Tayler was my bridal stylist at my first appointment and she is just an amazing and sweet person overall. She is very attentive to details, asks questions on what you like/dislike, and is very patient as well. I can tell Tayler enjoys what she does and she is very good at it! I eventually went to try on 2 other bridal shops and tried on at least 20 dresses at this point but I could not stop thinking about the dress that I fell in love with. I kept in contact with Tayler and informed her I would like to come back to potentially get my dream dress! Eventually, I made my way back to Bride to Be Couture and Tayler assisted me again. I tried on the dress again and knew this was my dress I wanted to get married in. The overall service at this shop is above other bridal shops I visited to be honest. They promised it would arrive in a week to a week and a half. 3/30: after hearing nothing , I went to their store to ask about the dress. They were unable to find that it was ever ordered. They let me know they would speak to their manager. They texted me the same day to let me know it would be in on Thursday (4/2). 4/3: on Friday I texted to find out if the dress had come in on Thursday. They assured me I could come pick it up later in the day. Then they sent a follow up text message saying that it wasn't in, but it would be there Monday (4/6) or Tuesday (4/7). 4/7: I texted to see what the status of the dress was. The owner called me and let me know that it would be in on Thursday. Prom is Saturday. I asked for a refund since prom is in a couple days and we have no dress, and that every other deadline had been missed. The owner refused saying she would only give me a refund if the dress did not get here in time for prom. She indicated that the prior dates I was given were by staff that did not have authority to give dates. She also indicated they did not give refunds, but I reminded her that she has my money and I have no dress. She still refused to refund me. I let her know I would call my bank to reverse the charges. She ended the call by telling me that she would reach out on Thursday to let me know I could pick up my dress. Update: 4/9: the owner texted me at 3:25pm letting me know the dress was available for pick up and offered to discount a third of the cost. I reiterated my request for a full refund since the transaction wasn't available to be completed until a day and a half before prom and in that time we had to get a new dress. I sent her a recap of the timeline and she responded saying "I completely understand and you're right, I would plead my case, but in the event to not further inconvenience you, we will just settle at a refund. Please provide the last four digits of the card used." I'm glad this is concluded and VERY glad to have my money back.

From the moment she walked into the room, we were immediately more excited and eased how anxious our bride was. Dana was very patient with all of us, and always had the best attitude with all of us. Our bride had a Pinterest board of the vision she was going for, and every dress Dana pulled was a hit. We probably "oooh"ed and "ahhhh"ed at every single one. Dana had her try on every kind of style close to the bride's vision "just in case". She ended up saying yes to a dress (the third dress tried on), and Dana put on a whole production with a veil, sleeves, and a bouquet and even had our bride sit with her thoughts for a minute and envision herself in that dress during the wedding. You can truly feel how genuine and caring they are from the moment you walk in. We even left to look elsewhere and came back because nothing compared to their service and selection. We ended up purchasing my daughter's beautiful dresses there, and the alterations were done perfectly. They also rent tuxedos, carry a wide variety of dresses, and do all types of alterations, not just formalwear. The shop itself is adorable, and the overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. That's basic Customer Service 101. They just continued on their banter, laughing and talking about their personal life. Out of the next 2-3 choices I ventured out to, Nadia was the one I opted for because she was straight forward and was the only one who offered me 2 different bustle options - American (over) bustle or ballroom (under bustle). As a bonus, she was also 1/3 of the price of the wedding dress boutique's preferred vendor! Communications were all through Yelp messaging - clear cut for scheduling. Make sure for your fittings you always bring the shoes you'll be wearing for an accurate hem, etc. I opted for the ballroom bustle and Nadia numbered the attachments. During a subsequent fitting I had the MOB and MOH accompany me so they knew what to expect for doing the bustle on the day of the wedding. Forms of payment accepted are cash, card, and money sharing apps - I opted for Zelle.

My husband brought in his uniform, patches, and printed out the specific instructions for them to use. I go to pick his uniforms up a few days later and my husband tells me that it's been done wrong. They sewed his name patch ON the pocket flap when the instructions specified that it belongs ABOVE the pocket flap. No branch of the military has the name patch sewn on the actual flap which led me to believe that they in fact did not have experience with military uniforms. They also cut the name patch incorrectly so it's no longer usable. We had to order new ones which cost $20, and they were back ordered. Great. We ended up getting a partial refund from the business, but were not reimbursed for the name patches. I'm sure this business does well with dresses and suits, but I'd probably go somewhere else for military uniforms, especially when you brought in a physical copy of instructions on where the patches go, that they didn't even look at.
