He kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain to him what actually happened. He was rude and condescending during the call. I explained to him that when I tried to exchange the mango smoothies for an actual agua Fresca that I had actually initially ordered and paid for, that his employee took them and refunded me before he explained to me that he was going to refund me. I was trying to exchange 2 of the 3 I had bought and paid for. But the employee took them and tossed them into the trash behind the counter before he told me he wouldn't sell me anything else and kicked me out. At the same time, my son was outside with the drink he decided to keep and we didn't try to exchange. When the employee kicked me out I told him I was trying to buy others, but he wouldn't let me, told me to get out, so I left and told him I'd be leaving a review. For some reason he refunded me all 3 aguas ($15). I never asked for any of that, he just did it. It seemed that the owner and the employee both had an issue with the fact that my son kept the drink that he had outside. I'm really not sure what they expected me to do after I was kicked out. Did they want me to take it from him and throw it away? This has all been a very strange set of interactions. Luckily Señor Mangos and Anakin's aren't too far away. I can head there and order sugarless agua frescas and have never had an issue the dozens of times we've been there, either with the service of the taste. They are delicious and always so kind. If I were you, I'd steer clear of this place and go elsewhere.
