Who would have thought this cute little drive through spot offers such killer bagel sandwiches? My husband and I needed sustenance before making our way to the Zoo Safari Park and rolled up to this gem. we opted for: - a medium iced OTP - cold brew on tap, cinnamon simple syrup and oat milk - a bacon, egg and cheese on a habanero bagel + avocado - traditional bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel ....and OMG! So, So good!! My coffee was the perfect blend of sweetness to coffee, and the sandwiches were HUGE - freshly made eggs with thick cut bacon and an entire avocado - absolutely delicious!! We both ate half of our sandwiches before feeling like we were going to burst! While it was a little pricy (1 coffee + 2 Sammie's = $50!), it was worth it and I'd totally return!

I visited twice when in OB for the week. I like how you can just walk up to the counter and order. Service was good both times. First time I tried the strawberry lemonade and it was really good! I wanted it again on the second visit, but they were out of it at 8 am. Only other option was orange juice and I declined. The blueberry muffin is sooo good! The cream cheese is very flavorful as well, we even got some to take back to Vegas. I'm not a fan of the bagels. They are too dense and chewy for my liking. I even tried to make them super crispy in the air fryer and didn't really make a difference.

This breakfast sandwich was delicious. I'm not always a huge fan of the cofffee options but maybe I just need to explore the menu more. The food is always super tasty though. Love how convenient it is to walk here in OB.

First things first, these ladies rock! Service was great. It was my first time, they offered all the options from cold foam to sandwhiches. They had monthly specials for February I think one is chocolate covered strawberries iced coffee and then some sort of matcha! I ordered just a drip coffee and a sandwich with Sun Diegggoo sandwich with pizza bagel. It was by far, the best bagel sandwhich I've had in a long time! My sister-in law got a chocolate covered strawberry ice coffee. They have a nice seating area bar kinda and side of the building seating. The area is quiet and calm. I would say it wasn't busy. They had to go orders and food took a minute to come out, but was worth the wait!

Sandos made to order here so fresh bagels and ingredients of your choice! Charming, helpful, polite staff! Beans are so good! The drive thru is such a bonus as is all the outside seating and charging stations! Plenty of parking and accessible too! Love the color palette and the beach casual vibe!

The second hair I found. Yum. ‍

Ordered the San Dieggo bagel sandwich, it was super tasty at first....until I got to the hair stuck between the eggs and bacon. Decided to stick it out since I was hungry, until I found the second hair and spit the rest of the sandwich out. Usually finding hairs isn't the worst thing in the world (yes its gross but we're only human) but more than one suggests there's more. Needless to say, ill be eating elsewhere. Also, the chick with short hair working the front was rude off the get go. Who tells people they don't serve iced coffee at a coffee shop. There are better mom and pop places in ob, try Bellas or Vals.

Sam Dieggo. Not the best photo, but I was hungry and it was delicious!

This is a cute little drive-thru coffee shop. I went through the drive-thru, as I left I saw another side/window for walk up ordering and some outdoor seating. Service- 5/5 She was kind, helpful, professional, and had a chill vibe (which I appreciated). I had like 20 questions. Coffee- 5/5 I had the blonde mocha which was delicious; not too sweet, and the coffee was tasty. Bagel- 5/5 San Dieggo BBLt They were both scrumptious, they didn't skimp out on the bacon either. Bagels were fluffy, lightly crunchy, and soft on the inside. Prices- I bought 3 bagel sandwiches and an iced coffee and paid $50. I paid for quality and was satisfied/full. I feel like that's the going rate for fast food in this economy. I will definitely be back to try the assortment of bagels, spreads, and more coffee. Side note: This place only accepts card. I didn't have my card and only had cash. The worker went inside to ask if they'll accept and they did. Now I know for next time, thanks for helping me out! My photo isn't the best, I wanted to take a photo before I finished it. San Dieggo with bacon and white cheddar bagel.

