And just got used to them being near me because There was nothing I could do. It was To the point where I would have to make sure I dust off my backpack before leaving the house to make sure I don't carry them to other places because they were everywhere. I thought I was beyond help. I called multiple businesses on here. I called another company and had a bad phone encounter. Made me feel like the infestation was my fault and not good experience. I then called WOW. And expecting same treatment. I was surprised. They didn't seem to bat and eyelash at my concerns. Answered my questions. And treated me kindly. Admitting you have a roach problem and asking for help is already embarrassing. And they don't make you feel bad about it. The only thing is when I did service I paid with card. Which they do accept. it's just a bit of a process since the worker doesn't have a way to take card so they have to call the office and process the card over the phone. Seemed to be something they do but must not be common. Since the worker was a little confused about it. So Maybe use cash? Another thing is the person on the phone told me not to take everything out of cabinets. And in person the worker said that they should have told me to remove it. But it was fine and he could still do it. We just have to remove some stuff and he said to make sure to wash everything after. I was a bit embarrassed to run around and try to empty them a bit while he was waiting for us to be ready. For the company. If we can have better communication on what to do before service. It has been a little less than a week but we have had no bugs. We are happy to finally get the service we paid for. Generally bad service and bad service rep. We moved into a house with a large yard and needed bug control. I called Dewey and asked if they spray the yard parameters well as the inside and outside of the house and I was assured they would. The service rep said they do not and he did not treat the yard parameter. During the next few months, we needed to call them back for bugs in the house and large black widows on the patio furniture next to the house door. When telling the service rep we still see bugs in the house he told us it's ok as long as they are dead bugs in the doors and counters. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We recently told him we are still getting bugs in the house and he became irate and started arguing so we closed the door as we told him to not come back.
