One word: SNACKERS. The food at Olga's is unique and in my opinion, unlike anything you can't find anywhere else. There's something for everyone, some of the waitresses have been there for so many years. The new location is quite cramped though, it doesn't seem logical for them to have moved out of the mall and move to this location. One of my favorite restaurants! I now live in Boston but always head to this restaurant when I'm in the area. The snackers are so yummy. The original Olga is great, the pita bread is like none other. I also enjoy a cup of the Peasant's soup. This is definitely one of those restaurants that I walk out uncomfortably full. Usually the service isn't great, but I'm willing to forgive that because of the food. read more

The food is pretty good, but the portions are pathetic, the prices are too high, and the management is terrible. I would also not bother working there. Unless you are a seasoned waitress who knows what you're doing and knows how to turn tips, this place is not worth your time. read more

I'm giving this place a 4 star review, mainly because i LOVE the food, it's always amazing everytime i go. BUT the service was terrible. We had Hannah, and from the start she just gave the vibe that she didn't want to be there. She never checked on us, and when she did check on us she gave us attitude. She never asked us how our food tasted, in fact she didn't check on us until it was time to pay. When we asked for boxes for our food she walked away and threw her hands in the air. I get it if you don't like your job, but don't treat your customers like dirt because of it, especially because we drive an hour JUST to come to our favorite restaurant for our mothers birthday. The manager was the only one that checked on us, which i love! That shows great attention. Like i said before, everything else was amazing as always! My broccoli soup had two pieces of broccoli in It and it was cold. The waitress said yeah it was the end of the pot. Umm OK thanks for giving it to me. And it was over $40 for 2 sandwiches, 2 bowls of soup and snackers. read more

Delicious as always!! We live in Toledo Ohio and drive to Monroe Michigan just to have Olga's. I always get the Olga original and side salad. And, take a bowl chicken chili home for lunch the next day. Best chicken chili I've had and don't forget a side of smackers with almond butter. Always worth the drive!! read more

Love this place sooo much. One of my favorites by far and always great quality food. I would always recommend to get the snackers as an appetizer and the gyros and shawarmas are great for the meal. Really anything you will get here will not disappoint! read more

Love Olgas!! Stopped in with daughter recently, and as usual everything was great. I could eat those snackers all day/every day...In addition to a basket of snackers we also got a turkey & turkey club "olga". The bread was warm and toppings evenly distributed throughout. Olgas olgas olgas. What can be said about this new olgas location that cannot be said about the brilliant goddess Olga herself. People, it felt like Olga was in the kitchen. With the sweet sounds of nickelback dancing like sugar plum fairies in my ears as I chomped down on a fresh Olga sandwich with some crispy Olga spiral fries and the classic Olga side salad. I am envious of cows because they have four stomachs. If I could think of anything negative I would not speak it. For Olga is a saint on the same level as mother teressa if not higher. In these dark times I fear for my children and the future plant they will inherit, but Olga helps bring light to my life. Olgas it's a place for families. read more

My family and I ordered the original Olga. The bread was very hot and tasted very good. However the meat inside was ice cold! When we told the manager about this she simply apologized and moved along. The Olga sauce (cucumber sauce) was so sour. It tasted like spoiled sour cream. Bad experience. Me and the wife have eaten here a couple times now in the last couple months. TBH...I can't remember what I had lol...got have to say it was delicious both times. I hate that seasoned french fries crap no matter where you find them...but this place put it on their own so if you do not like it that way...tell them to leave it off and all is well. Seems as if almost every franchise or restaurant chain that comes to Monroe lowers their standards from other places. Olga's is not an exception to the rule. I have been in several times and the service is always terrible. I am typically rushing to eat my food by the time it comes so I can get back to work within an hour. That's right....do not go to Olga's if you *only* have 50 minutes. Funny story. My daughter wants Olga's so I decide to pick it up on my way home. Call. Order (soup and a basket of smackers). Ready in 8 minutes. I arrive in 10. I've never used the curbside pickup. I wait. And wait. And after approximately 2 minutes, a young lady comes out and asks "which one is your order?" I tell her. She tells me the total. I give her my card. She goes in and returns a minute later, no food in hand. Asks me to sign. I give her a $2 tip (order was $13). She says "thank you. Have a good night!" As she walks away. I say "wait..." but she doesn't hear. She has just bid me farewell. Disconcerting because I still had no food. So I wait. And wait. Air conditioner starts to feel warm in the 90+ degree heat. I wait. Then I call. I speak to a woman and ask, "how many times does the girl visit my car before I get my food?" I am put on hold. A minute later, here comes girl with food. No explanation. And I had an extra cheese, approx $1.50 extra, that was about the size of a quarter. I won't be back. read more

the only good thing was there was no wait at dinnertime on a saturday night. we ordered a basket of snackers and we always get honey mustard WITH our snackers. our snackers came.. no honey mustard. the waitress finally brought ut as we were eating the last snacker ..thats how long it took her to bring it back. when she brought the honey mustard back she never offered my husband a refill on his drink so we had to wait until she showed up with our dinner then as she was leaving i had to ask for a refill. waitresses are suppose to notice these things. the food was ok. its nothing special. read more

Ordered takeout.. Never again. Food was cold, Order of broccoli soup had 0 pieces of broccoli, asked for lettuce on Olga it had 1 tiny piece. Very disappointed this was not a cheap dinner. Go somewhere else. read more
