Everything was great…read more Basically a Boston steak house set in Beverly. We went for Valentine's Day a few days after Valentine's Day. White tablecloth, great wait staff, warm rolls yum. One was like a small popover. So good. I got fillet and hubby got burger and we split the onion strings which was just huge. Steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Just very good.

First off, the moment we walked in the door the whole vibe was spot on. It was actually snowing when we got there! Our server kicked ass and I wish I remembered his name because I only want to dine with him moving forward! He truly made the experience!!! All the food was good, Only missing Calamari from the menu - only downside... I cant think of one complaint, Maybe if I have to come up with one - Only one stall in the bathroom, LOL But the service, the food, the ambience was 100!!! The food was soo good, everything was fresh, the drinks were great! Will definitely add to the rotation of regular places, going to Daniellas next week next for my Birthday as we havent been there yet either! Cant wait!

Very dissatisfied with this restaurant. My friend and I went for lunch. When we got there, the…read moreservice was in a bad mood. There was no rice, and the atmosphere was bad. When I went to pay, the price was wrong and I still had to pay! It costs $28 to eat as much as you want, but if you can pay by weight, too. In my case, my heavy meal cost $37. Normally, when it costs more than $27, they only charge $27 because it doesn't make sense. Well, the woman charged me $37. When I saw this, I questioned her. She told me that she couldn't give me my money back because it had already been charged on the computer! In other words, they stole it! I don't recommend anyone to go to this establishment! It's horrible, everything is really bad! I recommend you go to Alma Gaúcha!

The owner was at the cashier, he said it was fine, I asked again if they would charge differently and he said NO, so I went ahead and paid for my food. The guy(owner)looks like a scammer, I don't know why I didn't check sooner but when I got home I had a bad feeling and when I looked at the receipt, I found out he robbed me by overcharging. So I weighted my food in my scale and it was way less than what I paid for, the owner put a heavy plate under my containers but didn't reset the scale to make it heavy. What really got me is that he kept lying straight to my face, I asked multiple times. I felt so horrible that I lost my appetite and threw away most of my food

Our server was Ross and he was so fun and memorable. His recs were spot on - starting with the wine. For our appetizers, we had the oysters and the whipped ricotta. They were incredible!! For our main, we had dry aged ribeye special for two. Oh my god - that was to die for! The side salad and potatoes were equally amazing. All in all, an excellent night.

The service was incredibly friendly but there may have been some miscommunication because we got the opening welcome spiel from multiple servers - but that's okay! We got to hear multiple differing opinions on the menu. I ended up getting the oysters, chicken, and the potatoes, and honestly I'm conflicted. The oysters were great, well-dressed, clean, and delicious. The potatoes were absolutely fantastic. The chicken however... saying it was magical isn't exactly right but I have never had such a perfectly cooked chicken in my life. I did not know you could get such a crispy skin with such clear grill lines while keeping the white meat so utterly moist and delicious. I'm still not entirely convinced that witchcraft wasn't involved and given its Salem, have to assume that's what happened. Us normal people will never be able to make anything to that level of perfection. Definitely looking to go back.

What a great way to start lunch on a Sunday. I had my regular, which is the bbq chicken plate with steak fries and a garden salad with italian dressing. Like before, everything was great! I got the salad first. It was fresh, perfect size and the italian dressing is just like my Mother's growing up! It brings back those great memories. Soon after finishing the garden salad, I was quickly served my main dish of BBQ chicken with steak fries. The portion size is great. The grill master was right on again....cooked perfectly and the perfect chicken breast size. I took my time eating and watched some ESPN talking about March Madness and all the games coming up on the Sunday. It was a great place to be and a great lunch to have! I have been to Champions approx. 6-8 times and each time I visit I leave satisfied with the service, the price and of course, the food! What a spot! One thing that I need to try are the steak tips! I have heard the battle about who has the best tips but I cannot offer my opinion because I have never tried the Champions tips! I will and I will write them up when I get a chance. Price- awesome Parking- easy...the have a small lot and plenty of on the street parking Vibe- everyone is in a good mood Service- all of the staff hustles...they are always moving and available Would I come again? stupid question....of course!

Tonight went with some friends after work on a Saturday late like 9pm. Sat at a table in the bar area. The ambience and decor is very welcoming, very soothing. Waitress was attentive and in rhythm with our needs. Drinks were basic and easy. Beer and wine. House Chardonnay was palatable. One friend got a vodka martini with olives and seemed pleased. Prime Rib can be tricky. I tried. Got a smaller version and ordered it medium. I order various steaks different ways, based on the cut and the location. Everything from rare to well done. The prime rib came out raw and basically Un edible. I hate to and rarely send things back but I asked to have it cooked more. It came back really quickly and still raw. I told the waitress I would take it home and cook it or I would like an entirely different steak. I settled on a top sirloin and asked that it be well done. I figured they would scorch it, but it came out well done not overcooked and it was excellent. Glad I stayed with it. I had eaten my baked potato with butter prior and that held me over and was great. I also ordered a bowl of clam chowder as an appetizer which was also very good but on the cool side, not very hot. Surprisingly had the same experience with sister restaurant in Beverly "The Depot" where the clam chowder was well done but cool not hot. Great Prime Rib that day! This is not an inexpensive restaurant, so I want it to be epic every time. It is still nostalgic. Will try again in the not too far off future and hope to upgrade review to 5 stars....
