I have used Banks Pest control for years, but after a recent rat problem in my garage I decided to switch. The company is very responsive-first with my initial request for a bid via yelp and then with call/text message reminders for my appointments. I've had both a regular tech out to spray and the owner Sam to help with the rat issue. Both were very friendly and helpful. They clearly know their stuff. Used all-natural sprays the day they came out because of the rain. Set more traps for the rats and fingers crossed we will get them out soon. Our cancellation fee is typically 100.00 but we are also a family own and care about our customers. So I can push you service into October" You see the comment I was given the only way you were willing to cancel if I pay the cancellation fee. you did say you could push service twice so my mistake on the $200 it was $100 but the bottom line is still the same you wouldn't cancel it without a fee. read more

WOW!! I am beyond pleased with Wow Pest Control! Over the last month we have been experiencing a major pincher bug problem. It became a monumental problem when I woke up with one in our bed!! I immediately got on Yelp and began getting quotes from different pest control providers (This function is greatly appreciated). After talking to Sam on the phone I felt like Wow was the right choice for us. We have very high ceilings with spider webs that are years old that I just simply couldn't reach. He offered to get them down for me with a fancy net thing. Yesterday Rolando (I think) showed up and talked me through the process. He was very professional and extremely nice. I usually feel weird about having technicians come into my home for whatever reason but I felt comfortable with him like he'd been a buddy of mine for ages. He spent two hours at my house fighting these pesky bugs!! He removed all the webs from inside and outside like a champion. He brought a super powered bug sprayer thing and sprayed down everything outside. I didn't even know how many bugs thought they were welcome at my house! They were scurrying up our backyard wall to escape his power blaster!
