When you step inside it overwhelming because their are so many good looking items but we had to keep it cute and just grab a couple of items we got the cinnamon bun and too egg sausage jalapeno kolachis. I wasnt paying attention or I wouldve got the banana bread latte but life goes on. I've been to Olive for breakfast many times over the last 10+ years. This was the first time I walked over to the bakery. There was plenty of outdoor seating available around 10 on a Saturday morning. I ordered coffee and cinnamon roll. If you want something a bit more grab and go, this spot is easy. Stopped here while waiting for Brunch at their sister restaurant. We got the pepperoni, jalapeño sausage, and spinach feta (I think that was the flavor). The jalapeño cheddar was SO DELICIOUS - a must try. The pepperoni and spinach feta were also really good. I am absolutely OBSESSED with these kolaches. When I first tried them it was genuinely life changing. The bread is so doughy and soft and the cheese melt is perfect. I dream about these. Olive Baking Company is a cute hole-in-the-wall cafe tucked in the alley of Santa Clara Pl. I tried a cinnamon roll from here and it was amazing. I'm always afraid that the cream cheese frosting on a cinnamon roll will be too tangy, but this one is perfectly sweet and the dough is incredibly soft. I was walking a block away from the cafe when I smelled the cinnamon rolls and raced over. Fortunately, I was still early but the place drew quite a crowd after I left.
