German Roach Problems? Come here!! Embarrassing to admit but I had a bad roach infestation. Everywhere I would look there was a roach. I would eat dinner. And just got used to them being near me because There was nothing I could do. It was To the point where I would have to make sure I dust off my backpack before leaving the house to make sure I don't carry them to other places because they were everywhere. I thought I was beyond help. I called multiple businesses on here. I called another company and had a bad phone encounter. Made me feel like the infestation was my fault and not good experience. I then called WOW. And expecting same treatment. I was surprised. They didn't seem to bat and eyelash at my concerns. Answered my questions. And treated me kindly. Admitting you have a roach problem and asking for help is already embarrassing. And they don't make you feel bad about it. The only thing is when I did service I paid with card. Which they do accept. it's just a bit of a process since the worker doesn't have a way to take card so they have to call the office and process the card over the phone. Seemed to be something they do but must not be common. Since the worker was a little confused about it. So Maybe use cash? Another thing is the person on the phone told me not to take everything out of cabinets. And in person the worker said that they should have told me to remove it. But it was fine and he could still do it. We just have to remove some stuff and he said to make sure to wash everything after. I was a bit embarrassed to run around and try to empty them a bit while he was waiting for us to be ready. For the company. If we can have better communication on what to do before service. But for those who need to get rid of German Roaches know this: I haven't seen another roach since. I share my story of the embarrassing infestation To let others know. If your infestation is bad and you think no pest control can help. Go to WOW. I have lived with roaches for more than 10 years. And finally I am free. It has been 9 months since my service. And no issues. read more

After that, I never had any bug issues inside as they kept the perimeter of my home bug free! Always on time, thorough, communicative and friendly. A very good quality pest control! Wow pest control is awesome... well my tech Nick is awesome. The service is great. They send text reminders of when they will be out to service your home. They always hit the outside and inside. They remove cobwebs / spiderwebs, and they will even knock down wasps nests when the see them. They are willing to come out between service if needed. Seriously, ask for Nick if you can get him. Trustworthy all around good guy. He remembers you and has even asked about my heath last year when I had a scare. Having Nick as our tech is like seeing a family member over for a visit. read more

After speaking with Sam I'm confident that he's committed to delivering a WOW experience. He made sure my concerns where addressed and he is working on building our relationship back to its former state brick by brick. Please support our local community services, especially when they are exceptional! Samuel's pest control is owner operated. He is fast and professional on email responses. We have been through several other companies, but have not been satisfied with sub par work. We still had pest problems despite the perimeter coverage. ? Water downed pesticides? Also, technicians would give dash service. Not with WOW! Text received the day prior as a reminder for services. Kyle arrived on time. We have never seen a technician work so thoroughly and hard as Kyle, our guy from WOW. He is a gem! We just had to give him a tip for his efforts. He removed cobb webs under the eves, windows, perimeter and even the tiki torches! During this COVID-19 crisis, so proud that we can support our local businesses. If you are looking for fair prices and exceptional service, look no further... WOW IS FOR YOU! read more

I can see now why this company has received so many positive reviews. I went with them because of it and now I will leave one myself. I have used Banks Pest control for years, but after a recent rat problem in my garage I decided to switch. The company is very responsive-first with my initial request for a bid via yelp and then with call/text message reminders for my appointments. I've had both a regular tech out to spray and the owner Sam to help with the rat issue. Both were very friendly and helpful. They clearly know their stuff. Used all-natural sprays the day they came out because of the rain. Set more traps for the rats and fingers crossed we will get them out soon. Pricing is the same as I was paying at Banks but much more attentive and much better overall service. read more

The agent, Austin, was prompt and right on time. He was very professionally dressed, which makes for a good impression. He was very polite. He explained what the inspection procedure consisted of. Was very thorough in the inspection of the house and pointed out possible entry points for pests. Fortunately he found no trace of rats or mice. Very happy with doing business with WOW. read more

UPDATED REVIEW I apologize for not responding quicker it was my mistake it is not a $200 cancellation fee it is $100 this is a copy of the text message from your company "Hi Victoria, We understand. You did technically sign a 1 year agreement with Wow. We typically can allow up to 2 skips in a year. I can skip your service this month. Our cancellation fee is typically 100.00 but we are also a family own and care about our customers. So I can push you service into October" You see the comment I was given the only way you were willing to cancel if I pay the cancellation fee. you did say you could push service twice so my mistake on the $200 it was $100 but the bottom line is still the same you wouldn't cancel it without a fee. read more

