As far as lounges go, The Lounge was ok. Decent selection of food that gets rotated every hour, but I was able to fill up on the snacks. Wifi was good and the area was clean-- no complaints there. There is a small bar (it's a small lounge) that had a decent selection. Coffee and teas were behind the check-in counter area (away from the food) and had a wide variety of choices. Restrooms were so clean and refreshing. Nothing to write home about, nothing to really complain about. It's a decent choice for Priority Pass when other lounges are otherwise closed. read more

We were recently at the lounge around breakfast time (7:30-9 am) and were pretty disappointed by the sad offerings. The only breakfast options were instant oatmeal (those Quaker packets), hard boiled eggs, and cold mini cheese omelettes. The drinks section just had regular coffee. They do have a fancy coffee machine that seems to make lattes and such but all the fun options were not available and we were left with regular coffee. Overall, it was pretty disappointing in terms of what was offered. If you're looking for something decent to eat for breakfast, I would recommend skipping this lounge and getting something to eat elsewhere. No wonder we saw a few parties bring in their own Dunkin Donuts! read more

I arrived this morning and there was almost no food, the coffee machine was out of order, It was 11:00 a.m. and the bar was not open until noon. Very disappointing. Pay respects to Gate C19, the gate where flight 175 left 9/11/2001 United Airlines Flight 175 was a domestic passenger flight from Logan International Airport in Massachusetts to Los Angeles International Airport in California that was hijacked by five al-Qaeda terrorists on the morning of September 11, 2001, as part of the September 11 attacks. The aircraft involved, a Boeing 767-200 carrying 65 passengers and crew, was deliberately crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing everyone aboard and causing the deaths of more than 600 people in the South Tower's upper levels in addition to an unknown number of civilians and emergency personnel on floors beneath the impact zone. Flight 175's hijacking not only led to it being the second-deadliest of the four suicide attacks carried out on the day in terms of plane and ground fatalities, but also secured its place as second-deadliest plane crash in aviation history, surpassed only by American Airlines Flight 11. Although this was not the gate I arrived at, An American flag hangs over the jetway for Gate C19, to commemorate Flight 175, which had departed from this gate at about 8:00 AM on 11 September 2001. It was hijacked by terrorists, and crashed into New York City's World Trade Center an hour later. My previous visit to NYC had taken me to New York City's 9/11 Memorial and allowed me to reflect on the losses suffered that day. At Boston Logan, United Airlines uses half a dozen gates at Concourse C. The rest of the concourse is JetBlue Airways' Boston hub. Continental Airlines' gates are at Concourse A, and they remain there even after Continental merged with United, giving United a split presence at Boston; United plans to eventually consolidate its Boston operations at Concourse A. Small lounge located near gate C-19 serves Aer Lingus and TAP business class passengers. The full bar does have a nice selection of alcoholic mixers (like my Captain Morgan spiced rum). The food is OK, mostly a selection of sandwiches, cookies, pasta salad, etc. They have potato chips !! That is a good thing !! LOL. They do have clam chowder though, and it's pretty decent. This lounge had tables and seats for eating, high top seats by the window/charging stations, and comfortable cushioned seating with small tables by the tv area. It's not fancy by any means, but it's an upgrade from waiting at the gate. I was excited that my favorite soup (tomato) was available and I paired with a bagel I picked up outside of the lounge. My husband and friend were happy with their margaritas from the bar and we all munched on the smaller snacks. It was overall quiet but could be kept a bit cleaner in the seating areas. I'd say it's worth a visit if you have a long wait or you're at a nearby gate. read more

I love stopping by here when I'm waiting on my flight. However, I will admit that this is the only airport lounge that I've ever been to. I got in using my priority card from my Chase credit card. The lounge is medium sized and for seating they have tables, seats by the window, and some booths. For the food, you can grab some stuff yourself such as a granola bar or individually wrapped cookie. However, for the main food items such cheese plates, soups, or entree you have to tell your order to a server who will grab it for you. The last time I was there was during lunch time and the main food items were chicken and rice plus tomato soup. The other items included a cheese plate, hummus and pita, and hummus and veggies. There are two coffee machines that you serve yourself with. There are magazines (no physical copies) available to read if you scan a QR code. There is a complimentary bar that is decent. I think the staff here do a good job of keeping the place tidy. Overall, I recommend this lounge to kill some time while waiting for your flight. read more

