Tayler was my bridal stylist at my first appointment and she is just an amazing and sweet person overall. She is very attentive to details, asks questions on what you like/dislike, and is very patient as well. I can tell Tayler enjoys what she does and she is very good at it! I eventually went to try on 2 other bridal shops and tried on at least 20 dresses at this point but I could not stop thinking about the dress that I fell in love with. I kept in contact with Tayler and informed her I would like to come back to potentially get my dream dress! Eventually, I made my way back to Bride to Be Couture and Tayler assisted me again. I tried on the dress again and knew this was my dress I wanted to get married in. The overall service at this shop is above other bridal shops I visited to be honest. Instead, Bride to Be Couture has turned what should have been an exciting experience into an absolute nightmare. My friend ordered her wedding dress from them and paid extra to have additional lace shipped so she could create a custom 2-in-1 look. They shipped the WRONG fabric entirely. When she brought this to their attention, they dismissed it as "just human error" as if that makes it acceptable for a dress that cost $11,000. Here's the worst part! She paid an additional $500 to rush the dress so she would have time for alterations. She was told she would receive it months ago, but it didn't arrive until just three weeks before her wedding leaving her with almost no time for the alterations she desperately needs. When she asked for the $500 rush fee to be refunded since the dress arrived late and with the wrong materials, they refused. Their reasoning? They technically got the dress to her "in time" never mind that it was the wrong lace and months later than promised. My friend has tried multiple times to speak with the owner, who has been completely noncommunicative. She's only been able to reach a manager who essentially said "oh well" and offered no solution whatsoever. For a bridal boutique that claims to offer one of the "best experiences," this was anything but. Future brides, please be vigilant. Do not trust this business with your dream dress. $11,000 is too much money to be treated like your concerns don't matter and your wedding timeline is irrelevant. Save yourself the heartbreak and go somewhere that actually values their customers.

From the moment she walked into the room, we were immediately more excited and eased how anxious our bride was. Dana was very patient with all of us, and always had the best attitude with all of us. Our bride had a Pinterest board of the vision she was going for, and every dress Dana pulled was a hit. We probably "oooh"ed and "ahhhh"ed at every single one. Dana had her try on every kind of style close to the bride's vision "just in case". She ended up saying yes to a dress (the third dress tried on), and Dana put on a whole production with a veil, sleeves, and a bouquet and even had our bride sit with her thoughts for a minute and envision herself in that dress during the wedding. Jenny is the daughter of Gloria and she was running the store with a new born and mom away on vacation. They did not miss a beat. Jenny helped while in store with choosing a dress and asking about style preferences to pull dresses to try on, she made the entire process and my daughter comfortable.