    Thighmaster and chagaccino

I ordered an iced oat milk chagaccino and a thighmaster on sesame The chagaccino was a delight. Absolutely fire. Gas. Yum city. I felt like emmet in the first scene of the Lego movie. #everything is awesome. THEN I opened up the behemoth that is the thighmaster. JEEEEZ I was sweating. I had to take it home and eat it with a knife and fork. I also wasn't expecting the sheer amount of garlic aioli oozing out of the sides and making the bagel eating experience sloppy as heck. Let's put it this way- the flavors were all there and good. But the assembly was goopy. I the thesaurus. Turns out there is such a thing as TOO MUCH SAUCE. I thank God for this food, and I hope next time I have more napkins, amen.

They also have a breakfast sandwich called the San Diego which is a favorite of several people I know. You chose the bagel you want it with and they add fried eggs, bacon, cheese and aioli. I highly reccomend it. I've not had a lot of their deinis, but i did order the cinna-bee which has honey, cinnamon, espresso and milk. I thought it was good and would order it again. Definitely check them out and try some of their bagels, or perhaps one of their sandwiches.

I'll say that there are some bagel spots that are adventurous with their culinary toppings. This place sticks to the tried and true sandwich combos. I got the bec (bacon, egg, cheese) but with ham. It was good and basic, seasoned w salt and pepper, but that bagel really made the sandwich for me. What I love about this spot is how dog friendly it is! Oh Nomad Donuts how I love you. This place is a local gem that offers craft donuts, breakfast…read moresandwiches, and fun rotating drinks. My favorite part of the start of a new month is checking their monthly drink and donut specials. This month nothing really called my name but they did have a weekend special that really appealed to me. I have had some of their bagel style sandwiches before and ohhhh goodness they are good. This time it was my favorite style of sandwich, a bahn mi. I had high hopes because of the picture they posted on their social media and just the level of creativity they usually bring. Considering it's North Park, I knew ordering online would be the best option and picking up. My estimated time was 15-20 minutes but it only took them under 10. I got an order ready notification before I even left the house. I got there and it was dead, maybe one other person in and out. There's a lot of seating inside and some outside on their patio. They also have different counters for ordering and pick up which helps speed things up. My experience with service was very transactional, nothing bad just nothing to really highlight. Let's talk about this bahn mi. It's promoted as marinated and charred pork shoulder, house made sweet aioli, nuoc cham compound butter, pickled carrot and daikon, mint, cilantro, and jalapeño on a locally sourced Paris baguette. First off, nuoc cham compound butter?? YES. That is the kind of creativity I love to see. I got my sandwich and the wrapper was pretty oily so the sandwich itself looked kind of glossy. The whole thing felt a little rushed, like everything was just thrown on. I will say I wasn't expecting a generous amount of meat but they delivered in that aspect. I first wanted to try the compound butter on its own and it had a slight nuoc cham flavor, but in the sandwich it didn't really stand out past all the bolder flavors. Now if you've seen my other reviews, the best part of a bahn mi to me is the pickled daikon and carrots. These might be the best I have ever had anywhere. They are exactly how I prefer them, sweet with a slight acidity and THICK CUT. The crunch on these... please let me buy a whole jar. The bread was alright, they mention they source it locally so it's not made in house, but mine leaned a little old and I could tell through the texture. The pork was marinated really well, I do wish some of the pieces were more charred because you could see where some of it didn't hit direct flame. This also came with a side of what tasted like a hoisin vinaigrette. I liked the creativity but felt like the sandwich didn't need it. It was way too acidic and strong and there's not much need for that sharp vinegar hit here. I paired my bahn mi with a miso caramel matcha latte. This was expensive, a 12oz for $8 is steep even for matcha. It was good but not amazing. It leans more sweet than matcha forward. The miso caramel actually surprised me though. At other cafes it usually comes off more like a salted caramel, but here it had more depth, slightly savory, and when mixed with the milk it came out really creamy and smooth. The matcha was a little grainy though. Overall I will definitely be back and will keep my eye out for more specials because that's where they really shine. And seriously, if they ever let me buy those pickled carrots and daikon by the jar, I'm there immediately.

I'd probably try it with an add on of tomato the next time. The ice strawberry matcha is pretty good too. Overall, it's a pretty cool spot for a quick bite!