This is undeniably the worst lounge experience I've had in any airport in the world. BOS is my home hub, so it's disappointing that the experience at this terminal which is convenient for Jet Blue patrons leaving out of terminal C is consistently poor and underwhelming. The wait is usually 25 minutes or more, but that's understandable during busy times. What is inexcusable is the terrible customer service you are bound to receive at the check-in desk. The employees ALWAYS have a bad attitude and have no sense of how to deliver Priority Pass level customer experiences, let alone the most basic customer service. A smile is rare and common courtesy is equally lacking. It's not what they are saying, but usually how they are delivering the message that the lounge is full of there may be a wait. Once you finally get in, the food servers and bar staff are phenomenal! Please tip them! Food wise, you will be hard pressed to find any animal protein. Lots of salads. However, the training for the check in desk needs a major overhaul. read more

While this lounge is certainly not the best one available it is certainly decent. They offer small bites, juice, tea, coffee and bottled beverages. The selection is small but, hey it is SOMETHING. If you want a meal, there are plenty of restaurants around this terminal. The seating is spaced out and one doesn't feel too crowded. The major issue always seem to be that TOO many people are going to this lounge. It makes the priority pass almost useless because I often get put on a waitlist and don't get called to come in until my plane already started boarding! it's not the lounge's fault if too many priority pass people are there but still, I wish it could be better. I knew it was a bad sign when I turned the corner and the lounge had a line out of it and down the concourse. There were two empty queues for Aer Lingus passengers, but the Priority Pass queue was out the door with one person trying to process admissions. I made it all the way to the front desk, but just as it was my turn - and I was travelling alone - the lounge decided it was full. Unlike last time I got turned away they had a list where you could put your name and number down so that was an improvement. I did so and about an hour later the lounge called me to tell me I could return to the lounge and gain access. When I returned the lounge was completely empty. They apparently don't practice a 1 in 1 out policy. I'd even be okay with a 5 out 1 in policy. All the above annoyances aside, once in the lounge it was nice. Quiet. There was a replenished food spread (soup, sandwiches, chips, candy, cookies, tea, coffee, bottled water and available for free, but from a bartender, alcohol. There were various types of seating: tables, chairs, and a high top work station with desk chairs facing the windows. The views were obscured with shades as it was really sunny. I'll continue to stop by here when passing through BOS. If an El flight is about to depart though expect to be turned away as a Priority Pass member. Hubby's credit card offered this Lounge prior to our flight which was over 2 hrs away from boarding. The front desk receptionist had a snitty millennial attitude. Do not know what she had to be snotty about but goes about giving you that look as if she was royalty. Hire someone else with better customer service will ya? The food was dismal. Hubby liked the Italian coffee and fresh fruit. I tried the chunky granola with milk, fresh strawberries and blueberries. There was instant Quaker Oats oatmeal, dry corn flakes and Cheerio. Horrible muffins which tasted bitter and doughy. Hubby says the toaster wouldn't toast (it still looked anemic) and took forever. There was granola bars, fresh apples wrapped in plastic, 5 oz cans of Ocean Spray OJ, apple and cranberry juice, Perrier mineral water, a variety of sodas. There is even someone to mix cocktails for you. They are here to offer refreshments and not a meal so do not expect restaurant food. The wait staffer works hard to pick up your dishes and another staffer went around with a roller trying to pick up debris. They need to get staff better equipment. He would roll over food and the cheap roller wouldn't pick it up. No wonder the carpet still looks dirty. As Hubby would say, "I wouldn't pay for it". But it is a nicer place to stay and sleep if you have hours of layover. read more

