Unfortunately when we moved into our home we had roaches all over the place it was awful thankfully best pest quickly sent out Logan M. and got rid of the bugs and all the webs the spiders left behind. Not only had best pest gotten rid of my bug problems they have also went out of their way to get the rats out of my shed. They didn't just lay traps and poison and all it good either they returned multiple times to clean the dirty traps and put new ones in and on top of that they also removed all the Dead rats hiding under all my junk. Been using Best Pest since we became homeowners in 2015 & have had not 1 negative thing to say about them!! Cesar the owner is awesome & runs a very professional crew. Val is our favorite- super polite & quiet, does a great job! They text to remind when you're due for a spray & you can schedule right then & there! They also take into consideration if you have animals & will return (at no charge) if they need to use a different chemical to rid of certain insects after a spray. Wish my parents used them! Service is exceptional​ and second to none. I called Best Pest, set up an appointment and as expected, they came. I was greeted by their technician, Val and he asked I'd I had pets.....who does that? Oh wait, a company that cares for the fur children of their customers - that's who. They took care of my of my pets as their own. Huge marks and thanks from me. My house and property were sprayed. I was warned that in the coming days, I would see a lot of bug activity because the bugs would be active trying survive. From the moment we called, the secretary was extremely helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable with every package/pricing and was able to answer every question. On the day of our appointment, Luis came out and serviced our home. He was friendly, warm, and extremely efficient. He let us know to turn off our sprinklers for two days after our service and to give them a call if we needed help with anything else. I would definitely recommend asking for Luis! I have had bugs at my house for years. We've tried using raid, the big bottle stuff from Lowe's, and even several different bug people over the years, With the bugs coming back every season. I called Bakersfield Best Pest Control and have not had bugs in my house since. They offered a gaurentee if the bugs came back the would come out and re spray. Had no need to call them, no more dang bugs!! It's nice to make breakfast, and clean up later with no worries of ants over everything.
