When we moved into our house, the exterior was overran with ants and in need of immediate pest control services. Chris said it was one of the worst cases of ants he has ever seen. I was embarrassed but felt at eased and assured that this situation would soon be under control once Chris told me his recommended plan of action to get it under control. A year into our services, and I would trust no one other than Frye's! As first-time homeowners, we really value the responsiveness to our questions and the attentiveness to getting our pests under control, both inside and out! I trust Chris and his team to protect our home and more importantly, trust them around my pets when they are at our residence. read more

I'm completely happy with this service. No ants! I feed my dogs outside and if I call them, they're very responsive. I highly recommend this family owned business. read more

Frye's has made a big difference for us! Before Frye's, we had another service that killed a lot of bugs. (Earwigs we're the worst). But now that we use Frye's, the bugs have disappeared! It's been amazing, and he comes at scheduled intervals. Dependable and effective!! read more

Chris was super responsive and very professional. I requested a quote for pest control via Yelp and he got back to me immediately. The service itself was quick, efficient and so affordable! read more

Excellent service, communication, and competitive pricing! Looking forward to continued service!

Very highly recommend Frye's Pest Patrol for pest control services. Very professional staff, efficient, and good value.

I've never had to have a place sprayed before, but we started seeing huge roaches in the yard, and they were getting into the house! Chris at Frye's gave us the best rate and accommodated our need for a 7am treatment. As soon as he arrived he knew that the cause of our problem was a huge, old tree in our front yard. He bombed the tree, sprayed the yard, and sprayed inside the house. The horrors that came out of that tree, people! (Apparently they live off of the fungus.) It was insane! Since then, I've had to message Chris about some followup questions we had and he always answers quickly. (Remember, I've never had a place sprayed before so I had no idea what to expect, which means I had more than one followup question.) In short, they're highly professional, very responsive, and get the job done with consideration to the people and pets of the household. I definitely recommend Frye's. read more

Very responsive was able to set everything up over the Yelp app! He showed up on time, walked us through everything, was in and out in about 40 minutes. We are so happy with his professionalism he didnt even look down on my floors that I should have swept (again) or the laundry I needed to fold. Thank you! read more

I contacted Frye's via Yelp. Easy to set an appointment with and rates were reasonable. I did not have to even go on a call or have an in person contact. Paying him for service was super easy I just used Venmo. He was at my house on scheduled time. And just sent me a text after he was done. I was very impressed and even had him spray my mothers house. She had a similar experience and was very happy with his spraying details. Very polite and professional read more

Everything about hiring Frye's pest control was easy. His response on my Yelp message was super fast. Gave us a quote and set up an appointment for the next day! Fryes pest control is great and he took the time to make me a xmas card. Thank you Frye. Alex

Chris was extremely helpful, fast, polite & professional and effective! In addition to his service, he helped me obtain exclusion services that really helped stop the flea problem at its source. His service was also very affordable especially given how quick he was to respond. They took care of a months long problem in 2 visits! I would absolutely recommend Fryes for your pest issues. read more

Chris is awesome! Friendly and professional. He has been taking care of our homes pest issues for 3 years. I've recommended family members to him and friends as well. Chris is wonderful to communicate with and so far the service has been great. We do monthly pest control and it has made a huge impact - no more black widows, cockroaches, or other creepy crawlers. (We had a HUGE problem with BW and cockroaches even as we sprayed ourselves.) I also enjoy the easy payment option. Glad to support this business! read more

I will keep it real and . Chris with Frye's Pest Control is by far the best pest control operator we have had; ever! Chris is very attentive to detail and goes above and beyond expectations. It helps that Chris stands about 6' 4" so removing cobwebs under the eaves is a cake walk. This was our first appointment with Frye's so I watched from a distance and witnessed a thorough application of effort and pest abatement product. We are set up on a bi-monthly schedule. Would definitely recommend Frye's Pest Control for all your pest related problems (unfortunately not the human type). read more

Top quality service, professional, highly recommend, We've used several companies over the years and it just felt like they were always in and out with poor results. Chris took his time, let me know what he was doing and why. He was thorough and precise. Instead of trying to up-sell me on services he actually told me how to solve some of my pest issues myself and store bought products that would help and be easier on my wallet. I like this company and so will you read more

I switched to Frye's pest control about one year ago and have been very happy with the customer service and personal attention. Whenever I have any issues, they promptly respond which I appreciate. I definitely recommend this pest control company! read more

