Kind man, fast service, and high-quality; definitely recommend MSA for your bug and pest needs!! I tried getting rid of the mice on my own but when I gave up, Mark came to the rescue! I reached to MSA and Mark contacted me right away and was onsite the same day. He showed me how fighting mice in the house was a losing battle and showed me how they were getting in from outside. Within the next hour, he had plugged many holes sit traps and I have not seen a mouse in two weeks. We have 13 trees in our yard so we know bugs and mice are going to be present and I have been treating the bugs myself. While Mark was here, he gave me a great deal on treating the bugs along with the mice so I had to say yes by the next day there was plenty of proof that even though my attempt at bug spraying was OK, Mark did a way better job. read more

The best pest control service I have ever worked with. Mark is very knowledgeable with a good attitude when talking/working with his customers. We hired him to come for removing cockroach inside our rental house, also at outside of the house. We had pretty bad tenants who just moved out and left the house with a lot of cockroach inside and out. We tried contacted some pest control services in the area and all they said were: we dont work in the weekends, we need to see the house first before giving the prices.. blah.. blah.. However, Mark was so completely different. Mark contacted me via the message I sent via Home Advisor, then he quickly replied my message. It was a day on Saturday which normally his company was closed, but he understood how frustrated the owner has felt when they saw bugs everywhere within their house, that the owner just want the service to be performed ASAP. Mark was quickly came to see us right away in less than 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with the outstanding services that Mark, and MSA Pest Control has provided. Trust me, you will not be regretted with your hiring decision when you consider working with MSA Pest Control. Finally, the best thing I like about MSA in general and with Mark personally, that he cares for his customers' happiness and satisfaction more than anything else. Mark's has done a great job servicing my house to keep the pests away. He sends a courtesy message to let me know when he's coming by in advance and hasn't missed an appointment yet. Professional and personable, he does a thorough job with the service. He knocks down all the webs around the house. He's been handling my roof rat issue, and has even come out off schedule to remove/re-bait a trap for me. I would highly recommend Mark. read more

Mark has been my pest guy for a long time, he is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to take that extra step to serve (he killed and removed a huge spider upon my mother's request). Today (Sunday) we had a rat that was trapped in our shed. We called around and Mark from MSA came out within 15 minutes and trapped it for us. We signed up for monthly service on the spot. He left a bait station to prevent any more rodents from wandering our property. read more

They responded, showed up, and provided a quote. However, the experience changed once I started asking questions about the one-year service agreement and billing. Before signing any contract, especially one that locks me into service for a full year, I believe it is reasonable to ask clear questions about the billing cycle, payment dates, and whether anything would be prorated. I asked a simple question: if I signed and paid on 5/11, would my billing cycle start from that date, or would I still be billed on their regular cycle and lose part of the service period? I was not asking to avoid payment or get a discount. I simply wanted to understand what I was agreeing to before signing. Unfortunately, Rachel in billing did not seem clear on the answer, even though I had already discussed some of the details with Dan. That made me uncomfortable because billing and contract terms should be clearly understood by the company before asking a customer to commit for a full year. Instead of calmly answering the question, the tone changed and it felt like they became frustrated that I was asking about the contract at all. As a landlord who does not live in the Bakersfield area, I have to be extra careful about who I hire to service my property. I need to make sure the property is being properly maintained, the billing is clear, and the agreement is fair before I sign anything. Asking questions about a contract should not create tension or attitude from a company. I was genuinely interested in starting service, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant. A customer should be able to ask basic contract and billing questions without feeling like they are being a problem. To me, that is not good business, especially when the customer is being asked to commit to a one-year agreement.
