We used this lounge prior to our long international flight to Doha and it was later in the evening so the lounge was nice & quiet. The interior is large with different seating areas to choose from. The food and drink selection stood out to us, you can order from the QR code at your table in addition to their buffet spread. There was even a nacho station that evening we were there. We were very impressed by their food and it was perfect as we needed to have dinner.

This is a beautiful lounge with plenty of seating, amazing food selections, and friendly folks working to ensure passengers enjoy their visit! The cool thing about the club is that you can board an A380 directly from the club by walking to the back of the bar area. There are gate agents there to scan your boarding pass and get you boarded. They have sky bridges directly to both the upper deck and the main level of the plane! Definitely recommend checking out this lounge!

Boston British Airways lounge is a great lounge. It has a great charcuterie spread. Tons of wines. All the food was fully filled. Friendly staff. Usually clubs are terrible. This one is decent.

Very nice lounge in Terminal E. We are here while flying Japan Airlines and are in the lounge at mid day. Varied seating, tables, bar seating, club seating. Food is very good. Chicken curry, egg rolls, breakfast items. Love the espresso machine! Decaf Cappuccino! Several jars of cookies nearby. This lounge boards directly to the plane for some flights, super convenient. Not crowded now but we aren't flying at peak departure times. Showers available here. I don't see an area for conference calls.

I gained access to the BA lounge when I was flying with JAL from Boston to Tokyo. The lounge is located in terminal E and has a pretty mediocre hot buffet to pick from. They don't have any soda machines or water fountains. The water is all in reusable bottles that you can pour from. I was sad to see that they only had still and did not offer sparkling. There were staff members constantly walking around the lounge to pick up used dishes and keep the place clean. It wasn't a bad place to spend an hour. However I would much prefer access to the new Delta skyclub over this location.

Great selection of hot and cold entrees and snacks

This new British Airways lounge in Boston Logan's renovated Terminal E is a winner - and a huge huge improvement over the tiny cramped old lounge! Bright, spacious, plenty of seating, and plenty of snacks, drinks, and hot entrees. (One could well make a good dinner here and forgo the in-flight meals for extra sleep time.) If you've got access to this lounge (e.g. complimentary if Platinum/Sapphire status on American Airlines OneWorld), it's well worth a stop to cool your heels and relax before a hop over the pond. Nice views of the airport activities as well as the Boston skyline.

Boston city view from the lounge! I Love it!

I surprised my husband Michael with us upgraded to business class at the airport, and we checked out new BA lounge. He loved it and I also appreciate the new lounge before a long (14+hours!) flight. The old BA lounge used to be underground and the path to it was like a dungeon. It was just Ok... But now Yeah you British Air! You did good job on renovating the lounge! It is A LOT better. The new one is a lot more spacious and more luxurious atmosphere. And it has an amazing view of Boston city because it is sitting on the top 4th floor at new extended side of Terminal E. The space was impressive. It offers some beverage, hot food, snack, and coffee.

Timing is everything because I was able to reserve a shower room easily without a wait. Fresh towels, basic toiletry kit and shower necessities were provided - the room was impeccably clean and fresh. I did notice my room did not include a hair dryer. Not a big deal but it would be nice to add this feature in the future. Food offerings are plentiful. It's not the largest spread but the food was nourishing. The lounge was well staffed with servers cleaning up tables and checking on food regularly. I would happily stop in again next time I'm in A Terminal passing through Seattle.

We got off the elevator and there was a line and they said they were at capacity. No big deal at all, so we waited and as we moved up the next person in line was told they could go in. Naturally I then moved up and she said "no I didn't say you! " I replied I know I heard you I was just moving up. "Well move into the corner then". They have a check in kiosk and I had never used one before and had my delta skymiles card. I said oh I have this am I able to do that. She said yup all on the screen. My husband said to her "you could be a little nicer " she then says "well you could be nicer too! I know your names and I can kick you out if that's what you'd like. Don't worry I can do that". We found a spot to sit and I went to the bathroom. Well this same lady came in and yelled out last names as if she was looking for us. He said I'm right here and all she did was look at him and walk away. The food portion here was just alright reminded me of s hotel buffet type. There was an incredibly nice woman who came around and interacted with us asking if we needed anything like a drink . I had been to a few lounges prior to this and only had the most amazing experience at them and unfortunately this time this was a horrible miss for delta.

They also have the standard bar-the bartender was a little slow on the service side, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so it wasn't awful. There is a nice view of some of the gates, which I always appreciate. However, when I was there the sun was setting so they had drawn the shades-which was appreciated for the 20 minutes or so the sun was an issue, but a bummer for the rest of the time (yes, I know I could have just asked someone to raise the shades). It was nice to have a quiet space to get some work done, and if I'm ever flying through Boston again I'd definitely come back to this lounge.

I booked with the Diamond Concierge number, not a third party site. Well I get to the Delta One lounge and was turned away from the half empty lounge because my Delta One flight included an Air France connector. I explained that this was never communicated with me and I always access Delta One lounges with the Delta One ticket. I conveyed that a simple way to resolve this situation was just let me in to the empty club and all will be good. I know now that Air France connections are not included. But no go. Well they just lost a 30 year loyal medallion member over this lounge experience. Other airlines are stepping up their premium travel game. I will be looking into them for sure.