Not sure why this place isn't getting a bit more love. Certainly not the nicest lounge ever, but not you've been to others, you can appreciate things like a full bar, stocked fridges with juice, beer, pop and water (sparkly and otherwise) as well as a good array of food options. The place is across from C19 and is a priority pass hot spot. We had no issues with the ladies out front. They were very nice and got us in quickly. The seating is standard table/chairs as well as swivel chairs that are more padded. A couple big TVs had sports and new on, there were lots of papers (though I'd have liked to have see a WSJ available) and as previously stated, there was plenty to drink and eat. The alcohol selection was actually pretty solid - Johnny black and red were present with about 30 other options at our libatory disposal. The food was appetizer form, but perfect for our time there. Cheese, crackers, pretzels, cookies, veggies with hummus, olives and a couple soups were all out at 3 pm on a Saturday. They also had apples and Cup-O-Noodle out - love that sodium flavored treat! They kept the place clean, the bar tender was super chill and the place was kept at a nice temperature. My standard to date is a lounge in Europe with boss showers and office space...this wasn't that, but it was a comfortable spot to chillax for 3 hours pre flight and get some above average food and drink. For everyone who thought this place was crappy, I hope you have a nice day and find a place more up to standard! Just avoid if you are Priority Pass unless you are flying off-hours. A 45+ minute wait to get in, even if there is available space. Not convenient to all but 5 gates. Small area, really meager offerings, surly staff (to a person). After an HOUR of waiting to get in, it was such a disappointment. Even the bottled Coke was bad (heat cycled). Business class and higher on certain airlines get to go right in. Other reviews mention hacking the line by paying for a day pass reservation - I'd be even more irritated to pay on top of PP membership for this. Just skip it and grab something (anything) elsewhere. Depending on what time you get there, it can be busy. I got there on a Monday at 3pm and the lounge was fairly empty. It was nice because there were plenty of seats, the lounge was nice and quiet. There's a TV showing the news and then another TV showing the status of the flights. The staff were nice and gave me a warm welcome to the lounge as this was my first time there. This lounge also has its own restroom. The food was pretty good, again during the time I was there, I had salad, sandwiches, new england clam chowder, chips, popcorn, a lot of different soft drinks, and alcohol drinks. The staff would constantly come around and collect plates that you were done with. This lounge was definitely a pleasant visit and if I ever fly into or out of Boston again I'll be sure to leave ample time at the airport so I can just relax, eat, and drink here. read more

This is a solid lounge, as long as you temper expectations. There is not a large hot food offering, but there is soup, sandwiches, and small bites. They also have a full bar and coffee/tea area. It's a fairly small lounge and can get very packed during peak travel times. I've stopped by a few times where they were fully booked, and could no longer accept people. Seats are comfortable. So overall, you'll enjoy your stay as long as you're prepared for what is offered! read more

Similar to many others, I found that you can't get in during the day with priority pass without waiting on a list. Several people waiting around me said they had been waiting for over an hour. Not worth it in my opinion since other lounges are accessible in the next terminal. I was especially surprised since you could see how empty the lounge was from outside. I don't feel like I missed out on much based on the other reviews, but I think priority pass should remove this from their list since it is not adding much value to customers. I tried getting into the lounge with my priority pass but they had a waitlist. The first time I could see it was packed and I only had to wait 15 minutes. I ended up declining because I opted for another restaurant. The second time they said the wait was more than an hour even though I saw many empty seats....if the lounge is at capacity I understand the reason for a waitlist. However it seems like they don't like priority pass members regardless of capacity. Update: I was supposed to fly out of terminal B but since my flight got delayed I decided to go to terminal C for the lounge. You can enter terminal C as long as you have a same day boarding pass for any airline. I was able to get in at 9 AM and the lounge was fairly quiet and had a decent selection of food for breakfast. So I would suggest hitting up the lounge in the mornings for priority pass members. read more

Front staff wasn't particularly friendly and more interested in doing their own thing. Coffee, juice, water, fruit, appetizers, and other snack foods are available here. Espresso machines are available as well. You can pick up newspapers from NYT. Seating is comfortable, and several areas are divided up with barriers so you can have a minor additional feel of privacy. read more

I am Irish and travel back and forth to the US (now my home) and was using this lounge because Aer Lingus has unfortunately been moved to this terminal (it was previously at terminal E. The move was not a good one, for several reasons but this review is about the lounge! It's reasonably large but is usually pretty full; it's easy and pretty cheap to buy entry if it's not included with your flight (Business or First Class). The bar is fine and pretty well stocked but the food selection is pretty pathetic: one self serve hot option in a common pot and the rest was basically a hummus plate. There is a good coffee machine but no desserts or snack options to accompany them. Would it kill them to add chips or cookies? This space does not really qualify as business class, and certainly not first class. We left to board our plane and found out shortly afterwards that there was need for a gate change, which caused a delay of over an hour. We could have gone back to the lounge but it has no attraction for us. We would have done better sitting at one of the bars or restaurants. Definitely not worth it. read more

"We are too full for Priority Pass". I've never been turned away from a lounge before when it's not truly near full and certainly not blatantly prioritizing some programs over others. Very disappointing. They have the right to turn people away but.... The lounge within view had many/more seats open than occupied, everyone was relaxed on the inside, and quiet nice and calm. No one else was coming in. If they were truly filled to brim or only had a few or small percentage of open seats for first/business class customers, it'd be understandable. However, more professional lounges accept more patients when this empty. More professional would have been "when's your flight? Let's see if we can make it work" or a "here's a couple of bottled waters and a snack, sorry" if absolutely full, as other lounges have do when full. read more
