He came by the table and asked us how it was, I said it was good but could have been better. He asked how? I told him everything was actually very good except for the fried pickles, it was obvious that whoever cooked them pulled a frozen cluster from the bag, threw it into the oil and then dumped the connected mess with raw coating into the serving plate. It was mostly inedible. He genuinely cared, our next visit he recognized me, gave us a free order of fried pickles and came back to ask how they were. This time was far worse. Wednesday 5:00 in the evening, we were the only ones there. That should have been a sign. Ordered 15 traditional wings and large onion rings. The wings were disgusting, all small (tiny) drumettes, no wing sections. Cooked to death at least an hour (probably more) before we arrived. The onion rings were undercooked. The server took our order then sat at a high-top with 5-7 other employees. Came back over when it was obvious we were done, never asked how it was, and gave us our bill.
