    Chicken Caesar wrap

Came here for lunch and really enjoyed. Good food and drinks, good service, and it was nice sitting out on their patio. I ordered the mezcal Paloma which was great. Family got the pink flamingo which was very fun and tasted good. I ordered the ahi tuna which had great flavor. Sister got the chicken Caesar wrap which was great albeit a little messy since they top the wrap with more Caesar dressing. Mom got the steak sliders which were a bit over cooked. Would come back!

This was the 90s eclectic bar of my dreams. Music-on point. Decorations- aplenty. Drinks- quality. Bartender Amanda was attentive and helpful with decision making on cocktails. The P*rnstar martini was one of the best I've had! We didn't stay for food but it looked super good. Fun, funky bar with character in a place that has lots of chains and cookie cutter shops.

Excellent spot for a late night drink. Place was packed at 9 PM on a Thursday. Drink prices are on par with what's typical for Back Bay. My friend tried the bread pudding which is definitely shareable for 2-3 people. There are also TVs if you want to follow a game. I will definitely be back.

Great little hole in the wall pub/dive bar. The food and drinks were okay for a dive bar. Nothing too crazy but good and convenient.

Descended into Foxhole on Newbury Street on a random Tuesday in July. Sat at the bar, which had a kind of fake hipster, corporate vibe. Should have expected as much from a Newbury street bar. $12-$15 cocktails. Didn't try the food. Went in on a Tuesday at 4 p.m. and it was totally dead. A few staff members watching tennis and chatting with each other. No one else there. Probably the wrong time of day. Cool subterranean space, but the vibe had a "look how quirky we are!" kind of feel. Maybe I just went at the wrong time. Either way, I don't think I'll be returning.

5/5 - Jenga, Drinks, and Vibes Stumbled into this bar Thursday night and left with a Jenga game we'll be talking about for years. The drinks were great (bless the bartender), the music hit just right, and the energy was fun without being chaotic. If you're looking for a night of laughter and good drinks--this is your spot.

Old Fashioned- really good old fashioned for a really good price. I would suggest to any of my fellow old fashioned drinkers

Food, service, atmosphere, pricing is good for newbury street. I would suggest any one come here for a quick bite and good drinks. Fun spot

    smash burger

my partner and i stopped in for a quick bite before going to a red sox game. the waitress was great and quick with service, but if i were to critique one thing it would be how the items on the menu are described. my partner ordered a smash burger but it wasnt really a smash burger it was a regular burger. the arancini was not arancini it was more like a mac n cheese ball, which was a little disappointing. the chips and guac were fine, the guac was kinda smooth and i prefer it to be a bit more chunky but thats a me problem. taste wise the food was pretty good, selection was your basic bar type foods

Wow great spot! Drinks were fantastic and flavorful, the connect four was incredible. Lively and casual atmosphere, playing old 2000s hits. Service was also very good and quick, the bartender was able to answer all questions!

Great drink menu. The espresso and smores martini were on point and would recommend. A bit hard to find. Small down stairs entrance. Give it a try.

Small bar, but really fun music and can have a lively crowd. The drinks are delicious - good spot for 1 or 2. Recommend for a date, too.

Boston had been taken over by the Tartan Army and, on this day, they all descended on a Red Sox game. Despite the packed crowd, Diniera behind the bar and Jared bar backing were amazing. It's easy to overlook great service when a place is slammed, but these two deserve some recognition. If management is reading this, Diniera and Jared are a big reason people will come back.

After that, it took about 40 minutes before our server came over to greet us, bring menus, or even ask if we wanted drinks. Waiting that long just to place an order was frustrating, especially considering how empty the restaurant was, there wasn't a game going on so I didn't really understand why it took them that long to send someone ever. Preface we went around 6pm! Once we were finally able to order, it took another 30-40 minutes for our drinks and food to arrive. I've had better experiences here in the past, which is why this visit was so surprising. I understand that off days happen, but the service was unusually slow from start to finish. I hope this was just an isolated experience because the food and atmosphere have been enjoyable on previous visits.

We got a pretty big spread of food (honey bbq tenders, nachos, lobster roll, steak and cheese wontons, and margarita pizza). All of it was very average. The flavors were very average and the quality of the food was nothing special. Wish it was more Seaport quality. It's a bummer since not a single plate was piping hot when it got to our table. Everything was either room temperate or cold. Still a great spot to hang out in the sun outside!

It's like someone mashed together an amusement park, a zoo, and a full-blown circus, then replaced the cotton candy with alcohol and the safety rails with chaos. Every floor felt like a different dimension--one minute you're vibing, the next you're dodging a human traffic jam like it's bumper cars. But the real main event? Colleen. First floor. Absolute legend. Watching her work was like witnessing a headliner performance before the headliner. She wasn't bartending--she was conducting a symphony of pure mayhem. Drinks flying out of her hands like fireworks, orders remembered with supernatural precision, cracking jokes, keeping the energy electric--it was like if a ringmaster, a magician, and a quarterback all fused into one person behind the bar. I showed up stone-cold sober. Like, "responsible adult grabbing a pre-show drink" sober. What happened next was less of a night out and more of a controlled demolition. Somewhere between Colleen's perfectly poured chaos and the multi-floor madness, time stopped making sense. I'm pretty sure I blacked out on one floor and woke up on another like I was fast-traveling in a video game. At one point I may have been part of the circus. Not watching it--part of it. By the time I left, "walking" was no longer an option. I exited the building in a full crawl, like I had just survived a natural disaster. Limbs questionable, dignity gone, spirit intact. 10/10. No notes. Would absolutely risk it all again.

Let's start with the good: the Buffalo chicken dip was actually very good and easily the highlight of the meal. Now for the bad: the French onion soup was far too salty and tasted like it came straight from a can. The coleslaw was bland. And then the ugly: the clam chowder had some kind of spice added that completely threw it off. My immediate reaction after the first bite was, "Nope."The lobster roll, which should have been the star of the menu, was the biggest disappointment. The lobster did not taste fresh, which is inexcusable for a restaurant advertising itself as having the best lobster roll around. As for the service, our waitress was pleasant and clearly trying her best, but she was so busy that things were frequently forgotten throughout the meal.Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place, and I would not return. Jake n JOES was perfect to host this at because it is a New England sports bar with plenty of TVs, a perfect game day menu, and a lively atmosphere to enjoy a game with sports decor surrounding. I'm glad they had this Celtics collab. The event was fun, they had free merch at a table handed out by Celtics cheerleaders and Lucky the Leprechaun. We got there towards the end but scored some merch. We did wait for a table since it was a full house for this, but luckily we scored one with a TV in view. My friends and I got dinner, opted out of drinks this round. I got the chicken quesadilla with a side of spanish rice. The quesadilla was pretty good, but the rice was a little undercooked. They also charged extra for a side of sauce which has never happened before so that was a bummer. I wouldn't have got one if I'd known. Oh well. We then split the cookie sundae which was yummy. Cookie was undercooked and a little raw but it was okay. Still tasted okay, food is always good but nothing to write home about. I like it though. The atmosphere and the shared energy of Boston sports fans being able to come together and enjoy a game makes up for the food being above average. I'll still come back and enjoy a game here.
