This is classic Italian-American comfort food from a food truck. I recommend trying the sandwiches and garlic knots. The gnocchi, meatballs, and red sauce were really good too. Saucy Joe's seems like a good choice for parties and corporate events like the one I attended. No one went hungry with all the options to choose from for both meat eaters and vegetarians. I'd be happy to see them at future events.

The Birria Ramen is our very favorite dish. We are also thrilled to have their taco salad, Elote, and every dish that involves birria. We really wanted to create a magical evening for us and our guests, and we knew that the Taco Truck of Clinton would be a perfect fit. From the very beginning, Faith was super responsive and helped us build the perfect menu for over 100 guests. They easily cater to guests with restricted diets as well. We had gluten-free, vegetarian and even some vegan options. We wanted a strolling dinner, and they agreed to serve directly from the truck from 5-8:30pm. On the day of, everything was fresh and served piping hot right out of the truck. While many of our guests were locals familiar with the deliciousness of the Taco Truck and were able to order their favorites, our out-of-town family and friends enjoyed every bite and when they visit will be asking where the truck is today and if we can grab dinner with them. The quesabirria was a huge hit and I'm sure people came back for more. There really wasn't any real noticeable line for any length of time. Faith, Jose & their crew are just the kindest people. They made sure everyone felt welcomed and you can taste all the love they cook with. They even helped to serve some of our older guests and would run food to the tables if needed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more unique catering experience for our wedding. Highly recommend!

Lots of other great vendors like BBQ, classic burgers, tavern style food and beer on tap. We only stayed for 45minutes because it was raining and it was in the low 50's. Highly recommend you next year in October. Check website for exact dates as they only have it for 2days.

Pros: great quality, fast service, switches up their locations so it's more accessible Cons: expensive, little vegetarian options The food was undoubtedly delicious. My favorite thing on the menu is the lobster bisque. It's thick, creamy, and is topped with a giant piece of lobster. The lobster rolls are excellent too! Surprisingly, there was only 1 person in line in front of me (red flag?). I got the hot lobster roll and the lobster bisque. The lobster roll was so disappointing. Disappointing enough that I can say I will probably never return again. The bun was entirely soggy, like it had been sitting there for hours marinating in liquid. The lobster was just ok, definitely not worth the price. Also for it being a hot roll, it was not really that hot. The soup on the other hand was so hot it burnt my tongue. When I was finally able to eat it, it was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Super disappointed, as this used to be one of my favorites :( just not the same and definitely not worth the price.
