Who would have known that my go-to coffee shop would be a drive up coffee shop! As there is no seating area, this review is based on the product, service, and value. The Bean Box is close to where I run lots of errands, so it is convenient to stop by after my gym class on weekends. I had been struggling with finding a coffee shop in the area, where I could get my iced coffee the way I like it. I have ordered my iced coffee there now several times. They have nonfat milk, as many places no longer have. They also have Splenda, my preferred sweetener. Finally, they have regular iced coffee, not simply cold brew. Last time I went, I also bought a green machine smoothie.... a healthy green smoothie that isn't too sweet, but is also not bitter. The menu has various coffee drinks, a few smoothies, açaí bowls, and several pastries. Service is friendly and fast. Prices are reasonable as compared to coffee shops in the area. read more

Coffee is great! Quickly made and the staff is so kind. Breakfast burrito was great as well, really liked the salsa.

The service was nice but they chose who to serve first and not serving both sides of the drive through equally. So you could get stuck on the side they are choosing not to serve for a while. The menu does not have the breads , muffin etc options. The coffee... way too hot !! I should be able to at least hold it with the sleeve and my shirt helping. I had a very disappointing experience at The Bean Box on April 14, 2025. I arrived approximately 30 minutes before their posted closing time and waited at the counter for nearly 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. I called out several times, and the employee--who was clearly in the back--ignored me entirely. When she finally came to the front, she told me, in a rude and dismissive tone, that they were already closed and had cleaned up. This was well before closing time. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was extremely frustrating.I sincerely hope management addresses this unacceptable behavior. read more

Tried it out for the first time the other day. Very delicious Iced Dirty Chai with oatmilk. They had no prices on the menu, but I assumed it'd be somewhat reasonable. Once it came to paying my one drink was almost 9 dollars. Yes, it was a very good cup of coffee but if prices were posted I wouldn't have been as shocked or maybe would've looked elsewhere. On the first sip, I knew it was more latte than cappuccino: the amount of foam was wrong. Worse, after I continued drinking, I noticed that the drink left a chalky aftertaste. This is a great little coffee stand. Even when there's a long line they serve us quickly. I've noticed that consistently and it's appreciated. The coffee is always good. We get my daughter a burrito there often before school, and she loves them.
