Not sure the trick yet to track the truck down. However, they do also have scheduled pop-ups at Mothfire Brewery and HOMES Campus which are great opportunities to get these tacos! (Both Mothfire and HOMES publishes their food truck schedule weekly! I find it on their Instagram pages.) Tried a few tacos and a quesadilla and will say the tacos are definitely the standout IMO. Seems like you really can't go wrong with any flavor/meat. Tacos come with onion, cilantro, lime, and a little bit of salsa on the side. Super tasty and flavorful meat. Absolutely recommend! I don't think they take credit card but do take Venmo in addition to cash.
