More then a neighborhood joint! Authentic cuisine, service is the best in Boca, ask for Soula! Great for a quick lunch or a romantic evening. This restaurant is superb! read more

Great service, friendly environment and appealing ambiance. However, our main dishes were very average, the Greek salad was loaded with pieces of cucumber, few olives, no onions and a small piece of Feta Cheese. It lacked vinegar and was very oily. Not good for $13.00 as compared to some other Greek restaurants in the area. My wife ordered Lemon Chicken which turned out to be a pile of bones and also lacked seasoning and extremely oily. In all fairness maybe the restaurant will have better tasting dishes in the future as it has only been open for two months. Ps. We found the Greek wine to be acids which we ordered from their menu, This was our experience. For an $80.00 dinner much was left to be desired! read more

My boyfriend and I came in for Valentines Day and the entire restaurant was so cute and had a very inviting and relaxing feel. The food was delicious and the owner was there the whole time making sure food was coming out perfectly and every customer was satisfied with their service. Our waiter was really nice and gave us our food quickly. I absolutely loved it and I can't wait to come back. read more

I brought some friends this evening because we have always enjoyed the food and service. Tonight was a disaster. It took the kitchen over an hour to prepare our 4 meals. The kitchen Mgr came over apologize but blamed the bronzino for taking so long. When it did come out we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for 2 more meals. Food was good but 4 of us will never return. read more

Used to enjoy this place. They've cancelled my order on Uber Eats twice after accepting it. Tonight they waited 40 minutes before cancelling the order. Imagine waiting 49 minutes for your dinner, only for it to be canceled without a reason, consideration, or an apology. read more

This is the least covid abiding restaurant I have been to. No one is wearing masks inside and it is packed with people not social distancing. We made a reservation outdoors and they tried to seat us indoors. They finally spit us up and sat some of us outdoors. The outdoor table didn't even get a glass of water for an hour let alone a drink or anything else. We finally left. Terrible customer service. read more

Big mistake! Visiting friends in the area. .frequently. Been in almost every Greek /Mediterranean/Middle eastern place in the area dinning out. Love these cuisines, plus its part of our heritage. This one, another time before a year ago,and were not impressed at all with the food back then, but our friends said that they changed chefs and is much better now. WOW!.. BETTER??? It is even worst than the previous time we visited this place ! The place is A MOCKERY OF GREEK RESTAURANT.. cannot explain it otherwise. No any signature Greek dish added, in our visit the spreads were totally un-edible(are you serious calling it smoky eggplant dip????),meatballs tasteless and tough like golf balls, tahini sauce an insult to our taste buds. Salads just ok, chicken breast chewy and flavorless, (18$!!), they were out of Lavraki (Branzino), 2 roasted prawns( for $30!) unseasoned , grilled octopus chewy and dry, fries just acceptable as well the pitas and service well below average at least. Called the waitress to complain, she told us nobody inside is Greek or speaking Greek, and pointed to a gentleman by the entrance saying was the manager, which by the way was arguing with a customer previously (probably about the.. excellent food or service they offering).Only Greek in this place is the music they are playing! At this moment it MUST BE THE WORST Greek restaurant in Boca Raton and not only. AVOID if you can. AVOID! Overrated (really all these people giving stars know Greek/Mediterranean food at all?), and overpriced for the mediocre and bad experience its offering. It does not worth your visit...... read more

Server Costas is the best. We finally found the right Greek place in Boca - original and authentic

We never ate here before new ownership and management took over, so we can't compare. But this place is wonderful. The atmosphere, the staff, and the FOOD! The first night we ate there, we sat outside and the hostess was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and comfortable. Then, the waitress came and told us some of the better things to order. We asked between calamari and lamb meatballs. She said meatballs no question. She was right. They were so good with the perfect amount of spice and moisture. Then for our meal we each got gyro pitas. Great quality meat with thick pieces overstuffing the pita (in a good way). The atmosphere is great too - not like anything you see around in Boca. The detail put into making this place welcoming is awesome - even the bathrooms feel like you're at a friend's house vs a public restaurant. And on a less important note, but cool, was the check came on an electronic iPad type device to insert card and sign with finger. Ordered takeout last night, and it was ready on time, cooked appropriately, and I was met with the same friendly hostess and waitress who remembered me and my wife from weeks prior. Great addition to the neighborhood and anyone looking for a great atmosphere for dinner should try Oliv Pit! read more

