What really stood out, though, was the way one of the staff members treated my 10-year-old, who simply wasn't familiar with how the weight system works. Instead of being helpful, the interaction was unpleasant. On top of that, the person at the meat station was unhelpful, unable to answer basic questions, and came across as rude and dismissive.