Excellent service each and every time. I have been a happy customer for the last year and a half. They come to our home 4 times a year and to date I haven't seen a bug in my home. Roger has been our service expert the last few times and he clearly knows his stuff. Their service fits within my budget. They always send a reminder text the day before the service. There's been a few times I've had to reschedule and they have been fantastic. I can't recommend enough read more

Sam and his business Wow Pest Control is top notch. I called without an appointment yesterday, yet Sam managed to fit me into his full schedule today. At first, when Sam told me he would make it to my residence the very next day and call me within a 30 minute window, I was skeptical. I had attempted business with other similar business professions and they would all say the same thing. Sam is the first to deliver and promptly show up like he said he would. There is so much to be said about his integrity and honesty. He also has the best prices in town. For the services I had requested, there were 2 other local businesses in town who wanted double what Sam was charging me for. Sam is fair, professional, and true to his word. Wow Pest Control will be my go-to business for pest control from this point forward. read more

For you money this is the best I have seen being our 3rd company used. The quality and consistency says a lot. I have used contractors like orkin that claim to be the best don't even come close. They treat your house like they show up on day one every month. They clean away all webs wasp nest everything not a blow and go service they are thorough and professional. I am in a new construction in sw bakersfield this service makes a huge difference from our previous pest control company's and they will come back no issue if you need to double down on the bugs. Two thumbs up. read more

We have Austin Albert coming to our house as well, and we appreciate his hard work as well. He always does his job amazingly and leaves the outside clean of spider webs. I truly appreciate this company, and thankful to be in Austin's route as well. read more

Love these guys. They always have a joyful attitude in all they do. They do both inside and out bug control of your home. and one of the times I asked if they can come back after my appointment because of issues with ants making their way into my home (weather conditions changing) and Not once have they complained or told me they've already came and I would have to wait for the next appointment for my home (which my neighbor has complained to me about their pest control company they pay more for and don't get the same kind of customer service). Chris is my main bug guy I've had for a year or more and I truly appreciate him always happy to do the extra work, like bringing down wasp nests or taking the spider webs down on my kids swing set and does a thorough job. I haven't needed an inside bug repellant for a year now. Thank you guys for serving me and my family and keeping us bug free . read more

Wow is the best! Christian does our home for us and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is so nice and polite. We've been with WOW for a few years now and they have been great from the get go. Prices are reasonable and better than some corporate companies out there. I love the text reminders to let us know when they're coming. And if you need to reschedule, they always fit you in within a a day or two. We've had a few techs but everyone we've had has always been polite, respectful and professional. Currently Chris services our home and he's great. Such a nice guy! Overall, this is a great local company. We wouldn't want to do business with anyone else. read more

Great customer service. Of I need a appointment change they always work with my schedule. Thank you Nick for doing a great job on my service this month. read more

WOW!! I am beyond pleased with Wow Pest Control! Over the last month we have been experiencing a major pincher bug problem. It became a monumental problem when I woke up with one in our bed!! I immediately got on Yelp and began getting quotes from different pest control providers (This function is greatly appreciated). After talking to Sam on the phone I felt like Wow was the right choice for us. We have very high ceilings with spider webs that are years old that I just simply couldn't reach. He offered to get them down for me with a fancy net thing. Yesterday Rolando (I think) showed up and talked me through the process. He was very professional and extremely nice. I usually feel weird about having technicians come into my home for whatever reason but I felt comfortable with him like he'd been a buddy of mine for ages. He spent two hours at my house fighting these pesky bugs!! He removed all the webs from inside and outside like a champion. He brought a super powered bug sprayer thing and sprayed down everything outside. I didn't even know how many bugs thought they were welcome at my house! They were scurrying up our backyard wall to escape his power blaster! I look forward to Wow coming back every other month! $65.00 bimonthly is well worth the price of knowing those disgusting creatures will know they are not invited live here!! read more

We moved to Bakersfield from Los Angeles, and purchased a home last year. We were in need of a good pest control service that wasn't going to cost us an arm, a leg, and our unborn child. I checked around, and found most companies asking for ridiculous amounts of money for their services. Finally went on Yelp, found this place, requested a quote, and had an appointment set up for the next day. They are truly thorough, send texts to remind you of upcoming appointments, and have excellent customer service. I've only had one issue ever, and it was immediately resolved- the office manager even gave me a call to ensure that everything was okay. We love WOW and will continue to remain loyal to them! Thank you WOW! read more