2 stars earned for the amazing food, but TERRIBLE service. Took my parents out for lunch there for my dad's birthday. It was 2pm and we were the only table there. My mom first asks if they had a Saganaki appetizer (the fried cheese) and the server looks at her almost as if she was from Mars and says "I got no idea what hell you're talking about." Not rude what he said, but how he said it. For entrees, I got a NY steak pita wrap and my parents each got a salad. My mom told the waiter she'd like salmon as a protein for her salad as he asked. He eventually brings my wrap and their salads (no salmon) and mentions that the salmon platter will be right out. Confused, my mom assured him that she wanted salmon ON her salad, not another separate salmon dish. No huge deal but then again, we were the only table in the whole restaurant at the time.. he told her he could take the plate back in order to add the salmon to it but at that point we were in sort of a rush as I have an hour break for lunch. This guy proceeds to disrespect my mom AGAIN by saying "what?? You guys don't have enough patience to just wait another 5-10 minutes?!?" At that point I was pretty pissed. Once ordering the check, we ask for 2 to-go boxes. My dad had finished his salad and mom and I probably took 2-3 bites out of our meal. This guy just throws the check on the table and takes my food away. Noticing that the to-go boxes were physically on our table, I got up to ask the waiter for my wrap to put it in a box just for the guy to tell me he threw it away. Mistakes happen but that was just lack of common sense, any server would have at least asked if I wanted to take a full wrap home. After just walking outside, I noticed I left my phone inside. As I rushed inside to get it, this guy has the audacity to look at me with a perplexed face and yell "OH GOD WHAT NOW!?" Now I know this sounds like a "Karen" review where it looks like I'm pinpointing every little mistake the server made. But this guy was something else. First time I've left no tip at all in years. read more

OPA! Got invited to their soft opening so we didn't get to sample the full menu. The decor was very nice with a modern farmhouse look. They also had a few tables out front as well as out back for some alfresco dining. Started with the fries with feta. OMG. This was next level in the fries world. These are not your kids fries. These are adult fries. Absolutely delicious. Also delicious was the eggplant spread. Sitting atop some olive oil and served with some grilled pita. Due to on of our parties dietary restrictions we didn't get to sample any of the meat dishes, but the ones I did see looked great and the comments coming from the people next to us I'd say that everyone was very happy with their food. Next up were the Greek salad and the vegetable skewers. Both were great with the salad being very fresh and the skewers having a fantastic grilled char taste. Next time I'll be trying the lamb skewers for sure. For dessert we were treated to a sampling of 2 cakes. One an orange cake that was very good and then a walnut cake that was similar to a banana bread that we thoroughly enjoyed. The red wine served with our meals was also good and I would order it again on our next visit because, we'll be back for sure as I could see making the Oliv Pit a regular on my dining list. read more

The unique milieu broke from the traditional Greek taverna atmosphere, providing a refreshing change of pace. In addition, the food was served quickly and was entirely authentic from the fried feta to the fava and pita. Lastly, the service was superb with a friendly waiter greeting you at the door and checking in to ensure the best dining experience possible. I will definitely be returning to this lovely establishment soon. read more

After waiting several months for the opening, we were very excited to be able to eat our first meal there this past Sunday. What an awesome experience. We were greeted with hugs and a tremendous amount of warmth. The decor is just terrific. The food was so fresh and flavorful. Prepared beautifully and served with pride and joy. We will be going back again very soon. There's just far too many more dishes for us to try!!!! read more

Received fresh baked pita bread with olive oil and salt to nibble on. Very good. Then I waited 15 minutes for my gyro to arrive, but I wasn't in a rush. Most Greeks are fast with their pita wraps. Mine was cold. Very good sandwich, but cold. After that I received zero service. 15-20 minutes after I finished eating, I had to approach the front desk where the manager helped me check out. Perhaps I was under dressed a tad compared to the other clientele, but this is casual South Florida. Wanted to like this place, but the staff made no effort to entice me to. read more

I tried this place when it first opened and was not impressed by the staff at all. I swore I wouldn't go back and then ended up there somehow. To my surprise it was under new ownership and they new owners are a delight. They are so grateful to see smiling faces during Covid and now my friend and I go there every other week or so just to support this local business. Everything we have ordered has been delish!! We are happy to continue to support this great local business. Also, got delivery of it today for lunch and it was just as good! Great little boca lunch or dinner spot! read more

We were excited to try this restaurant but were disappointed when we arrived for our 6pm reservation for 4 people and were told that we could only be seated in a high top table. We have a disabled child that could not sit at a high top table. When we asked to be seated at a different table, we were told we could wait until 8:30 (it was 6pm). There were numerous tables inside and outside of the restaurant but were told that all were reserved and none could be switched to accommodate our accessibility needs. The manager was completely unapologetic and unaccommodating. We will never go back. read more
