Smoothies are amazing but theres this young girl who works there who is incredibly rude. I walked in and said good morning.... She rolled her eyes and stood by the register. Instead of working, she proceeded to spend the next 5 min finding music on youtube for the TV's. Then she decided to make my smoothie, finished it, then placed it on the counter. Eat Well Kitchen is an A-OK spot. We were visiting from out of town and looking for some healthy eats after a long day. There's not many places in this neck of the woods you can find juice or healthier meals like this. I wish the parking instructions were just a tad clearer. As a visitor to the town, we came by car and were unclear about the parking situation. We later learned there are a handful of parking spots behind the building in the parking lot made available to patrons. I ordered the acai bowl which you can build with 3 toppings. All the fruit was fresh and it exactly hit the spot. I thought the prices were very fair given the area. The service was a little odd, but I think all places are understaffed and stressed right now (they didn't seem interested in answering my questions about the menu). If I'm ever in the area again, I would come back. They do call ahead ordering and had a steady stream of orders going out the door for pick-up! read more

Good, fresh, healthy food. Just don't be in a rush. This place takes a half hour to throw lettuce into a plastic bowl. Service is hit or miss. Some of the young people working the counter are amazingly polite and friendly individuals. Others, not so much. Wow! This place is incredible. The space is so clean and well organized. They have really nice art on the walls and they sell some healthy grocery items, plus the menu is great! It took me a while to figure out what to order because there were so many. Good options! The girl working at the store was also very friendly. I ordered an almond Joy smoothie and soup. I love this place. Their Pitaya bowls are delicious. Their homemade granola is to die for. My boyfriend loves their energy bites. The staff is great. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because every time I've come here, my bowls are always missing one of the toppings I ordered and paid for. It's happened every time which is frustrating. I've started checking my bowl before I leave so I can have them add the missing topping. All and all, I highly recommend this place. Eat well kitchen was a good healthy lunch option. The smoothie was delicious. I got the farmers market salad with chicken. It was a good portion but very very peppery - making it hard to enjoy the meal. Also the vegetables in the salad are huge which kind of makes it hard to eat. Saw an enticing sweet potato kale salad with a simple yet magnificent ginger Tahini dressing- a little bit of sweet, sour, and smoky sesame. Thoroughly enjoyed a chicken wrap with avocado and roasted peppers. There are no tables here just a small counter up front that seats 3 so don't expect to sit and lounge. I've had a few good experiences here and a few bad ones. First the good: breakfast burrito is fresh and clean as is most of their food. Coconut cashew balls are a sweet dream made in heaven. The bad: I'm not sure if its the manager or owner at the register but she's rather frosty. Not very customer service oriented. Sometimes they are very slow regardless of the volume. I was excited to see they offer hot soups on a cold day. I ordered Thai vegetable and it was lukewarm. It was extremely oily (red oil) and it leaked through the container and bag staining my car. The spice was very hot. Although I enjoy some heat, I couldn't eat it. I hope it's a one off. Otherwise, Shubie's is next door and you can count on their soups being delicious. read more

Salads dry with little dressing and only greens and cucumbers and tomatoes. I need lots of veggies at a healthfood restaurant. I had curry chicken that had so much pepper it was uncomfortable to eat.. Too spicy and I like spicy food. Someone obviously didnt taste it after they made it. My husband had the tuna salad and asked if it was from a can because he has allergies and cant eat vegetable oil and the girl said no. She assured us it was fresh tuna. Well it was from a can and he had a reaction. It also Needed carrots, beets, more pecans, more raisens and any other kind of veggie you could find. Also if it is concerned about the environment why not put our salads in bowls that can be washed instead of wasting energy recycling them. read more

Great spot. I went once before and had the curried chicken salad sandwich on a gluten free whole grain. It was good. Came back today and got a bunch of stuff. I wanted to try everything. I must have been hungry because I couldn't stop! I ordered the immune boost juice (perfect for flu season, right?) and sucked it right down, very tasty and I could def feel a "boost." I also got a ginger turmeric shot for good measure, and figured it would pair well with my ginger turmeric energy bite. Ginger turmeric energy bite was epic!! Delicious, well formed, flavorful without being overpoweringly spicy. Ginger turmeric shot was tangy and warming and packed a zing. For later, I got an açaí bowl, a peanut butter cookie and gluten free banana bread. The açaí bowl was refreshing and delicious. I felt like I was really treating myself by both eating something healthy and by eating something tasty! Very good. The açaí base was sweet but wholesome and the toppings gave it some texture and crunch and broke up the sweetness. The gf peanut butter cookie was substantial and crunchy and very flavorful. Filling and satisfying. Good banana bread, too, we definitely scarfed it down for dessert without a second thought! Portions are great! Place is small but clean, airy, bright and fresh looking. Awesome space for a clean, fresh eating concept. I wish I got the name of the lovely associate who assisted me. She was cheerful, upbeat, friendly, patient, and helpful. Efficient as well!
