Harry went above and beyond!! I hired him to remove a hornet's nest and also started a monthly maintenance program for the multiple pests that inhabit my yard. The hornets and wasps are gone! On a hot summer night I woke up to the feeling of a bug biting me. Lo and behold it was an army of ants crawling across my legs. There is usually an ant problem in the summertime, but usually some simple sprays take care of the issue. This time they were everywhere, so the first thing I do is look for an exterminator (at around 4am at that). My husband and I dealt with the ants the only way we knew how, and that was more spray, bait traps, coupled with ripping all of the bedding off to immediately put into the washing machine. Once we were done, I called around to see if anyone would answer my call at such an ungodly hour. The only to reach out to me was Harry with Old Towne. He came out, treated our property, and has been our regular exterminator since. I had looked around for a while for a pest control company. I haven't regretted going with this company at all. Harry was very knowledgeable and communicative about his service and what the steps he would take to help us. He's not the cheapest nor is he the most expensive, but I would say he's probably the best! He also has natural pesticides if you don't want any chemicals, but let's face it we've all ate McDonald's and that's nothing but chemicals.
