food and lots of TV's to watch highlights or games. Quick service, friendly staff. Jukebox for music, definitely will have to catch a drink here before a game or before heading out on the Amtrak.

The perfect location for before or after any event at TD Garden! They advertise breakfast 7 days a week so had to give their brunch a try - somewhat small menu but we all really liked what we had! The mimosa flight was so fun and the home fries are actual fries cut up which were so delicious. Would appreciate a bigger brunch menu but no complaints otherwise! Service was average given that it was not super crowded but they did have a dog there which was fun! The lunch and dinner food menu is larger and is classic pub food which can't go wrong with!

My wife and I enjoyed our morning at this nice little restaurant and enjoyed a nice breakfast! The food is good, nothing spectacular but it was good! Our waitress wasn't the friendliest person but I guess that's part of being in Boston, or so I've heard. But the service was quick and the meals were accurately prepared!

Waitress was polite, the food was great. Wait time especially before a Celtics game was short. They expedited and staff was engaging.

We got a pretty big spread of food (honey bbq tenders, nachos, lobster roll, steak and cheese wontons, and margarita pizza). All of it was very average. The flavors were very average and the quality of the food was nothing special. Wish it was more Seaport quality. It's a bummer since not a single plate was piping hot when it got to our table. Everything was either room temperate or cold. Still a great spot to hang out in the sun outside!

It's like someone mashed together an amusement park, a zoo, and a full-blown circus, then replaced the cotton candy with alcohol and the safety rails with chaos. Every floor felt like a different dimension--one minute you're vibing, the next you're dodging a human traffic jam like it's bumper cars. But the real main event? Colleen. First floor. Absolute legend. Watching her work was like witnessing a headliner performance before the headliner. She wasn't bartending--she was conducting a symphony of pure mayhem. Drinks flying out of her hands like fireworks, orders remembered with supernatural precision, cracking jokes, keeping the energy electric--it was like if a ringmaster, a magician, and a quarterback all fused into one person behind the bar. I showed up stone-cold sober. Like, "responsible adult grabbing a pre-show drink" sober. What happened next was less of a night out and more of a controlled demolition. Somewhere between Colleen's perfectly poured chaos and the multi-floor madness, time stopped making sense. I'm pretty sure I blacked out on one floor and woke up on another like I was fast-traveling in a video game. At one point I may have been part of the circus. Not watching it--part of it. By the time I left, "walking" was no longer an option. I exited the building in a full crawl, like I had just survived a natural disaster. Limbs questionable, dignity gone, spirit intact. 10/10. No notes. Would absolutely risk it all again.

For entrees I always get the bbq chicken pizza, or the Cajun pasta. I also LOVE the buffalo mac and cheese, which can feed you for a week. The drinks are very good. The beer menu is huge. Not offensive, not memorable, just existing on the plate doing its job. The place was pretty packed, but somehow still calm. The beer list is huge, which is great if you like choices, or terrible if you're the kind of person who panics when offered more than two options. All in all, I liked it. Jake n JOES was perfect to host this at because it is a New England sports bar with plenty of TVs, a perfect game day menu, and a lively atmosphere to enjoy a game with sports decor surrounding. I'm glad they had this Celtics collab. The event was fun, they had free merch at a table handed out by Celtics cheerleaders and Lucky the Leprechaun. We got there towards the end but scored some merch. We did wait for a table since it was a full house for this, but luckily we scored one with a TV in view. My friends and I got dinner, opted out of drinks this round. I got the chicken quesadilla with a side of spanish rice. The quesadilla was pretty good, but the rice was a little undercooked. They also charged extra for a side of sauce which has never happened before so that was a bummer. I wouldn't have got one if I'd known. Oh well. We then split the cookie sundae which was yummy. Cookie was undercooked and a little raw but it was okay. Still tasted okay, food is always good but nothing to write home about. I like it though. The atmosphere and the shared energy of Boston sports fans being able to come together and enjoy a game makes up for the food being above average. I'll still come back and enjoy a game here.
