I was lucky enough to work with Jennifer P. and she really was so sweet and helpful! Shay is Amazing! I went in expecting this to be a high end boutique with dresses that were *very* expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the dresses were well under my budget ($2,000). We even found a cape and veil to match my dress thanks to Shay's expert eye! She listened to everything I wanted in my dress even when I was so indecisive, asked me about my partner and my personal interests (which showed me I wasn't just another sale to her), and stayed after 5pm when I decided to move forward with purchasing my gown! While looking for a dress, I definitely wanted to stay in a budget of about $2000, so Olive and Ivory was a perfect spot for me. I originally had to reschedule my appointment to the following weekend and was able to do so with ease. I really appreciate the Google form that is sent out in advance of the appointment to have you talk more about your day, your vibe, and dresses you're interested in trying on. Stacy pulled all the dresses I had suggested, had me try on a few similar, and also some completely different just to see what I would end up liking. She stayed at and below budget the entire time. I felt super comfortable the entire time and am really glad I chose to go to Olive and Ivory. I did get my dress and am super happy with the purchase. Stacy was upfront about the tariffs and I had read up on the website about the credit card fee, so keep that in mind when calculating the total cost. 10/10 recommend, can't wait until my dress arrives in January! read more

Trying to find the dress is intimidating especially when you only have a few photos from their Instagram or Pinterest with a budget...I'm talking $500 or lower. Jennifer was my stylist and was the absolute biggest sweetheart who respected my budget. Which was important to me since I couldn't spend much at this point and time. She stayed within my budget and verbally told me I'm going to respect your budget and let's go check out your size. I was so impressed with Jennifer she knew exactly what I picked from their Instagram and had three of the dresses I snapshotted was already in my dressing room before I even went in. I'm talking about the same exact dresses... I showed a few photos briefly ( maybe two to three minutes) and those same exact dresses were inside my stall before I went in lol she is not a time waster. Not only that but she asked if she can look around for another dress that fits my ideal very vague description...I said absolutely lol and she picked out THE most gorgeous dress in my budget. She was even so sweet to get a couple veils that match. She was not pushy and she made me feel like a real princess and she knows what she is doing. Couldn't have asked for better. I've been wedding dress shopping before and she is the real deal. She even helped for little flaws on the dress that my sister and I didn't see before the purchase and I'm talking about a clamp lol something that needed to be done anyway. I was able to find TWO dresses that I absolutely loved, which I guess is a good problem to have, but such a difficult choice. Jennifer, my consultant, was super sweet and personable. I felt like she really helped me narrow down my style and find the perfect dress. Would highly reccomend working with her when you go here. One thing to consider... they do have a % fee (believe 3 or 4%) for using a credit/debit card in this store. They do have options for Zelle or cash with no fee. I had SUCH a wonderful experience at Olive & Ivory. I was so incredibly indecisive and dress shopping had been very overwhelming as I had already been to 3 other appointments at other shops, until I came to Olive & Ivory. Stacy was my stylist and was such a joy to work with. I felt so listened to the entire time and never once felt pressured to make a decision. I picked a dress out of exhaustion and pressure from family and immediately woke up the next morning in a panic that I picked the wrong dress. I texted Stacy how I was feeling and she got me in the same day to help find a solution. Very luckily for me, they hadn't placed the order for the dress I did not want anymore so I was able to try on more dresses. Stacy helped me find the PERFECT dress and completely put my mind at ease. I found my dress here after having a poor experience at another bridal shop. We worked with Stacy who picked dresses that had everything I was looking for. I take one star off because we went significantly over budget. We didn't find out til the end of our visit after I had picked a dress that there was an 18% tariff which equated to close to $400. If you pay with a credit card tack on another 3%, but they offer other ways of payment to avoid the credit card fee which was helpful. I had the best experience here. Let be start by saying I was skeptical I'd find a dress that was in my budget and 4 months out from my wedding. I was dreading the shopping process. Well, my consultant Jennifer was amazing and changed all that. She reached out to me the day before to ask about what I was looking for and I sent her my Pinterest board to help her see my vision. The next day for my appointment she mentioned she couldn't view my Pinterest, but took her best guess based on a few of my short descriptions I shared with her. When I walked into the fitting room and saw the dresses she had picked out, I was shocked. She nailed it! I would've never known she didn't see my Pinterest board - I was so impressed. What I appreciated about Jennifer is that she was respectful of my budget and was attentive to feedback from me and my friends on what we liked/didn't like about the dresses I tried on. I don't know how she remembers all the inventory, but she'd adapt and bring out more dresses that fit what I was looking for.