Our household has used several pest control companies over the years, but Chris treats us better than any of them EVER have. He's completely honest and reliable. He is also consistent, knowledgeable, and thorough with his work. We won't use anyone else but Frye Pest Patrol. We can guarantee you will be overly pleased by choosing Chris to come and spray for your pest problems. All you'll have to do is sweep away the dead bugs popping up everywhere. Thanks Chris!!! read more

I definitely recommend Frye's Pest Control! I was able to get a quote quickly and effectively, Chris (Owner) responded to my messages right away. My appointment was set up quickly and conveniently, plus.. they were on-time. The entire process was explained by Chris which I felt good about the services and getting rid of our spider issue. The prices are reasonable and worth it! Thanks again. read more

We have been using Frye's for keeping pests out of our home and the service is great! However nothing compares to having a person to call when we have a tick problem for our pets! He rushed over to help us with the big problem! He took his time and sprayed our yard and let us know of problem areas in our yard. We did all he recommend to keep our pets safe and we are very happy! Thank you Chris for taking care of our pest problems! Great job! read more

Prior to scheduling an appointment, I dealt with Chris who was very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible to my needs. He scheduled an appointment outside of his normal window to make sure I got the service I needed. Showed up on time and did the both inside and outside of my house for a better price than all of the competition. If you are on the fence between Frye and someone else, message or call Chris. He does it all himself and does much more than the big name companies. 5 stars and will definitely stay with Frye in the future. read more

This company deserves MORE than 5 stars! It is top quality work, performed by a top quality person who is fair, competent and very responsive to our pest control needs. For example, we found mice in our garage and he was at our house within an hour to set multiple traps, and scheduled a time when he could come by to check them. No charge. Chris Frye, the owner, goes over and above expectations and charges a VERY reasonable price for the service he provides. Top Quality! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Frye's! Chris (the owner of Frye's) came on time and did a good job in explaining to me in detail about why I was having the issues with pests. He went above and beyond with the work that he did at my house. I haven't had issues with pests since he came and I definitely plan on using him again in the future. read more

Easily the best pest control company in Bakersfield. This is not one of those big companies that try to get as many houses they can in one day with no individual attention. Frye's attention to detail and goal of customer service is second to none and his prices are better than any other in town. Our bug problem got eliminated and hasn't come back at all ever since we called Frye's. Do yourself and your family a favor and go with Frye's. read more

I increased my Yelp rating from 4 to 5 stars just based solely on his pre-job quick phone response, reasonable spraying estimate and his written pre-treatment form even though my tenant used another vendor. I would call him back for next pest control service! read more

Chris is amazing! He came out quickly to my residence and helped me with my rat problem. I also signed up for his quarterly service which is incredibly reasonable! He definitely beats competitors in pricing and customer service (he's SO nice and friendly). He's very thorough and even texted me pictures of what he had accomplished, and also suggestions for what I should do in the future (trim my trees). I'm very pleased with his exceptional service and would highly recommend him to anyone in town. Thanks Chris! read more

I am so glad that I chose Frye as my reoccurring pest control service. Chris was absolutely great and was very knowledgeable about his work. He got back to me so quickly after messaging him through Yelp for a quote. He also had the best price out of the 4 companies I contacted and was able to work around my weird schedule. I'm all about supporting small business and I couldn't be any happier with him. He's a family man and dog lover so he was cautious about both my dogs and the baby in my belly. The work was thorough but quick and I appreciated how he took his time to explain everything clearly and answer all of the questions I had. It was a much better experience than these larger companies who try to rush through their daily jobs. Thanks Chris! read more

We have had problems with our last pest control and my cousin told us about Chris. He came to our house last week and did a great job. The spider webs are gone and he even knocked down mud dauber nest from the eaves on our house. We didn't even know they were there. I really liked that I had choices as to how often he would come and take care of the pests. We have never had that opportunity with other pest control people. He also told us to make sure and text him if there were problems between services. He is very knowledgable and we are very happy with his service. read more

Frye's Pest Patrol responded promptly to our request to help with our annual ant invasion. It took a couple of visits and some continued maintenance on our part, but the problem was brought under control. It was a real relief. In the bargain, other invading insects from the yard were controlled. We decided to sign up for the monthly service and I'm sure they will respond should we need more help than that. Chris was efficient and professional and I'm confident our insect problem is under control. read more

Best pest control I have ever experienced. Chris (owner/operator) is always here when he says he will be here. He explains what he does/did so that I am aware. He always asks if I have any "problem" areas or issues. For the service our family gets, for the price we pay we are getting fantastic service. read more
